3、網(wǎng)，SBPC 接地 連接到SLIC北和SLIC南接地網(wǎng)，安裝圍墻和街燈的接地棒并連接到主接地網(wǎng)，安 裝管廊柱的接地并連接到主接地網(wǎng)。安裝SLIC北的主接地 網(wǎng),B343,B342,B345,B350,B330,B325,B301,B321,B330 和 B341 接地連接到主接地網(wǎng), SLIC北的接地連接到SBPC,SLIC南和HPS接地網(wǎng)，安裝圍墻和街燈的接地棒并連接到 主接地網(wǎng)，安裝管廊柱的接地并連接到主接地網(wǎng).The main earthing device, which constructed by our company, included the main earthing net

4、 at peripheral of A400, B400, B600, A520, and A545. And also connect to the earthing net of A500 and A600 area, supply and install the earthing connecting of B501, B545, B609, B620, B648, A520, A545 and B541 to the main earthing net, SBPC earthing connect to north of SLIC and south of SLIC, install

5、the ground rod of fence and streetlamp and connect to the main earthing net, install the earthing of pipe rack column and connect to the main net. As well as the earthing net at north of SLIC, make the earthing net of B343, B342, B345, B350, B330, B325, B301, B321, B330 and B341 connect to the main

10、orably.隱蔽工程隱蔽之前，應(yīng)辦理隱蔽工程驗(yàn)收記錄，經(jīng)自檢和工程監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收合格后方可 隱蔽。Previous to concealment, prepare conceal work acceptance records, conceal work could only start after self-checking and approved by construction supervision company.電氣安裝工程總則 General code for electrical installationa）必須按照?qǐng)D紙中的施工說(shuō)明進(jìn)行施工；Construction accordi

11、ng to the illustration of construction drawing;b）所有電氣設(shè)備安裝應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照施工圖及有關(guān)規(guī)范要求及施工程序進(jìn)行；All electrical equipment shall strictly as per construction drawing and related requirement of specification as well as construction procedure.c）所有在室內(nèi)安裝的電氣設(shè)備在運(yùn)至安裝地點(diǎn)之后方能開(kāi)箱并進(jìn)行最初檢驗(yàn)；All electrical equipment for room installa

12、tion could only be opening after delivery to the installation site and perform primary inspection at site.d）危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域的電氣設(shè)備安裝應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按（防火、防腐）要求進(jìn)行；Electrical equipment installation for danger zone shall be performed as per requirement of fireproofing and antisepsis.防雷接地裝置安裝 Installation for lightning protection

13、 and earthing device1）防雷、接地裝置安裝應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按施工圖施工。Installation for lightning protection and earthing device shall be constructed according to the construction drawing stringent.2）防雷接地裝置所用材料應(yīng)符合規(guī)定及設(shè)計(jì)要求，并且有合格證。The material for lightning protection and earthing device shall conform to the requirement of stipulat

15、 conformance with design requirement.5）按照設(shè)計(jì)要求，不帶電的金屬殼體均要接地。According to design requirements, all metal shell without electriferous shall be earthing.6）下列情況，均應(yīng)接地：All following instance shall be earthing:變壓器中性點(diǎn)應(yīng)工作接地。Neutral point of transformer shall work earthing.開(kāi)關(guān)柜基礎(chǔ)、電機(jī)、變壓器和其它電氣設(shè)備的金屬外殼和底座均應(yīng)接地。Found

16、ation of switch cabinet, outside shell and pedestal of electrical machinery, transformer and other electrical equipment shall be earthing.電力電纜、控制電纜的金屬護(hù)套、保護(hù)鋼管、電纜支架均應(yīng)接地。Cable of electric power, metal jacket, and protection steel pipe along with cable support for controlling cable shall be earthing.電流互

