2、to KD parts claim 物料索賠:指甲方按銷售合同規(guī)定所提供的KD產(chǎn)品,在運(yùn)抵乙方指定的地點(diǎn)后,在開箱驗(yàn)貨、生產(chǎn)組裝及調(diào)試過程中,因甲方原因,出現(xiàn)漏發(fā)或錯(cuò)發(fā)的物料損壞或報(bào)廢、KD物料功能不全或功能喪失等質(zhì)量事件,乙方因維護(hù)生產(chǎn)需要而向甲方提出補(bǔ)償物料損失的索賠要求,甲方根據(jù)協(xié)議規(guī)定,滿足乙方索賠要求的過程。Parts claim : Parts claim refers to the process that after Party A has shipped the KD parts supplied by Party A as per the Sales Contract to

3、 the place designated by Party B, there are to be found, due to Party As reason, the issues such as parts being short-delivered or delivered wrong or quality issues such as parts being damaged or to be scraped, KD parts not functioning adequately or losing function in the process of unpacking to ins

5、s 1、索賠業(yè)務(wù)術(shù)語(yǔ) The terms related to KD parts claim 修復(fù)索賠:指因甲方責(zé)任造成并經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)可修復(fù)的物料,在KD工廠由乙方修復(fù)后,乙方向甲方提出修復(fù)費(fèi)用的索賠要求。Rework claim: Rework claim refers to the claim raised by Party B for compensating the rework cost after the KD parts, whose quality problems are ascribed to Party A but are confirmed to be reworkabl

6、e by Party A(Claims on the painting problems are limited to the damages caused during the process of transportation and packaging ), are reworked by Party B in the KD Assembly Plant.訂單號(hào):一般指甲乙雙方簽署KD套件銷售合同時(shí)的流水號(hào),一般為6位阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。Order No.: Order No. refers to the serial number of the sales contract signed by

7、 both Party A and Party B on KD parts. 8、elivered wrong: Parts being short-delivered or delivered wrong refers to the cases that due to the reason of Party A, there is inconformity in category or discrepancy in quantity of the KD parts delivered to Party B when compared with the BOM (bill of material) or packing list.質(zhì)量問題:指因甲方原因,送至乙方的KD物料因

9、外觀、尺寸、功能等無(wú)法滿足生產(chǎn)、調(diào)試及整車出廠檢驗(yàn)要求的情況。Quality Problem: Quality Problem refers to the cases that due to Party As reason, the appearance, dimension and function of the KD parts delivered to Party B can not meet the requirements for production, rectification and delivery inspection of complete vehicles. 海外KD工

10、廠索賠業(yè)務(wù)的介紹Brief introduction on Claim Business in Overseas KD Plants 1、索賠業(yè)務(wù)術(shù)語(yǔ) The terms related to KD parts claim 甲方代表:指甲方或甲方關(guān)聯(lián)公司派駐乙方工廠人員,負(fù)責(zé)開箱驗(yàn)貨、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量支持及索賠服務(wù)工作。 The Representative of Party A: The Representative of Party A refers to the person who is sent by Party A or associate companies of Party A and

11、 stationed at the plant of Party B and who is authorized to take charge of the matters such as unpacking to inspect, providing support concerning production, quality and service work for claim.乙方代表:乙方負(fù)責(zé)開箱驗(yàn)貨及KD工廠生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)及質(zhì)量支持的人員。 The Representative of Party B: The Representative of Party B refers to the

12、 person who is from Party B and takes charge of unpacking to inspect as well as providing support in aspects of production, technology and quality in KD Assembly Plant.海外KD工廠索賠業(yè)務(wù)的介紹Brief introduction on Claim Business in Overseas KD Plants 2、非索賠范圍 Scope of items that cannot be claimed1.乙方未事先書面通知甲方或未

13、經(jīng)甲方事先書面許可,自行開箱驗(yàn)貨認(rèn)定為錯(cuò)漏發(fā)、外觀破損的物料; Parts deemed to be short-delivered or delivered wrong or to be damaged on the surface when Party B by itself unpacks container to inspect without prior written notice to Party A or without prior written permission of Party A;2.未按甲方生產(chǎn)工藝、技術(shù)要求組裝生產(chǎn)造成的損失; The losses result

14、ed from failing to follow the requirements of the production process and technology stipulated by Party A in assembling and production;3.在組裝生產(chǎn)過程中,車身及鈑金件出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題;不合理的存儲(chǔ)方式或沒有遵守甲方特別提示的存儲(chǔ)要求,造成物料損壞,丟失,如:未采取遮擋措施,長(zhǎng)期露天放置,造成KD件出現(xiàn)斑點(diǎn)、銹蝕、氧化、裝飾件外表面與硬物直接接觸等; Parts damaged or lost due to unreasonable storage mode o

15、r being unable to follow the requirements for storage raised specifically by Party A. For example, parts are put in the open for long time and no measures is taken to shield them, leading to the stained spots, rust and oxidation appearing on the surface of the KD parts, and the surface of the trim p

