2、m A. 這樣有一個好處,可以便利客戶以及你自己以后查找給客戶的信息,對于來往郵件許多的客戶,開頭的時候我往往要花許多時間去查找以前的報價以及(其它)資料,但是現(xiàn)在通過主題就很便利知道郵件也許內容是什么,節(jié)約許多時間。 (2)郵件正文兩端對齊:對于段落許多的郵件,正文兩端對齊會顯得很干凈。 (3)第一封郵件最好寫上Mr.或者Ms.某某,職位寫SALES MANAGER等,不管你是不是經理,寫上沒關系,你職位高客戶會覺得把他當回事,有好處。 (4)落款有公司標識以及具體聯(lián)系資料 三、版面干凈,在OE里面將撰寫郵件的字體,字號(10-12號比較好)都設置好,不要一會大字一會小字;也不要花花綠綠的,
3、特殊是不要全篇都是大寫字母,會增加閱讀的難度,讓人反感。除非是對一些需要特殊提示客戶留意的地方,可以用大寫,加粗,特別顏色等突出顯示。 四、拼寫無誤,在每封郵件發(fā)出之前都應當利用拼寫檢查工具檢查是否全部拼寫無誤。 五、表述精確,能夠精確表達我方的觀點,不要使客戶產生任何的歧義,盡量避開有歧義的單詞或者(短語),盡量避開使用(俚語)等。 六、具體,能夠供應給客戶特別具體的資料,回答他的問題,并將他沒有問到的問題提出來。有時候你提出的問題會讓客戶覺得你很細心,很牢靠而且特別專業(yè)。當然,具體并不是說一股腦的將全部東西都托盤而出,應當學會在適當?shù)臅r候談適當?shù)氖虑椤?七、有條理,能夠讓客戶清晰地明白郵件
4、內容,談完一件事再談另外一件,混在一起會讓人頭暈。許多時候,用1,2,3,4等標出來你要說的東西會特別有用,客戶很清晰就知道你要說或者問什么。 八、方式多樣,比如協(xié)作作圖說明,照片說明等,往往許多事情用語言很難說清晰,但是假如給一張圖紙,或者一幅 照片,那就一目了然了。比如你說你如何玉樹臨風,說再多什么用,來張PP不就明白了? 九、準時,做到當天郵件當天答復,在收到郵件后應當立刻整理出自己不能解決的技術問題,準時供應給技術部門或者供應商,要求他們在什么時候賜予具體答復。養(yǎng)成一個好習慣,在早上收到郵件后,整理出哪些需要詢問技術人員或者供應商的,將問題給他們后,再來回復能夠回復的郵件。假如不能當天
