Purpose目的ThisprocedureisdevelopedtodefinetheresponsibilitiesandrequirementsforthevisualinspectionoftheproductweldseamdonebySNPEMC.編制本程序是為了明確山東核電設(shè)備制造有限公司對產(chǎn)品焊縫外觀目視檢查的責(zé)任及要求。Scope范圍ThisprocedureisusedtoimplementthevisualinspectionoftheproductweldseamdonebySNPEMC.本程序用來執(zhí)行對山東核電設(shè)備制造有限公司產(chǎn)品焊縫的目視檢查。Reference參考文件ASMECodeSectionⅢdivision1,SubNE2001ED+2002ADDASMECodeSectionⅢdivision1,SubNB,NC,ND,NE,NF2001Ed.+2002AddASMECodesectionⅪ2001ED+2002ADDASMECodesectionⅪ2001Ed.+2002AddQualityAssuranceManualforHaiyangProjectHY-QAM海陽項目質(zhì)量保證手冊HY-QAM“Visualexaminationprocedure”APP-MV50-VW-007《目視檢查程序》APP-MV50-VW-007AWSD1.1-2000AWSD1.6-1999Responsibilities職責(zé)4.1QualityManagementDepartment質(zhì)量管理部4.1.1QCSectionisresponsiblefororganizingthevisualinspection.QC組負(fù)責(zé)組織進行目視檢查;4.1.2QCSectionisresponsibleforperforminginspectionactivitiesinaccordancewithrequirementsofthisprocedureandprovidinginspectionrecordsandinspectionreports.QC組負(fù)責(zé)按照本程序要求進行檢查工作,并出具檢查記錄和檢查報告;4.1.3QCSectionisresponsibleforfollowinginspectionofNCR.QC室負(fù)責(zé)對質(zhì)量不符合項進行跟蹤和檢查。4.2TechnicalDepartment技術(shù)部4.2.1Beingresponsibleforpreparingweldingspecification;負(fù)責(zé)編寫焊接工藝規(guī)程;4.2.2Beingresponsibleforevaluatingweldingspecification;負(fù)責(zé)對焊接工藝規(guī)程進行評定;4.2.3ProvidethetechnicalsolutionofNCR對質(zhì)量不符合項的解決提供技術(shù)支持。4.3EngineeringDepartment工程部4.3.1Cleaningtheareatobeexaminedinaccordancewithrequirements,tomeettherequirementsofvisualinspectionandNDE;對按要求進行清理,滿足目視檢查和NDE的要求條件;4.3.2Completingself-inspection,completingrecordsofself-inspection,andinformingQCpersonnelofQualityManagementDepartmenttomakethefinalinspection;完成自檢,形成自檢記錄,合格后,通知QC人員進行最終檢查;4.3.3Beingresponsiblefortakingcorrectiveactionandreworkshallberelatedtodeviationornonconformanceinaccordancewiththisprocedure.負(fù)責(zé)采取糾正措施,按照返工程序進行返工并進行檢驗。5.Prerequisite先決條件5.1Personnelqualification人員資格5.1.1VisualinspectionQCpersonnelarequalifiedpersonnelbasedonprocedureforevaluatingQCpersonnelqualificationHY-MP-ITQ-003.目視QC人員是按照《QC人員資格評定程序》HY-MP-ITQ-003評定合格的人員;5.1.2VisualinspectionQCpersonnelmusthaveobtainedthecorrespondingvisualinspectionqualificationgradecertificatesissuedbyresponsiblenationalnucleardepartment.目視QC人員必須獲得國家核主管部門頒發(fā)的相應(yīng)目視檢查等級資格證書;5.1.3TheVisualexaminationpersonnelshallhaveavisiontestannuallytoassurenaturalcorrectedneardistanceacuitysuchthattheyarecapableofreadingstandardJ-1lettersonstandardJaegerTestTypechartsfornearvisionorequivalentmethods.目視檢查人員應(yīng)每年進行一次視力檢查以確保其近視視力能夠識別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Jeager檢測表上的J-1字母或其它方法;5.1.4QCpersonnelshallbecapableofcertainweldingexperienceandtheory,andcanaccuratelyidentifythefollowingdeficiencies:QC人員應(yīng)具有一定的焊接經(jīng)驗和理論知識,能夠準(zhǔn)確識別以下各種缺陷:Porosity氣孔Incompletefusion未熔合Incompletejointpenetration未焊透Undercut咬邊Underfill缺肉Overlap焊瘤Cracks裂紋Metallicandnonmetallicinclusion夾雜Excessivereinforcement余高過大5.1.5.QCpersonnelcancorrectivelychoosetherightinspectionmethodinaccordancewithrequirements.QC人員根據(jù)要求能正確地選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臋z查方法;5.1.6QCpersonnelcanusevariousinspectiontoolsproficiently.QC人員能正確熟練地使用各種檢查工具。