2、革開放以來，我國經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)了較快的增長，但與此同時，在經(jīng)濟增長過程中的效率低下、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、資源浪費、環(huán)境污染等矛盾日益突出。實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長方式由粗放型向集約型、由速度型向效益型轉(zhuǎn)變是解決我國經(jīng)濟增長問題的核心出路。2006年3月17日出臺的“中華人民共和國國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十一個五年規(guī)劃”也把加快經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變作為堅持可選發(fā)展觀，實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要舉措之一。實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長方式由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變是促進我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展根本保證。 本文在對我國經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變進行實證研究時，首現(xiàn)界定了經(jīng)濟增長方式和經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的內(nèi)涵，進而從統(tǒng)計的角度建立了一套比較科學(xué)、合理、操作性強

3、的評價經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變績效的指標(biāo)體系。該套指標(biāo)體系包括了反映影響經(jīng)濟增長方式的要素投入即動力結(jié)構(gòu)因素、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)因素、制度因素和資源環(huán)境因素四大類18項單項指標(biāo)，比較全面地揭示了經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的外延特征。其次，以1997-2005年為研究時間段，以現(xiàn)有資料為依據(jù)，利用設(shè)置的指標(biāo)體系，對我國經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變狀況進行了實證分析，采用了主因子分析法對影響我國經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的主要因素進行了動態(tài)量化綜合評估，從而透視出近十年以來制約我國經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的主要因素。最后，針對制約我國經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的主要因素，提出了加速實現(xiàn)我國經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的對策建議。關(guān)鍵字：經(jīng)濟增長方式 轉(zhuǎn)變 績效分析 定量研究t

7、tic study on the change of the mode of economic growth in china, this article firstly provides definitions of the two terms: mode of economic growth and change of the mode of economic growth; and from the perspective of statistics, it establishes a scientific, reasonable and practical indexes system

8、 of evaluating the efficiency brought by the change of the mode of economic growth, which includes 18 indexes of four aspects involved in the economic growth: structure of dynamics, structure of economy, social system and resources and environment. secondly, based on the present proof and the system