17、 have been stored for over 6 months and FIFO (first in, first out ) is not adopted in assembling;5.同一個(gè)訂單下的質(zhì)量信息反饋單,提交之后的三個(gè)月內(nèi),如不再出現(xiàn)相同訂單下的質(zhì)量信息反饋單,則該訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的索賠權(quán)限將關(guān)閉,即甲方不接受涉及該訂單的質(zhì)量信息反饋和索賠單。 Within three months after “Parts Quality Problem Feedback Form” under one order No. is submitted, if no other “Parts Q

21、處理流程的操作 Operation of KD quality information flowKD產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量信息反饋表 KD Parts Quality Problem Feedback Form質(zhì)量問題分析8D報(bào)告 8D Report of Quality Analysis2、質(zhì)量信息反饋表單的構(gòu)成 The constitution of KD Parts Quality Problem Feedback Form對(duì)于質(zhì)量信息反饋單,按問題發(fā)生的時(shí)間、車型、地點(diǎn)、涉及的物料的不同,分別填寫,一個(gè)問題填寫一份表單,除填寫文字信息外,還應(yīng)提供數(shù)字化方式的圖片或視頻信息。The “KD Parts

22、 Quality Problem Feedback Form” shall be filled out in terms of the problem occurring time, vehicle type, occurring place and the parts involved respectively, and for each problem, a form is filled out. In addition to the text information, digital information such as pictures or video information sh

23、all also be provided.二、KD質(zhì)量信息處理流程的操作 Operation of KD quality information flow3、質(zhì)量信息反饋表單的填寫 Filling in the “KD Parts Quality Problem Feedback Form”按問題物料所在的批次如實(shí)填寫訂單信息。Fill in the order information truthfully based on the batch of problematic parts訂單號(hào)以美嘉峰公司銷售管理部提供的貿(mào)易合同號(hào)進(jìn)行填寫(6位),如:130101,不允許另加編號(hào),數(shù)字輸入時(shí)必須

24、為半角。Order Number box shall be filled in with the contract No. given by Sales Management Dept . Of Geely International Corporation (6 digital), such as 130101. Adding Number is not allowed. The digitals shall be input in half width .訂單信息欄到貨數(shù)量填寫以該訂單要求到貨的臺(tái)套數(shù)量進(jìn)行填寫,數(shù)字輸入時(shí)必須為半角。Arrival Quantity box shall b

25、e filled in with the quantity of sets required by the order, and the digitals shall be input in half width. 二、KD質(zhì)量信息處理流程的操作 Operation of KD quality information flow3、質(zhì)量信息反饋表單的填寫 Filling in the “KD Parts Quality Problem Feedback Form”物料信息欄物料編碼和供應(yīng)商代碼填寫必須準(zhǔn)確,數(shù)字與字母輸入時(shí)必須為半角。Part No. and supplier code shal

26、l be filled in correctly and digital and letter shal l be input in half width.重要度主要以是否影響海外工廠生產(chǎn)為主要依據(jù),需要緊急補(bǔ)發(fā)的物料重要度必須為A類。Importance box shall be filled in based on whether production in overseas plants is affected and the parts needed to deliver urgently is classified as A class.問題件數(shù)量應(yīng)為實(shí)際發(fā)生的問題數(shù),只填寫半角的數(shù)

27、字。The problematic parts quantity should be quantity of problems actually happened, and the box should be filled in half width digital.按供貨裝態(tài)進(jìn)行填寫,索賠件訂單填寫“一般散件”。Fill it as per the supply status. If it is from the order for claimed parts, it should be “general KD parts”按要求添加索賠單,照片粘貼至word中,文件名稱為索賠單號(hào)。Add

28、claim form as per the requirement, and the photo is post to WORD text with the claim form No as the name of the document.二、KD質(zhì)量信息處理流程的操作 Operation of KD quality information flow3、質(zhì)量信息反饋表單的填寫 Filling in the “KD Parts Quality Problem Feedback Form”問題信息欄對(duì)物料的問題點(diǎn)進(jìn)行描述,以便國(guó)內(nèi)進(jìn)行分析改進(jìn)。Describe the problem of th

29、e part so as to help domestic plant analyze and improve the part. 按附件模版要求制作照片附件,必要時(shí)可添加視頻。Make photo attachment as per the template in attachment , and add video document if necessary .整改意見:如:“由包裝公司整改,并于*天內(nèi)完成”等意見。Modification opinion: For example “modified by packaging company, and finished within .d

30、ays”指定問題整改責(zé)任人,本欄在流程中選擇后自動(dòng)導(dǎo)入。Designate the responsible personnel for the modification, and in the box the name is introduced after making selection.根據(jù)車型產(chǎn)地填寫。 Fill according to vehicle type and production place 針對(duì)“基本信息欄”及“問題信息”內(nèi)容進(jìn)行審核,并可給出處理意見。 Check the contents in “ basic information box “and” proble

38、 flow5、描述附件的制作 Making out the describing attachments 描述附件內(nèi)容一般以照片形式為主,文件名稱格式為“訂單號(hào)-車型-物料名稱”,Word模版或Excel模板皆可。 The contents of describing attachments shall generally take photos as the maim form, and the format of the documents is in the form “order No-vehicle type-part name.” 照片清晰、拍攝角度能準(zhǔn)確顯示故障現(xiàn)象,并圈出問題點(diǎn)