17、感器的二次線圈應(yīng)接地。Secondary coil of current mutual inductor shall be earthing.施工技術(shù)措施：根據(jù)接地裝置平面布置圖標(biāo)出的接地體和接地線的位置放線，接地體距建筑物至少3m,并根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖標(biāo)出的接地體和接地線的材質(zhì)、規(guī)格備料。Construction technical measure: Pulling the line as per the position of earthing object and grounding cable which marked in plane drawing of earthing device,

18、minimum distance from earthing object to building shall be 3m, and prepare material according to the texture and dimension of earthing object and grounding cable which marked in the designing drawing.1）接地極安裝：接地極采用熱鍍鋅鋼棒20mmDIA. X3OO0mml。按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求沿接 地體的路線挖一深0.81m、寬0.5m的溝，然后用手錘將接地體垂直地打入地中。 接地體的頂端應(yīng)露出溝底300

19、mm，以便與接地線連接，每根接地極都配有300X 350mm混凝土檢查井（詳見(jiàn)安裝圖例）。Installation for earthing pole: Utilizing of hot galvanized rod 20mmDIA. X 3OO0mml for earthing pole. Dig a drench with depth of 0.8 1m and width of 0.5m along with the route of earthing object as per designing drawing, then drive the earthing object into

20、 ground by using a hammer. The top of earthing object shall be protrudent with 300mm at the bottom of the drench in convenience to connect with earthing cable, each grounding pole allocate with防雷接地裝置安裝方案300 x 350mm concrete inspection well （See details of legend of installation）2）接地線敷設(shè)：主接地網(wǎng)采用70mm2裸銅

21、絞線，分支接地線采用黃/綠PVC絕緣護(hù)套 線，接地線水平埋設(shè)于地下0.6m處，敷設(shè)時(shí)可先挖一深度不小于0.6m、寬0.5m的 溝，將接地線水平埋入溝中，所有接地線均采用壓縮連接。Laying for earthing cable: Main earthing net using 70mm2naked copper twist cable, branch earthing cable using yellow/green PVC insulated jacket cable, earthing cable embedded in level to the ground at the depth

22、of 0.6m. While laying, first dig a drench with depth of no less than 0.6m and width of 0.5m, embedded the earthing cable in level to the drench, all earthing cable using compress connecting.3）接地電阻測(cè)量：各裝置區(qū)接地施工完后，均應(yīng)采用接地電阻測(cè)試儀進(jìn)行測(cè)量，接 地電阻不大于4歐姆，如不滿足要求，另在設(shè)計(jì)及甲方認(rèn)可后增設(shè)接地極。Earthing resistance measurement: After

23、finished construction for each device area earthing work, should be measured by earthing resistance measurement instrument, the earthing resistance shall be no less than 4 ohm, if can not meet requirement, add earthing pole after approved by the client.4）路燈電纜敷設(shè)：Streetlamp cable laying:a）電纜及其附件到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，

24、應(yīng)按下列要求進(jìn)行檢查：產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)文件齊全。電纜型號(hào)、規(guī)格、長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)符合要求，附件齊全，電纜外觀不應(yīng)受損。After the cable and attachment arrived site, perform inspection according to the following requirement: whole set of technical documents. Type, size and length of cable conforms to the requirements together with whole set of accessory, no damage on

25、the appearance of the cable.b）敷設(shè)前應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)和電纜表對(duì)號(hào)入座進(jìn)行敷設(shè)，敷設(shè)前電纜試驗(yàn)合格。Check the number with the seat as per design and cable list previous to lay, and the testing for cable shall be qualified previous to lay.c）電纜在終端頭與接頭附件宜留有備長(zhǎng)度。Cable shall keep spare length at the terminal end and joint accessory.d）電纜各支持點(diǎn)間的距離

26、及最小彎曲應(yīng)符合要求：The distance between each cable support point and the minimum curve shall be in conformance with requirement:e）電纜上應(yīng)按規(guī)定裝設(shè)標(biāo)志牌。Identification plate shall be furnished on the cable as per stipulation.f）直埋電纜的敷設(shè)應(yīng)按下列要求：Laying for directly embedded cable shall meet the following requirement:上海聯(lián)合異
