1、NSE Book 7 Module 1 Unit 1 The Great Wall 一、教材分析:本課所使用的教材為新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語(yǔ)三年級(jí)起點(diǎn)第七冊(cè),課時(shí)30 分鐘(見(jiàn)圖1);使用的同學(xué)為煙臺(tái)六年級(jí)同學(xué),因此在課的設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié)中,很多素材都來(lái)自煙臺(tái),目的就是從同學(xué)所明白的信息入手;但這一冊(cè)的主要語(yǔ)法學(xué)問(wèn)都是同學(xué)已知的內(nèi)容,因此本課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是對(duì)過(guò)去語(yǔ)法學(xué)問(wèn)的復(fù)習(xí),對(duì) 于新的語(yǔ)言學(xué)問(wèn)的學(xué)習(xí);(圖 1)二、教學(xué)目標(biāo):1. 學(xué)問(wèn)目標(biāo) 嫻熟把握單詞與短語(yǔ):more, thousand, hundred, million, postcard, kilometer, tell me more 嫻熟把握重點(diǎn)語(yǔ)句:Ho

2、w long is the Great Wall. It s about six thousand seven hundred kilometers. These postcards are great. Yes, they are. 2. 才能目標(biāo) 要求同學(xué)對(duì)于長(zhǎng)城明白它的長(zhǎng)度,以及北京、紐約的人口數(shù)量,在此基礎(chǔ)之上應(yīng)當(dāng)明白自己所 在城市的一些相關(guān)信息,并能夠依據(jù)老師已供應(yīng)的信息差進(jìn)行,獵取自己想要明白的內(nèi)容;3. 情感目標(biāo) 激發(fā)同學(xué)喜愛(ài)中國(guó)的文化遺產(chǎn),以宏大的長(zhǎng)城而自豪,喜愛(ài)北京,喜愛(ài)我們的國(guó)家;三、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn):本課的重點(diǎn)即對(duì)于長(zhǎng)城的明白;難點(diǎn)為在此基礎(chǔ)之上明白自己所在城市的一些相關(guān)信息

3、,能再學(xué)習(xí)的本課重點(diǎn)句型之后,進(jìn)行提問(wèn)以獵取自己想要明白的信息;四、教具學(xué)具:課本,單詞卡片,明信片,課件,教學(xué)配套光盤;五、教學(xué)過(guò)程:Step 1 Warming up Free talk between the teacher and the students. Make the students ask teacher some questions according to the words and pictures on the screen. (見(jiàn)圖 2)And it s also a competition. (在整節(jié)課中,只要同學(xué)回答對(duì)問(wèn)題,老師會(huì)嘉獎(jiǎng)這組同學(xué)一張拼圖; ) 圖

4、 2 在熱身環(huán)節(jié)與同學(xué)做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)潔的溝通,Do you want to know me more.引出新單詞“more” , 同時(shí)也是在有意識(shí)的培育同學(xué)問(wèn)問(wèn)題的意識(shí);同學(xué)可能問(wèn)到三個(gè)問(wèn)題:Q1: Whos Mary. Q2: Do you like apples. Q3: Which school is it. / Is it your school. 借助第三個(gè)問(wèn)題引到同學(xué)們的學(xué)校;Please tell me more about your school. Tell me more about 板書 Step 2 Presentation and practice 1. Show some

5、postcards of the city and guide the students say “ These postcards are great. Yes, they are. ”課件播出一組煙臺(tái)風(fēng)光的明信片,教讀新單詞“postcard ” 的同時(shí) , 學(xué)習(xí)句型;2. Show a picture of this dialogue, then listen and answer the question “ How long is the Great Wall. ”Before listening, make the students guess which answer is ri

Use the three choices to elicit the new word “ kilometre”在播放課文光盤之前,對(duì)老師提出的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行預(yù)先推測(cè),即可大致的先明白本課的內(nèi)容,又可以解決本課的新詞“kilometre” ,除此之外,同學(xué)在表達(dá)老師所供應(yīng)的三個(gè)選項(xiàng)時(shí),其實(shí)也就是對(duì)新詞的練習(xí);Q: How long is the Great Wall. A. It s about seven hundred kilometres.B. It s about six thousand k ilometres. C. It s about six thousand seven

7、 hundred kilometres.同學(xué)進(jìn)行預(yù)先推測(cè)之后再進(jìn)行聽(tīng)課文找答案,這時(shí)同學(xué)是帶著任務(wù)去聽(tīng)的,有明確的目的性;聽(tīng)完之后找出答案,并賜予推測(cè)正確的組以拼圖嘉獎(jiǎng);同時(shí)跟讀原文中這部分內(nèi)容,并同為之間相互說(shuō);3. Talk about a postcard of the Great Wall with the key structure “Tell me more about the Great Wall.”通過(guò)溝通,給同學(xué)一個(gè)充分表達(dá)的機(jī)會(huì),看同學(xué)對(duì)長(zhǎng)城明白有多少; S: Its old. T: Its more than two thousand years old. T: Wher

