Limitsofapplication應(yīng)用范圍Neverrunthepumpbeyondthemax.capacity,speed,pressure,temperatures,asstatedonthedatasheet/nameplateorconflictingwithotherinstructionsfixedinthismanualandothercontractdocuments.Prescribedelectricpowerratingsaswellasservice,maintenance,inspectionandassemblyinstructionsmustbestrictlyobserved.Thisalsoappliestospecialinstructionsandrulesforbuilt-incomponents(ermediategears,motors,couplingsetc.).Usageoftheequipmentbeyondthestipulatedconditionscanleadtooverload.Ifunavoidable,themanufacturermustbeconsultedinwriting.在超過數(shù)據(jù)表/銘牌上規(guī)定的最大能力、速度、壓力、溫度或者與本手冊及其他合同文件規(guī)定的其它說明相抵觸的情況下，不得運行該泵。必須嚴(yán)格遵守規(guī)定的功率額定值以及運行、維護(hù)、檢查和組裝說明。這也適用于內(nèi)置部件的特殊說明和規(guī)定（如中間齒輪箱、電機、聯(lián)軸器等）。在超過規(guī)定條件下使用會導(dǎo)致設(shè)備過載。如果這種情況不可避免的話，必須用書面形式向制造廠咨詢。Guarantee擔(dān)保Unlessotherwiseagreeduponinwritingfortheindividualorder,weacceptawarrantyperiodof12monthsforsingle-shiftoperation(daily8hours),and6monthsfordouble-shiftoperation(daily16hours),fromthedaytheequipmentisleavingourworks.Partssubjecttowearandtearandsubsequentdamagesareexcludedfromtheguarantee,ifnothingelsehasbeenagreeduponinwriting.Fordetailedinformationwerefertoour“Termsofsaleanddelivery”.Particularagreementsarefixedinthecontract.除非另有書面協(xié)議，我們對單輪班運行（每天8小時）的保用期為12個月，而對于雙輪班運行（每天16小時）的保用期為6個月，自該設(shè)備離開我們工廠之日算起。易損件磨損及間接損失不在本擔(dān)保范圍內(nèi)。詳細(xì)信息請參考“銷售和交貨條件”。特殊的協(xié)議條款應(yīng)在合同中規(guī)定。1.5 Personnel人員Theowner/operatoroftheequipmentisobligedtobringthisoperationandmaintenancemanualtotheattentionofallpersonsthatareinvolvedintheservice,maintenance,inspectionandassemblyoftheequipment.Furthermore,allsuchpersonsmustbeinformedaboutthecontentsofthisoperationandmaintenancemanualthatmustmakethemselvesfamiliarwiththeequipmentforreasonsotherthanthosementionedabove(e.g.safetyofficer,environmentalprotectionofficer,worksfire-brigade,etc.).本設(shè)備的業(yè)主必須將“使用和維護(hù)手冊”提供給參加操作、維護(hù)、檢查和組裝設(shè)備的所有人員。此外，除了上述那些人員外，其他有關(guān)人員（如安全員、環(huán)保人員、工廠消防隊等）都也必須熟悉本使用和維護(hù)手冊中的內(nèi)容，并對設(shè)備有所了解。1.6 Parts’identification(itemnumbers)部件的識別（分類號）Theitemnumberslistedintheoperationandmaintenancemanualrefertothesectionaldrawingofthepumpandtherelatingpartslist.Sinceboththesectionaldrawingofthepumpandthepartslistareissuedtoorder,theyareattachedtothehandbook.列在操作與維護(hù)手冊上的件號，參見泵剖面圖和相關(guān)的零件表。由于泵剖面圖以及零件表是按要求提供的，所以它們附于本手冊中。Noiseandsoundrecording噪音和聲音的記錄Noiseandsoundmeasurementofthepumpiscarriedoutanddocumentedatthefactory-ownedtestrigduringthetestrun.Dependingontheinstallationsite,thenoiseemissionis>80dbAor>85dbA.Wewouldliketopointoutthattheoperatorhastomarkthenoiseareasaccordingtoapplicableregulationsandthathehasgottotakeappropriatemeasures(e.g.earprotection,training,medicalexamination).泵噪聲和聲音的測量在試運行時用工廠的設(shè)備進(jìn)行測量和記錄，根據(jù)安裝地點的不同，噪聲排放應(yīng)為大于80dbA或大于85dbA。需要指出的是操作人員必須根據(jù)使用規(guī)定標(biāo)出噪聲區(qū)域并采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧＃ɡ?，聽力保護(hù)，培訓(xùn)，醫(yī)學(xué)檢查）1.9 Technicalpassport技術(shù)證明書Thetechnicalpassportcontainsthetechnicaldataofthepumpandisfoundinthedocumentstothehandbook.技術(shù)證明書包括泵技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)，可在本手冊的文件中查到。