本文件是GB/T35150《新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備技術(shù)要求》的第6部分。GB/T35150已經(jīng)發(fā)

引言
新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)技術(shù)是以懸浮預(yù)熱預(yù)分解技術(shù)為核心,利用熱力工程、粉體工程、流體力學(xué)等現(xiàn)
代科學(xué)理論和技術(shù),并采用計(jì)算機(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)化信息技術(shù)進(jìn)行水泥生產(chǎn)的綜合技術(shù),其成套裝備由各相對(duì)獨(dú)
立的工藝系統(tǒng)設(shè)備組成,主要包括原料破碎均化、生料制備、燃料制備、水泥窯協(xié)同處置、熟料燒成、
水泥制備、除塵、脫硫、脫硝、過(guò)程控制、包裝發(fā)運(yùn)等系統(tǒng)設(shè)備。
目前我國(guó)水泥裝備單機(jī)設(shè)備及技術(shù)已經(jīng)達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平,但基于系統(tǒng)解決方案的成套設(shè)備在面向
用戶的服務(wù)方面亟須規(guī)范支持。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)水泥成套裝備出口及工程總承包規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,成套裝備的系統(tǒng)性
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需求也逐漸增強(qiáng)。制定新型干法水泥成套裝備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的目的在于完善面向用戶的水泥成套裝備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體
系,為水泥工業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支撐,更好地引導(dǎo)行業(yè)向綠色低碳、智能制造等方向發(fā)展,同時(shí)支
撐我國(guó)水泥成套裝備出口。
本文件用于處置水泥生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中含硫煙(廢)氣,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)煙(廢)氣中SO2的脫除,以保證達(dá)到大
氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文件的制定為水泥工業(yè)綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支撐。
GB/T35150擬由七個(gè)部分構(gòu)成。
—第1部分:生料制備系統(tǒng)。目的在于規(guī)范新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備中生料制備系統(tǒng)的裝備構(gòu)
成、技術(shù)要求、安全環(huán)保要求、安裝驗(yàn)收、調(diào)試和性能測(cè)試及交貨文件。
—第2部分:燒成系統(tǒng)。目的在于規(guī)范新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備中燒成系統(tǒng)的裝備構(gòu)成、技術(shù)
要求、安全環(huán)保要求、安裝驗(yàn)收、調(diào)試和性能測(cè)試及交貨文件。
—第3部分:水泥制備系統(tǒng)。目的在于規(guī)范新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備中水泥制備系統(tǒng)的裝備構(gòu)
成、技術(shù)要求、安全和環(huán)保、安裝驗(yàn)收與調(diào)試、性能測(cè)試及交貨文件。
