2、和責(zé)任感。這幾年年，正是因為我們心存憂患，時刻牢記著自己的x，時時刻牢記著全市人民的安危和和發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定，才打打贏了一次又一次的大仗、攻攻下了一個又一個的“碉堡”，才使“金色盾牌”更加閃閃光。付出必有回報。現(xiàn)在，全市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展喜人，人人民群眾安居樂業(yè)，公安隊伍伍能力作風(fēng)也再上臺階，還連連續(xù)被評為全市“目標(biāo)管理作作風(fēng)建設(shè)先進(jìn)單位”。形勢催催人振奮、成績令人鼓舞。但但所謂“禍兮福之所倚，福兮兮禍之所伏”，任何事物，都都有相反相成、相生相克的一一面。發(fā)展也是如此，越是形形勢好、越是發(fā)展順利的時候候，越要增強(qiáng)憂患意識，越要要認(rèn)清形勢、掌握情況，力求求在穩(wěn)定中預(yù)見危機(jī)，從有利利中發(fā)現(xiàn)不利，未雨綢繆防患患