8、e is the Great Wall. S: Its in Beijing. 4. Look, listen and underline the answers to the questions “ How big is Beijing. How big is New York. ” Tell the students h ere “ how big ” mean “ how many people ” and elicit the new word “ million”. After that make the students pay attention to “ it s got =

9、it has got ” . 再次播放光盤聽(tīng)課文,依舊讓同學(xué)帶著問(wèn)題有目的的聽(tīng)課文;但這次與第一次聽(tīng)課文的要求稍有區(qū)別:由于同學(xué)已經(jīng)是其次遍接觸課文了,因此,我讓同學(xué)打開(kāi)書來(lái),帶著這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題(兩個(gè)句式結(jié)構(gòu)一樣的句子) ,看著書,聽(tīng)課文錄音并用筆畫下正確答案來(lái);1 .How big is Beijing. Beijing s got about fourteen million people.2 .How big is New York. It s got eight million people.s”,但是他們所表示的意義不同;其中一些“ s” 是“is ” 的縮由于這篇課文當(dāng)中顯現(xiàn)了很多“

10、寫;另一些“ s”如,Beijings got about fourteen million people. 要讓同學(xué)懂得在這里“ s”表示的是 has 的縮寫;(見(jiàn)圖 3)(圖 3)5. Practice in pairs. How big is your class. How big is your family. 同位溝通,將本節(jié)課中的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容與同學(xué)的生活實(shí)際相結(jié)合;6. Listen, point and find “ is/ s, are” . 播放光盤,跟讀課文,把帶有“is/ s, are” 的部分找出來(lái),并校組之間讀一讀;7. Make the students choose

11、the number he likes. And itll tell some information about the number they choose.(見(jiàn)圖 4)(圖 4)供應(yīng)應(yīng)同學(xué)三個(gè)數(shù)字,一方面,在本課當(dāng)中的確顯現(xiàn)了很多數(shù)字,在這里可以讓同學(xué)練習(xí)說(shuō)數(shù)字;另一方面,這節(jié)課的主要內(nèi)容是介紹我國(guó)長(zhǎng)城的長(zhǎng)度,北京人口,以及紐約人口,所以我認(rèn)為老師應(yīng)當(dāng)拓展同學(xué)的信息量,讓同學(xué)明白自己的城市、國(guó)家的一些相關(guān)信息;Yantai s got about six million people.The Changjiang River is about six thousand three hun

13、ent a demonstration for the students. . Where Then the students talk about them in group using “ How long is . How big is is it.”在這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)當(dāng)中,主要目的是讓同學(xué)能夠運(yùn)用本課中的主要句型“去向他人詢問(wèn),并最終獲得自己想要明白的信息;How long is it. How big is it. ”上課之初老師放在每個(gè)組桌上一張明信片(見(jiàn)圖 6、7),先讓同學(xué)在小組之內(nèi)溝通他們手中的明信片,然后,再由其他組的成員通過(guò)問(wèn)問(wèn)題,明白到這個(gè)小組手中的明信片所介紹的相關(guān)信息內(nèi)容;

15、d The Statue of Liberty. 上課過(guò)程中,老師將拼圖作為嘉獎(jiǎng)分給各組,依據(jù)所得拼圖的數(shù)量選出優(yōu)勝組,賜予勉勵(lì);更為重要的是展現(xiàn)給同學(xué)兩幅完整的拼圖,一張中國(guó)長(zhǎng)城的圖片,一張自由女神像的圖片,借助這兩幅圖片,把本課的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容提煉出來(lái),進(jìn)行鞏固, 同時(shí)也是這一課的小結(jié); 并且滲透情感訓(xùn)練:Beijing is the capital of China. We love Beijing. We love China. T: Its a picture of The Statue of Liberty. Where is it. S: Its in Mew York. T: Tel

16、l me more about New York. S: T: And its a picture of the Great Wall. Tell me more about the Great Wall. S: Step 6 Homework 1 Listen and repeat the dialogue. 2 Say something about your postcard in your group and try to write it down. 六、課后反思:在這堂的設(shè)計(jì)中,我比較注意與同學(xué)之間的溝通,熱身活動(dòng)中,借助一個(gè)類似“ 頭腦風(fēng)暴” 的活動(dòng)自然的引導(dǎo)到本課的重要語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu);設(shè)計(jì)這堂課的本意之一是為讓同學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)有目的的聽(tīng)讀課文,培育同學(xué)找問(wèn)題,歸納總結(jié)的才能;通過(guò)上課發(fā)覺(jué),這一目的基本達(dá)成,同學(xué)基本都能聽(tīng)懂老師的指令,并能將所聽(tīng)到的信息或是閱讀到的內(nèi)容,歸納整理組成問(wèn)題的答案;讓同學(xué)感到總是有事情可做,而并不是一個(gè)“ 聽(tīng)眾”,真正的參加到課堂活動(dòng)中來(lái);本意之二,經(jīng)過(guò)自己日常的教學(xué)發(fā)覺(jué),同學(xué)在課堂活動(dòng)中,更多的情形下,是在回答老師的
