項目經(jīng)理rematiptop(tianjin)rubbertechnologyco.,ltd蒂普拓普(天津)橡膠技術(shù)有限公司,蒂普拓普主要職責(zé)

1、全面負責(zé)工程項目的前期跟進、技術(shù)磋商、組織方案制定、管理、實施、質(zhì)量控制、并參與施工;

2、組織施工現(xiàn)場布置規(guī)劃,加工場地、庫房和辦公休息區(qū)域等協(xié)調(diào)工作,解決施工現(xiàn)場一切協(xié)調(diào)問題;

3、結(jié)合現(xiàn)場情況,制定施工進度計劃和材料使用計劃,并準備施工所需工具設(shè)施,根據(jù)施工量合理安排所需人員,控制施工進度,以及質(zhì)量控制;

4、監(jiān)督、檢查施工安全,確保施工人員的人身安全和物料安全;

5、嚴格按照公司的施工工藝和材料,按照標準要求進行施工,并對施工中發(fā)生的不符合項,制定整改措施,實施整改;

6、完工后對該項目進行匯總分析,并對施工人員進行獎懲和獎金分配工作,上報運營主管;

7、積極配合維護、培訓(xùn)團隊的工作,服從安排,共同完成公司交辦各項施工任務(wù)。

任職要求:

1、大專以上學(xué)歷,機械、材料相關(guān)專業(yè),3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。

2、熟練的施工操作技能;吃苦耐勞,細心負責(zé)。

3、做事認真踏實細致,責(zé)任心強。具有管理能力以及團隊合作精神。
