16、 cultivate, we only love this occupation from the heart, never complaining called tired, let me learn to understand, as a primary school teacher, I房企員工滿意度調(diào)查報告:36%員工反映房企存在變相降薪、裁員現(xiàn)象12月26日,由中國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會指導(dǎo),易居中國克而瑞信息集團(tuán)、房教中國、地產(chǎn)人網(wǎng)聯(lián)合舉辦的“2015中國房地產(chǎn)人力資源高峰論壇”在上海星河灣酒店隆重舉行。此次高峰論壇發(fā)布了“2015年房企員工滿意度調(diào)查報告”,此次調(diào)研成果來源于地產(chǎn)人網(wǎng)于20

17、15年5月4日啟動向83家典型房企發(fā)放員工滿意度調(diào)查問卷,于2015年10月31日截止并收回。報告顯示,房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)員工的收入及福利滿意度普遍較低,平均分值分別為6.12和6.45。不滿意的員工占到2-3成,占比相對較大,滿意的員工也絕大多數(shù)處于勉強(qiáng)滿意的范疇。另外,目前房企在辦公環(huán)境的營造方面基本能夠滿足員工的需求,但心理層面的舒適度明顯落后于物理層面,調(diào)研中85%的房企員工表示工作有壓力。3成以上的員工表示看不到升遷的機(jī)會,缺乏積極進(jìn)取的原動力。調(diào)研對象整體滿意度情況員工滿意度不高 47%考慮跳槽問題根據(jù)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)顯示,房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的員工處于相對滿意區(qū)間的占92%,處于不滿意區(qū)間的占8%。其中,

18、6分滿意度的勾選率最高,占到4成,其次為8分,占21%。就樣本而言,整體滿意度的平均分值為7.13,處于一般水平,說明目前房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的員工對于自身工作現(xiàn)狀相對滿意,但滿意度水平不高,存在較大的提升空間。從員工跳槽傾向的調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),考慮跳槽的員工接近半數(shù),47%的員工都有在考慮跳槽問題,僅19%的員工明確表示不跳槽。目前多數(shù)房企處于轉(zhuǎn)型階段,更多機(jī)會涌現(xiàn)使得人才在機(jī)遇方面有更多選擇,同時對于企業(yè)方更需關(guān)注員工流失率,留人機(jī)制有待進(jìn)一步完善,如何提高員工滿意度、留住人才值得引起各類房企的思考。調(diào)研對象工資滿意度情況薪酬漲幅不及預(yù)期 15%員工4-10年未漲工資從調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)來看,房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)員工的收入及福

19、利滿意度普遍較低,平均分值分別為6.12和6.45。不滿意的員工占比均超過2成,滿意的員工也絕大多數(shù)處于勉強(qiáng)滿意的范疇。短期的原因在于房地產(chǎn)市場行情的影響,2014年開始,行業(yè)進(jìn)入深度調(diào)整期,不復(fù)“黃金十年”的輝煌,房企營銷問題增多,去化速度放緩,因而業(yè)績上漲乏力,而且利潤率走低,眾多房企尤其是小型房企面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),在業(yè)績下滑的情況下員工薪酬、福利難以達(dá)到預(yù)期;長期深層次的原因則在于薪資漲幅不盡如人意,就調(diào)研的員工中近15%表示在當(dāng)前公司工作超4年甚至10年以上,而薪資從未有所上漲。員工對企業(yè)內(nèi)部升遷機(jī)會的判斷情況86%員工以公司為傲 3成員工看不到升遷機(jī)會從調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)來看,目前員工普遍對當(dāng)前所在的公司抱有自豪感,86%的員工以公司為傲,同時絕大多數(shù)員工認(rèn)為當(dāng)前所從事的工作有意義并具有挑戰(zhàn)性,其中認(rèn)為工作有意義的員工高達(dá)96%,覺得工作富有挑戰(zhàn)性的員工占到91%。雖然如此,但同樣就調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)而言,目前房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)就職的員工對工作的職業(yè)發(fā)展存在疑慮,受惑于公司內(nèi)部晉升通道受阻,職業(yè)發(fā)展前景不清晰的問題。3成以上的員工表示看不到升遷的機(jī)會,缺乏積極進(jìn)取的原動力。而這一現(xiàn)象發(fā)生的原因在于目前企業(yè)的晉升機(jī)制不夠完善有待提高。房企組織員工培訓(xùn)頻率9成以上房企組織專業(yè)培訓(xùn) 僅涉及34%員工根據(jù)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),各類房企雖已開始關(guān)注員工的培訓(xùn),90%以上的房企也會組織專業(yè)培訓(xùn),但每年都組織員工培
