1、Unit 2 The Olympic Games-An Interview教學(xué)案例一、學(xué)生分析:學(xué)習(xí)本節(jié)課前,學(xué)生基本上在平常的生活中已認(rèn)識“奧運會”,但對具體有關(guān)“奧運會”的起源、歷史等知識不是很了解,特別是對“古代奧運會”。二、教材分析:這是Unit2 The Olympic Games的第一課時,是一節(jié)閱讀課。教材要求學(xué)生具備一定聽說讀寫能力,通過閱讀課文,讓學(xué)生通過了解奧運會的起源、宗旨以及比賽項目,知道現(xiàn)代奧運會和古代奧運會的知識和異同點,學(xué)習(xí)奧運會精神。Teaching aims:1. To learn some new words.2. To make the students

2、understand the text and know more about the Olympic Games.Teaching important points:Help the students find the similarities and differences between the two Olympic Games quickly and correctly and answer the questions.Teaching difficult points:How to find the similarities and differences.Teaching pro

3、cedures and ways:.Free talk. 放一段北京奧運比賽錄像,再以提問的方式問學(xué)生剛剛展示的是什么內(nèi)容?接著向?qū)W生提問:Do you like sports? And do you like watching the Olympic Games? Which event do you like best? Who is your favorite athlete?How many things do you know about the Olympic Games? .Warming up:設(shè)計思路:根據(jù)本班的學(xué)生水平,同時也為了增強(qiáng)教材的趣味性,教師在此環(huán)節(jié)做了改動,把w

4、arming up原問答形式改為選擇題,題目也適當(dāng)?shù)剡M(jìn)行刪減,增加一些學(xué)生感興趣的題目,同時還給每道題加上分?jǐn)?shù),讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行搶答或比賽,最后還有一個自我評價表。通過比賽,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的集體合作精神和集體榮譽感,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生對奧運會的認(rèn)識,讓課堂氣氛繼續(xù)上升,這是對Pre-reading和Reading 做準(zhǔn)備。when and where did the ancient Olympic Games start? Pre- reading:設(shè)計思路:1.通過出示2008年奧運會的圖片,把學(xué)生完全引進(jìn)一個奧運會的世界。很多學(xué)生對奧運的感興趣,而且對29th奧運會記憶猶新,從而為Reading 做下鋪墊。2. 以往學(xué)生覺得學(xué)單詞比較枯燥無味,為了改變這種現(xiàn)象,教師首先出示圖片,通過讓學(xué)生描述圖片,學(xué)習(xí)一些
