閉環(huán)控制是以實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)流控制為目的。穩(wěn)流控制是通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)整流機(jī)組的飽和電抗器和有載開(kāi)關(guān)使得在電解槽負(fù)荷增加、網(wǎng)壓波動(dòng)和產(chǎn)生陽(yáng)極效應(yīng)時(shí)能使設(shè)定值電流與測(cè)量值電流一致。

閉環(huán)控制按照現(xiàn)在的說(shuō)法,一般分為大閉環(huán)控制和小閉環(huán)控制。(或者叫N+1控制,N是整流機(jī)組的數(shù)量(每臺(tái)機(jī)組配置一個(gè)小閉環(huán)控制),1是大閉環(huán)控制總調(diào)PLC)

大閉環(huán)控制由總調(diào)PLC完成,綜合所有整流機(jī)組的工藝條件和陽(yáng)極工況以實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)流控制,一般分為總調(diào)控制和分調(diào)控制。

小閉環(huán)控制一般為就地控制,調(diào)節(jié)飽和電抗器,平衡A、B柜直流輸出,采集整流柜本體信號(hào),以及整流柜的本體保護(hù)。西門(mén)子
