24、tor bank assembly comprised of resistor unit, and fixed into one housing. Four terminals are connected with tinned copper links, two terminals was composed as one unit .4組12層的電阻元件模塊組成電阻器被固定在一個(gè)箱體內(nèi)。共有4個(gè)引出端用銅排聯(lián)接，兩個(gè)為一組單元。Each resistor module assembly is double insulation configuration, and rigid bolted

27、ed by forklift, in order to transport.電阻器必須固定在可以使用叉車搬運(yùn)的托架上，以便運(yùn)輸。Note: use a sturdy enough rope hoisting.注意：使用足夠結(jié)實(shí)的繩索進(jìn)行吊裝。3.3 Mounting 安裝The resistor unit is outdoor type. It must be ensured that sufficient space surround theenclosure against foreign objects falling down or ingress in.電阻器是戶外型。確保周圍有足夠

28、的空間，防止有異物墜落或者進(jìn)入。3.4 Connection 接線3.5 Commissioning 調(diào)試Prior to putting the resistor unit into operation it must be ensured that 在使用前必須確保：- the resistor unit is fitted properly電阻器正確安裝- the resistor unit is connected correctly聯(lián)接正確- the fixing screws of the terminal connections are tightened with 58 Nm

Operation運(yùn)行4.1 Safety advice 平安標(biāo)志W(wǎng)ARNING cover, which prevent contact with active or live parts, shall not be removed or absent during operation. Refer also to the Safety measu

30、res in the Maintenance section.警告在運(yùn)行中在要防止觸及帶電體，不能挪開(kāi)或者不用罩蓋。WARNING Deviations from normal operation (higher power consumption,temperatures or vibrations, unusual noise or smells etc.) indicate that the function is impaired. In such cases the maintenance personnel must be informed immediately in order

The resistance value ofeach individual resistor module is indicated on the rating plate. 確認(rèn)電阻器的阻值與銘牌一致。Maintenance 維護(hù)保養(yǎng)5.1 Safety measures 平安檢查WARNING General requirements respecting skills necessary for operation andmaintenance of such systems a

33、nd plants are to be found in section 1.2 of these operatinginstructions. 同上1.2頁(yè)Before performance work on the equipment ensure that.工作前必須保證設(shè)備處于的狀態(tài)如下：- the plant cannot be adversely affected and that persons cannot be endangered as aresult of the envisaged action, 確保人員平安為首要前提，廠方要配合。- the equipment or

34、 the plant section, as appropriate, has been safely disconnected asper the requirements. This requirement applies not only to the main circuit but alsoto auxiliary and ancillary circuits! 設(shè)備或者工廠供電必須平安地?cái)嚅_(kāi)，包括所有主回路和輔助回路。General safety rules: 平安總那么- disconnect all poles 切斷所有電源相線- take steps to prevent r

35、econnection 采取必要的措施防止和閘- measure to ensure that circuits are dead 測(cè)量并確認(rèn)電路是斷電狀態(tài)- shield or cover neighboring live parts.對(duì)鄰近的帶電體做隔離處理5.2 Cleaning 清洗Depending on the rate of fouling, it is advisable to blow out the resistor frames with dry compressed air appropriate intervals. Dust and dirt can cause f

36、lashovers between active mass toearth. 根據(jù)污染程度，建議定期合理地制定采用枯燥的壓縮空氣對(duì)電阻器吹洗。因?yàn)榛覊m或者污物在電阻元件和地之間會(huì)導(dǎo)致閃烙。5.3 Inspections 檢查5.3 .1 The inspection intervals should be determined according to the actual operating conditions. Every inspection for fouling should be accompanied by a visual inspection of the resistan

37、ce elements, the ceramic parts and the insulators.按實(shí)際使用情況制定檢查周期。每次采用目測(cè)方式檢查電阻元件、陶瓷絕緣子或者其他絕緣子外表的污染程度。5.3.2 The inspection intervals should be determined according to the actual operating conditions. Every inspection for whether the connect fastener are loose or not t should be accompanied by a visual

Generally, it is required that should strengthen the connectfasteners no more than three months.按實(shí)際使用情況制定檢查周期。每次目測(cè)方式檢查電阻引出聯(lián)接緊固件是否有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。一般不超過(guò)三個(gè)月要求對(duì)引出聯(lián)接排進(jìn)行緊固件加強(qiáng)。5.4 Replacement of defective parts 更換破損件5.4.1 Replacement of a whole resistor unit 更換整個(gè)電阻模塊單元The procedure for replacing a resist

39、or unit is as follows：更換程序如下 - Take the cover plate of connection box out and jump terminals to earth stud where customer earthing cable is connecting. 斷電，翻開(kāi)接線箱蓋板;對(duì)所有的用戶接線端進(jìn) 行對(duì)地放電操作。 - Unscrew cotmecting cables, and then loosen four customer fixed hexagon bolts but do not off them completely.取出用戶電纜。

40、 - Put two or four ropes or lifting device into the module. Pad some compatible square wood bars into the gap between all banks. Remove all fixing bolts on the ceramic pin. Make a note of the position, number and fasteners of customer cables.采用兩繩或四 繩或者起重裝置放入被換模塊。在每層元件之間用木方墊實(shí)。松開(kāi)并取出所有固定絕緣子的 螺栓。對(duì)上述的經(jīng)固件

41、和用戶電纜的位置、編號(hào)做筆錄。 - Take the module out of frame and Lower to the ground. 吊出電阻單元并平放在地上。5.4.2 Replacement of a resistor bank 更換一相電阻If resistor bank in the frame has to be replaced, the following steps have to be carried out 程序如下：disconnect power source; take the front shields off.可靠分閘斷電，取下錢罩板。jump the terminals to the earth stud where grounding cable is reliable connected .可靠接地，并對(duì)所有用戶