5.2Inspectiontools檢查工具Inspectiontoolsmustbecheckedtobequalifiedonesbymeasuringdepartment,andtheymustbewithintheeffectivedate.檢查工具必須是經(jīng)過計量部門鑒定合格的工具,且在有效期內(nèi)。5.3Surfacepreparation表面準(zhǔn)備5.3.1Theidentificationoftheequipmentandcomponentshallbeclear,accurateandcorrect;設(shè)備和部件焊縫的標(biāo)識明顯,準(zhǔn)確無誤;5.3.2Theremustbenomarc,paint,corrosion,oxide,rust,spatter,greaseandinsulationlayer,orotherimpuritiesthatwillhinderthejudgmentofdefectsontheinspectedweldseamsurface.被檢焊縫表面必須無藥渣、油漆、腐蝕、氧化物、鐵銹、飛濺、油脂、保溫層、以及任何妨礙缺陷判斷的雜質(zhì)。5.4weldingrequirements焊接要求5.4.1Weldsandweldingrepairshavetobedonefollowingqualifiedspecification;焊接和焊縫返修必須采用評定合格的焊接工藝規(guī)程;5.4.2Weldersmustholdaweldercertificatewithintheeffectivedate.施焊焊工必須持有在合格期限內(nèi)的焊工證。6.Detaileddescription詳細(xì)描述6.1Inspectiontools檢查工具Toolstobeusedinvisualinspectionare:industrialendoscope,magnifier,weldinginspectionruler,planemirror,ruler,etc.目視檢查中所要運用的工具有:工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡、放大鏡、焊接檢驗尺、平面鏡、直尺等。6.2Inspectiontime檢查時間6.2.1VisualinspectionmustbeperformedbyqualifiedQCinspectoraftertheweldinghasbeencompletedandself-inspectedbywelder,butbeforeNDEinspectionsothatthesurfacedefectscanbeeliminated.外觀檢查必須在施焊完畢、焊工自檢合格后、NDE檢查以前由QC檢查人員完成,目的在于消除表面缺陷;6.2.2Asforthevisualinspectionofweldedjointsinthequenchedandtemperedsteelorthosesubjecttohighconstrain,theproperinspectiontimeshallbedelayedtonolessthan48hoursafterwelding.對于受到高拘束或調(diào)質(zhì)鋼的焊接接頭的外觀檢查,合適的檢查時間應(yīng)該推遲到焊后不小于48小時。6.3Inspectionmethods檢查方法6.3.1Directvisualinspection:ifthedistancebetweentheinspectedweldseamandeyesofQCpersonnelisnomorethan600mm,andtheobservationangleisnolessthan30°,andthereissufficientlight,whichshallbeatleast1000lux,intheenvironmentoftheinspectedweldseam,directvisualinspectioncanbeperformed,ifthelightcannotmeettherequirements,someilluminatingequipmentshallbeusedtoreachit.直接目視檢查:當(dāng)被檢焊縫與QC人員眼睛的無障礙直線距離不大于600mm且觀察視角不小于30度時,則可進行直接目視檢查。且被檢焊縫所處環(huán)境應(yīng)該具有充足的光源,光照強度至少達到1000lux,如果自然環(huán)境達不到要求必須借助一些照明設(shè)備達到規(guī)定要求;6.3.2Indirectvisualinspection:thepositionoftheinspectedweldseamcannotmeettherequirementsfordirectvisualinspection,orundersomespecialcondition,someinstrument(i.g.,telescope,pipeendoscopeetc.)havetobeusedforinspection.Theobservationabilityofthesedevicesshallbenoworsethanthatofdirectvisualinspection.間接目視檢查:被檢焊縫的觀察位置達不到直接目視檢查的條件或在某些特殊條件下,應(yīng)借助部分儀器(如望遠鏡、管道內(nèi)窺鏡等)進行檢查。運用這些儀器所達到的觀察能力應(yīng)不低于直接目視檢查的觀察能力。6.4Visualinspectionofweldedjoints焊接接頭目視檢查6.4.1Thesurfaceoftheweldseammustbeequalandinorder,andthebasematerialandweldingmaterialinthefusionareashallbesufficientlyfused.Modificationmustbedoneiftheweldseamisnotcompleteordimensionisnotenough.焊縫表面必須均勻整齊,熔合區(qū)內(nèi)母材與焊材要充分熔合,焊縫不完整或是尺寸不夠必須整改;6.4.2Thereshallbecompletelyfreeofcoarsecorrugation,groove,andweldoverlap,convex,concave.