1、第 頁教 學 內 容 提 要備注Unit 6 Packing 包裝6.1 Introduction（簡介）(5 mins)目的：掌握有關包裝信函的撰寫。 在國際貿易中，包裝分為兩類。一類是運輸包裝(Transport Packing)，又稱大包裝或外包裝(Outer Packing)，指將貨物裝入特定容器，或以特定方式成件或成箱的包裝。運輸包裝的作用在于保護貨物在長時間和遠距離的運輸過程中不被損壞或丟失，同時，又可方便貨物的搬運，起到減少運費、節(jié)省租倉和方便計數(shù)的目的。 另一類是銷售包裝(Selling Packing)，又稱小包裝或內包裝(Inner Packing)，指對制造出來的商品以適

2、當?shù)牟牧匣蛉萜魉M行的初次包裝。 銷售包裝除了保護商品的品質外，還有美化商品、宣傳商品、放便陳列、吸引顧客、促進銷售、提高商品價值以及方便消費者識別、選購、攜帶和使用商品的作用。目前，商品的包裝呈現(xiàn)小型化、透明化和實用化的傾向。 常見的運輸包裝有： 箱，如木箱(wooden case)、鐵箱(iron case)、板條箱(crate)紙箱(carton)等； 桶(drum)，如木桶(wooden drum)、鐵桶(iron drum)、塑料桶(plastic drum)等； 袋(bag)，如布袋(cloth bag)、麻袋(gunny bag)、紙袋(paper bag)、塑料袋(plasti

3、c bag)等； 瓶(bottle)，如鋼瓶(cylinder)、長頸瓶(flask)等；其他：包(bale)；壇(jar)；盒(box)；簍(basket)；托盤(pallet)；集裝箱(container)等。 此外，也有少數(shù)商品不采用包裝，僅僅采取散裝(In bulk)和裸裝(Nude Packed)方式。 有關包裝的信函要寫得簡潔明了。書寫這類信函時，出口方可以向進口方詳細描述其習慣包裝方式(Customary Packing)，同時也可說明可以接受進口方的包裝要求(Packing Instruction)，但額外費用應由進口方承擔(At the expense of the buye
