二、調(diào)試概況2.BriefIntroductionofCommissioning本調(diào)試方案適用范圍為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有單體的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)主要包括以下：Thiscommissioningproposalitsscopeofapplicationincludesallsingleair-conditioningsystemonsite,theseair-conditioningsystemsonsitemainlyareasfollow:AHU共24個(gè)系統(tǒng)（AHU101-115,AHU301-304,AHU120-124）；AHUtotal24setsofsystems(AHU101-115,AHU301-304,AHU120-124);ARU共6個(gè)系統(tǒng)（ARU108-1/2,ARU123-1/2,ARU304-1/2）；ARUtotal6setsofsystems（ARU108-1/2,ARU123-1/2,ARU304-1/2）;EU共11個(gè)系統(tǒng)（EU101-103,EU106-107,EU120-123,EU301-302）；EUtotal11setsofsystems（EU101-103,EU106-107,EU120-123,EU301-302）；HR共4個(gè)系統(tǒng)（HR104-106,HR112）。HRtotal4setsofsystems（HR104-106,HR112）.每套系統(tǒng)均需獨(dú)立調(diào)試并獨(dú)立記錄，獨(dú)立驗(yàn)收。主要調(diào)試內(nèi)容包括系統(tǒng)風(fēng)量（送風(fēng)、回風(fēng)、新風(fēng)等）的調(diào)整，室內(nèi)壓差的調(diào)整，控制風(fēng)閥的調(diào)整等。在我方所有項(xiàng)目調(diào)試完畢并經(jīng)業(yè)主認(rèn)可后將系統(tǒng)逐一移交給業(yè)主，以便業(yè)主進(jìn)行其他見證調(diào)試以及最終調(diào)試。Eachsetofsystemistocarryoutcommissioningseparatelyandtoberecorded,testedandacceptedseparately.Thecontentofcommissioningmainlyincludesthese,adjustmentofairvolume(supply,return,freshetc.),adjustmentofindoorpressuredifference(pressuredrop),adjustmentofcontrol-dampers.Ourcompanyshallcompleteallcommissioningworkandgettheapprovalfromowner,andafterthenhandovertoowneronebyone,sothatownerisabletoconvenientlyconductothercommissioningforwitnessandconductultimatecommissioning.每個(gè)系統(tǒng)調(diào)試前均需先提交以下表格：Beforecommissioningofeachsystem,formsasfollowshallbesubmitted:1、風(fēng)管清潔記錄1.Cleaningrecordofairduct2、風(fēng)管制作檢查記錄2.Inspectionrecordofairductfabrication3、風(fēng)管安裝檢查記錄3.Inspectionrecordofairductinstallation4、風(fēng)管漏風(fēng)量測(cè)試記錄4.Recordofairductleakagetest5、通風(fēng)機(jī)、空調(diào)風(fēng)機(jī)檢查試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)記錄5.Inspectionrecordofcommissioningofventilationfan,airconditioningfan6、風(fēng)閥檢查試驗(yàn)記錄6.Recordofinspectionandtestforairdamper7、空調(diào)系統(tǒng)單線圖7.HVACsystemone-linediagram三、施工準(zhǔn)備3).PreparationbeforeConstruction1、人員準(zhǔn)備1.ManPowerPreparation為保證本工程調(diào)試順利進(jìn)行，成立了以項(xiàng)目部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為核心的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，調(diào)試人員主要由我司成立的調(diào)試小組以及其他有關(guān)單位的專業(yè)人員組成，我單位負(fù)責(zé)組織、協(xié)調(diào)等工作，具體如下：Inordertoensurethecommissioningworkconductedsuccessfully,amanagementteamwiththeprojectmanagerasthecoreistobeestablished.Thecommissioningpersonnelincludethecommissioningteamestablishedbyourcompanyandincludeotherrelevantcompany’sprofessionalpersonnelaswell.