1.10 Declarationofincorporationofpartlycompletedmachineryordeclarationofconformityandcertificatesoftechnicalinspectionassociations技術(shù)檢測合格證ThepumpcorrespondstothestatementsintheEC’sdeclarationofconformityonharmonizedstandards.PumppartswhicharesubjecttotothePressureEquipmentDirectiveDGRL97/23EGaretestedbythemanufactureraccordingtotheregulations,theresultsbeingdocumentedbymeansoftestcertificates.Thedeclarationofconformityaccordingtodirective2006/42/EG(ATEX95)(ifavailable)isenclosedtothedocumentation.PartsofthepumpbeingsubjecttospecialregulationsinGermanyorinEuropearedeliveredbythemanufacturerwithacorrespondingcertificateondemand.泵符合歐盟合格證書中聲明的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。DGRK97/23指定的壓力設(shè)備，由工廠根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)則進(jìn)行測試，測試結(jié)果記錄在測試證書上。根據(jù)2006/42/EG(ATEX95)指定的合格證（如果有）要附在文檔中。德國或歐洲特殊規(guī)則規(guī)定的部件，應(yīng)由廠家根據(jù)要求提供相應(yīng)的證書。1.11 Safety安全要求Thismanualcontainsessentialguidelinesfortheinstallation,operationandservicingoftheequipmentandmustbestrictlyrespected.Thus,fittersandresponsibletechnicalstaff/operatorsmustreadthismanualbeforethepumpisinstalledandcommissioned.Itshallbeplacedclosetothemachinesothatitisreadilyavailable.本手冊包括設(shè)備安裝、運行和維修時必不可少的指導(dǎo)而且必須非常重視。因此，裝配工和技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人員/操作員在泵安裝和試運行之前必須先閱讀本手冊。手冊應(yīng)該放在設(shè)備附近，以便隨時取用。Allsafetyguidelinescoveredbythismainpoint?Safety“aretobeconsideredaswellasallothersafetyguidelinescoveredbyothermainpointssuchas5.1,6.1,7.1and8.1.必須考慮“安全要求”要點中的所有安全提示和其它要點（如5.1，6.1，7.1和8.1）所涉及的安全提示。2.1 Trainingandqualificationofthepersonnel人員培訓(xùn)和資格認(rèn)證Thepersonnelforservice,maintenance,inspectionandinstallationmustbequalifiedforthejob.Responsibility,competenceandthesupervisionofsuchpersonnelmustberegulatedbytheowner/operator.Anypersonnelnothavingthenecessaryknowledgeshallbetrainedandinstructedbyexperts.Ifrequired,thismaybedonebyFELUWAonbehalfoftheowner/operator.Furthermore,theowner/operatorshallensurethatthepersonnelfullyunderstandthecontentsofthemanual.維修，維護(hù)，檢查和安裝工作必須由有資格的操作人員來進(jìn)行。上述那些人員的職責(zé)，權(quán)限和監(jiān)督管理范圍必須由業(yè)主來規(guī)定。對于不具備必需知識的任何人員應(yīng)該由FELUWA進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)。如果需要的話，可由制造廠/供應(yīng)商代表業(yè)主來執(zhí)行。此外，業(yè)主應(yīng)該保證全體人員都完全了解本手冊的內(nèi)容。Riskswithnon-observanceofsafetyguides不遵守安全指南造成的風(fēng)險Thenon-observanceofsafetyguidescancausedamagetothepeopleaswellastotheenvironmentandtothemachine.TheNon-observanceofsafetyguidesmayresultinthelossofanyclaimsfordamages.不遵守安全指南不但會傷及人員，而且對環(huán)境和設(shè)備也有損害。不執(zhí)行安全指南會失去要求賠償損失的權(quán)力。Forinstance,non-observancemayhavethefollowingconsequences:例如，導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)以下后果：Failureofimportantfunctionsofthemachine/pump設(shè)備/泵的重要功能故障Failureofprescribedmethodsformaintenanceandservicing維修與使用規(guī)定的方法失效Menacetopersonsbyelectrical,mechanicalandchemicalimpacts電氣、機械和化學(xué)品的影響對人造成威脅Menacetotheenvironmentbyleakageofdangerousmaterials危險的物料泄漏對環(huán)境造成危害2.4 Workingtotherules工作準(zhǔn)則Thesafetyguidelineslistedinthismanual,theexistingnationalspecificationsforaccidentpreventionaswellasanyinternalregulationsoftheowner/operatorrelatingtowork,operationandsafetyaretoberespected.業(yè)主對本手冊中的安全指導(dǎo)、現(xiàn)行的避免事故發(fā)生的國家安全技術(shù)規(guī)范以及與工作/運行和安全有關(guān)的的任何內(nèi)部條例都應(yīng)遵守。 Inadmissibleoperations不許可的運行Theoperationalsafetyofthepumpsuppliedisonlyensurediftheequipmentisusedinaccordancewithparagraph1–General–ofthemanual.只有按照本手冊第1章“概述”要求安全使用該泵送設(shè)備，我們才對其的安全性予以擔(dān)保。

5.
