11、her教育教學(xué)督導(dǎo)評估匯報材料樂東縣九所中學(xué)一年來,在縣委縣政府和縣教育主管部門的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和具體指導(dǎo)下,我校堅持以“三個代表”和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),以海南省人民政府?dāng)M定 2008 年做為中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量年為契機,通過加大力度對學(xué)校教育教學(xué)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子建設(shè)、師資隊伍建設(shè)、德育及安全工作、質(zhì)量效益的規(guī)范管理,不斷提升內(nèi)部管理水平,明確辦學(xué)方向,著力改善辦學(xué)條件,為促進學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的全面發(fā)展,千方百計提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量, 努力辦好人民滿意的學(xué)校而不懈地打拼,做了我們應(yīng)做的工作,取得了一定的成績,也存在不少的問題和困難。現(xiàn)將開展活動情況總結(jié)如下。一、明確辦學(xué)目標(biāo),認(rèn)真實施學(xué)校發(fā)展規(guī)劃1、結(jié)合實際定目標(biāo)。2
12、008 年初,我校新一輪領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子上任后,我們認(rèn)識到,要辦好一所學(xué)校,必須明確辦學(xué)目標(biāo)和清晰的辦學(xué)思路,才能引導(dǎo)學(xué)校踏上正確的坦途。目標(biāo)不明確,思路不清晰,辦學(xué)只有盲目性和隨意性,無章可循,無法可依,心中無數(shù),辦學(xué)必定一塌糊涂。我校結(jié)合九所地區(qū)的實際和學(xué)校的發(fā)展方向以及學(xué)生的特點,制定了長期發(fā)展目標(biāo)和短期管理目標(biāo),規(guī)劃各個環(huán)節(jié)性的管理,把“構(gòu)建和諧校園,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好育人環(huán)境,讓每位學(xué)生都能成功都能成材”和“努力把學(xué)校辦成辦學(xué)有特色、教學(xué)有特點、學(xué)生有特長的嚴(yán)管理、環(huán)境美的農(nóng)村初級中學(xué)”作為學(xué)校發(fā)展的總體目標(biāo),把“堅持不懈抓常規(guī)教學(xué),千方百計提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,促進學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)全面發(fā)展”作為中短期學(xué)校發(fā)展的

27、d contr olan dinspe ction, safety producti on month, daysupervisi on ofproducti on safetyand theOlympi cGamesa nd ot her范化辦學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2008 年 2009 年側(cè)重建立校園治安綜合治理長效管理機制,創(chuàng)建平安校園、文明學(xué)校特色,抓好學(xué)校創(chuàng)建工作,規(guī)范辦學(xué)行為,促進學(xué)校均衡發(fā)展。2010 年創(chuàng)建循環(huán)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟示范學(xué)校,推進生態(tài)文化、經(jīng)濟文化和校園文化建設(shè),努力構(gòu)建平安和諧發(fā)展的農(nóng)村新型校園。力爭三年教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量大見成效。并采取整體啟動,分步實施,有計劃、有步驟、扎實、穩(wěn)妥地推進,力
28、爭2010 年達到省級規(guī)范學(xué)校的辦學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。3、 打造和諧、平安、 文明生態(tài)校園特色。一年來,我校根據(jù)學(xué)校的實際和發(fā)展的方向,把打造“平安校園、生態(tài)校園”,做為學(xué)校辦學(xué)的特色。上個學(xué)期以來,我校以建省辦經(jīng)濟特區(qū)為契機,根據(jù)縣文明辦、縣教育局、縣團委和九所鎮(zhèn)關(guān)于“樹文明、立新風(fēng),構(gòu)建和諧樂東”和“加強城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境綜合整治工作”的通知精神,按照“凈化、綠化、美化、亮化”的目標(biāo),針對學(xué)校嚴(yán)重存在的“臟、亂、差”的現(xiàn)狀和師生員工中的不文明行為,加大力度,著力整治。我們發(fā)動全校師生員工,對校園的衛(wèi)生死角、公共場所、教師住宿區(qū)亂倒垃圾、亂排污水、亂擺攤設(shè)點、亂搭建、亂堆放等混亂局面進行整治。在加大清理的同時,加
29、大管理力度,對隨地吐痰、吐檳榔水、丟煙頭、果皮、紙屑雜物等不文明、不衛(wèi)生行為堅決制止。對搶占校園公共場所搭建柵經(jīng)營、搭灶開膳,嚴(yán)重影響校容校貌的惡劣行為,進行嚴(yán)肅處理。在師生的共同努力下,校容校貌煥然一新,設(shè)置不科學(xué)的垃圾池和不合理種植物已被清除,校園里拉配路燈,校道兩旁寵大的黑板報貼上了彩瓷畫幅,變成了具有深刻教育內(nèi)涵的文化長廊,增添了濃厚的文化氛圍,教學(xué)樓前鋪設(shè)的彩瓷地板中配套了“2008 五環(huán)圖案”花池構(gòu)成了一道亮麗的風(fēng)景線,花草樹木相爭斗綠,師生的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、工作環(huán)境和居住環(huán)境大大改善,凈化、綠化、美化、亮化的目標(biāo)基本實現(xiàn)。 4、 建立校園治安綜合治理和安全防范的長效管理機制。為了維護學(xué)

48、所,加強溝通聯(lián)絡(luò),加大人民警察的警力幫助,(3)充分借助九所鎮(zhèn)各行政村村委會書記、村長的職能作用,調(diào)動村官們積極參與學(xué)校治安綜合治理和安全防范工作的積極性,加強對各村學(xué)生的教育督促管理,達到學(xué)校、家庭、社會齊抓共管的目的。我們采取的內(nèi)部結(jié)合是:( 1 )嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)校校警加大巡管工作的力度,切實維護好校園治安。( 2)嚴(yán)密組織以體育教師為骨干的敢做敢干的教師,組成學(xué)校治安聯(lián)防護校隊,充實學(xué)校治安綜合治理的力量。( 3)充分發(fā)揮共青團、學(xué)生會干部的模范帶頭作用,讓這些學(xué)生官積極參與到學(xué)校治安綜合治理和安全防范的工作中。因為學(xué)校常發(fā)生的打架、斗毆或鬧矛盾現(xiàn)象,往往來自學(xué)生本身,學(xué)生干部參與學(xué)校工作的
49、管理,能夠隨時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題反饋信息,為學(xué)校及時解決問題爭取主動權(quán)。同時對于學(xué)校難以處理的一些棘手問題,往往通過學(xué)生之間相互溝通,消除矛盾,化干戈為玉帛,達到“港人治港”的目的。我們通過建立學(xué)校綜合治理和安全防范管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)的長效管理機制, 為構(gòu)建和諧校園創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的育人環(huán)境提供了有力的保障。一年來,校園治安明顯好轉(zhuǎn),打架斗毆現(xiàn)象已銷聲匿跡,這兩個學(xué)期開學(xué)始,學(xué)校舉行開學(xué)典禮,都特地請來了九所鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、鎮(zhèn)派出所官兵和鎮(zhèn)各村村委會書記、村主任與會,并做為佳賓代表在大會上發(fā)言,給獲獎學(xué)生頒獎,為我校開展校園治安綜合治理、齊抓共管打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。二、堅持不懈抓常規(guī)教學(xué),千方百計提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,不斷完善辦學(xué)管理水平