空調(diào)系統(tǒng)調(diào)試員名單RollCallofPersonnelforHVACSystemCommissioning空調(diào)調(diào)試領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組組織人員構(gòu)成如下：OrganizationofmanagementteamforHVACcommissioning:調(diào)試總負(fù)責(zé)commissioningoverallin-charge：iengineerin-charge：電氣工程師空調(diào)工程師空調(diào)質(zhì)檢員電氣工程師空調(diào)工程師空調(diào)質(zhì)檢員長(zhǎng)王春明空調(diào)工程師空調(diào)風(fēng)班長(zhǎng)盧志斌空調(diào)水班長(zhǎng)黃雙喜空調(diào)風(fēng)班長(zhǎng)空調(diào)風(fēng)班長(zhǎng)盧志斌空調(diào)水班長(zhǎng)黃雙喜空調(diào)風(fēng)班長(zhǎng)盧建生電氣班長(zhǎng)馬銀根空調(diào)工程師HVACengineer空調(diào)質(zhì)檢員HVACQC電氣工程師electricalengineer空調(diào)水班長(zhǎng)HVACHydroforeman空調(diào)風(fēng)班長(zhǎng)HVACAirforeman電氣班長(zhǎng)electricalforeman2、材料準(zhǔn)備2.MaterialPreparation2.1儀器儀表要求及主要儀表工具：2.1RequirementofInstrumentsandMainInstrumentstoBeUsed2.1.1通風(fēng)與空調(diào)系統(tǒng)調(diào)試所使用的儀器儀表應(yīng)有出廠合格證明書和鑒定文件。2.1.1Theinstrumentstobeusedinthecommissioningofventilationandair-conditioningsystemshouldowntheex-workcertificateandcertifyingdocument.2.1.2嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行計(jì)量法，不準(zhǔn)在調(diào)試工作崗位上使用無檢定合格印、證或超過檢定周期以及經(jīng)檢定不合格的計(jì)量?jī)x器儀表。2.1.2Strictlyimplementthemethodofmeasurement,instrumentsformeasurementbutareunqualifiedprovenbytest,orexpiredornoconformitymarkprintedornocertificatepresented,theseinstrumentsshallnotbeusedforthecommissioningwork.2.1.3必須了解各種常用測(cè)試儀表的構(gòu)造原理和性能，嚴(yán)格掌握它們的使用和校驗(yàn)方法，按規(guī)定的操作步驟進(jìn)行測(cè)試。2.1.3Mustunderstandthestructureprincipleandperformanceofdifferentkindsofcommonlyusedinstruments,strictlymastertheirapplicationmethodandcalibrationmethod,operatethetestaccordingspecifiedprocedure.2.1.4綜合效果測(cè)定時(shí)，所使用的儀表精度級(jí)別應(yīng)高于被測(cè)對(duì)象的級(jí)別。2.1.1Formeasuration(ordetermination)ofcomprehensiveresultanteffect,theadoptedinstrumentitsprecisionlevelshouldbehigherthanthelevelofapplied2.1.5搬運(yùn)和使用儀器儀表要輕拿輕放，防止震動(dòng)和撞擊，不使用儀表時(shí)應(yīng)放在專用工具儀表箱內(nèi)，防潮濕防污穢等。2.1.5Movingandusingofinstrumentsshouldbeverycareful,avoidshakingorbumping,idleinstrumentsshouldbewellpackedinthebox,avoidmoistureanddirtetc..2.1.6畢托管；罩式風(fēng)速儀；其它常用的電工儀表、聲級(jí)儀、鋼卷尺、手電鉆、活扳子、改錐、鉗子、鐵錘、梯子、手電筒、對(duì)講機(jī)、計(jì)算器、測(cè)桿等。2.1.6Pitometer;hood-typeair-speedmeter;othercommonlyusedelectricalmeter,2.2作業(yè)條件2.2OperationalCondition2.2.1通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)必須安裝完畢，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試之前會(huì)同建設(shè)單位進(jìn)行全面檢查，全部符合設(shè)計(jì)、施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范和工程質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，才能進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和調(diào)試。2.2.1TheHVACsystemshallbeinstalledcompletely,beforecommissioning,carryoutfullyinspectionjointlywithOwner,onlyafterallaspectsarecompliantwithrequirementsofthese,thec