焊縫表面必須完全沒有粗糙的波紋、溝槽、焊瘤以及凸起的凸塊和凹坑;6.4.3ThesurfaceoftheweldseammustbesuitablefortheNDEasrequiredperapplicabledocuments.焊縫表面情況必須適合無損檢測的要求;Acceptancestandard驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Thefollowingdeficienciesarenotallowedtoappearinthesurfaceofweldseams:焊縫表面不允許出現(xiàn)下列缺陷:1)Cracks裂紋;2)Incompletefusion,lackofpenetration未熔合、未焊透;3)Indicationssuchasgroupofpores,porosity,orwormholesrequiresgrindingrepair任何氣孔、縮孔等缺陷必須打磨修理;4)ThicknessofWeldReinforcementforVessel,andsurfaceofthereinforcementofallbuttweldseammaybeflushwiththebasematerial,ormayhaveuniformcrowns.However,theheightofweldreinforcementineachsideshallbenomorethanthefollowingvalues:對于容器,對接焊縫的余高,表面可以與母材平齊,也可以有均勻的凸起。但每一面余高表面高度不能超過下表數(shù)值;Table1MaxReinforcementforVessel名義厚度mm(in)Nominalthickness(in)最大余高高度mm(in)MaxReinforcementmm(in)t<25(1)2.5(3/32)25<t<50(1<t<2)3(1/8)50<t<75(2<t<3)4.0(5/32)75<t<100(3<t<4)5.5(7/32)100<t<125(4<t<5)6(1/4)t>127(5)8(5/16)5)ThicknessofWeldReinforcementforpiping.Fordouble-weldedbuttjoints,thelimitationonthereinforcementgiveninColumn1ofthefollowingtabulationshallapplyseparatelytobothinsideandoutsidesurfaceofthejoint.Forsingle-weldedbuttjointthereinforcementgiveninColumn2shallapplytotheinsidesurfaceandthereinforcementgiveninColumn1shallapplytotheoutsidesurface.thereinforcementshallbedeterminedfromthehigheroftheabuttingsurfaceinvolved.管道的焊縫余高高度,對于管道雙面焊焊接接頭,下表中第一列的余高范圍適合于此接頭的內(nèi)外表面;單面焊對接接頭,下表中第一列的適用于焊縫外表面,第二列的余高范圍適用于內(nèi)表面。余高的值由相鄰焊縫表面的最高點確定。Table2MaxReinforcementforpiping截面厚度mm(in)sectionthicknessmm(in)最大加強高mm(in)maximumreinforcementmm(in)12≤3(1/8)2.5(2/32)2.5(2/32)3(1/8)~5(3/16)3(1/8)2.5(3/32)5(3/16)~13(1/2)4.0(5/32)3(1/8)13(1/2)~25(1)5(3/16)4.0(5/32)25(1)~50(2)6(1/4)4.0(5/32)>50(2)6(1/4)且不超過焊縫寬度的1/8倍6(1/4)andnomorethan1/8timesoftheweldseamwidth6)Undercutshallnotencroachontheminimumrequiredsectionthicknessandshallnotexceed0.8mm;咬邊深度不能超過名義壁厚且不超過0.8mm,;7)Maximumoffsetofbuttjointinthecomponentfittogetherafterweldingshallnotexceedthescopelistedbelow,inthetabletmeansthenominalthicknessofthethinnersectioninthejoints.組對部件焊接后的最大錯邊量不能超過下表所列出的范圍,表中t為接頭中較薄截面的名義厚度;Table3Maxoffsetofbuttjointafterwelding截面厚度mm(in)Sectionthicknessmm(in)焊縫類型weldseamtype縱向焊縫mm(in)Longitudinalweldseammm(in)環(huán)向焊縫mm(in)Circumferentialweldseammm(in)t≤13(t≤1/2)1/4t1/4t13<t≤19(1/2<t≤3/4)3(1/8)1/4t19<t≤38(3/4<t≤1?)3(1/8)5(3/16)38<t≤50(1?<t≤2)3(1/8)1/8tt>50(t>2)1/16t或10(3/8)1/8t或19(3/4)t:nominalthickness名義厚度8)Anyoffsetwithintheallowabletoleranceprovidedaboveshallbefairedtoatleast3:1taperoverthewidthofthefinishedweld,ifnecessary,byaddingadditionalweldmetalbeyondwhatwouldotherwisebetheedgeofweld.在上表中(錯邊量表)所規(guī)定的允許公差范圍內(nèi)的任何錯邊必須修整成平滑過度,在完工的焊縫寬度范圍內(nèi)的斜度至少達到3∶1。若有必要,必須在焊縫邊緣的外側(cè)堆焊附加焊縫金屬。6.5VisualinspectionofweldedjointsforcontainmentvesselCV焊接接頭目視檢查6.5.1VisualinspectionofweldedjointsforcontainmentvesselCV,incompliancewithASMEIII,NE-4424,NE-4426an
