1、一般格式：1、所有的段落頂格寫2、段與段之間空一行3、信件里面還是加上“yourssincerely/faithfully”4、信件一般不用寫時間、地址，除非題目有具體的信息，5、report和proposal需要有個題目，開頭字母大寫即可（Reporton）,6、 report和proposal的一般格式：IntroductionFindingsConclusionsRecommendations7、常見錯誤（1）、report和proposal描述的情況一般是過去時，所以需要用過去式，但文章中若有對現(xiàn)在客觀事實的描述（一般是結(jié)尾部門的總結(jié)或陳述），則用一般現(xiàn)在式。（ 2） 、不要想當(dāng)然的使
