7、求越來越高,作為提 供重要信息的會(huì)計(jì)必將為適應(yīng)這種需求而發(fā)生重大變革。會(huì)計(jì)要改革和發(fā)展,教育是關(guān)鍵。會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革是中職教育發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)長期戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),是建設(shè)的核心,是提高 教學(xué)質(zhì)量和科研水平的關(guān)鍵,既是促進(jìn)學(xué)校發(fā)展的一個(gè)突破口,更是全面推進(jìn)中等職業(yè)教 育工作的一項(xiàng)整體性、戰(zhàn)略性和根本性的工作。為此,我們會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)建設(shè)工作小組對會(huì)計(jì) 專業(yè)建設(shè)及人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格進(jìn)行了調(diào)研。(一)基本情況調(diào)研時(shí)間:2012年2月-3月調(diào)研對象:結(jié)合“四川省中等職業(yè)教育課程改革會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)調(diào)研報(bào)告”信息,于 2012 年2月-3月對市內(nèi)16家企業(yè)和我校近三年會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。調(diào)研目的:本次調(diào)研是為我校會(huì)

8、計(jì)專業(yè)的專業(yè)建設(shè)及課程開發(fā)提供第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)資料。調(diào)研內(nèi)容:(區(qū)域內(nèi))攀枝花市會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)人才需求和攀枝花市中職會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研。調(diào)研方法:文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、深度訪談法。調(diào)研參與人員:會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)教研組全體教師。(二)被調(diào)研企業(yè)情況分析1、被調(diào)研企業(yè)基本情況在本次會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)市場調(diào)研工作環(huán)節(jié)中,主要以問卷調(diào)查表、深度訪談等形式,結(jié)合“四 川省中等職業(yè)教育課程改革會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)調(diào)研報(bào)告”信息,對市內(nèi) 16家企業(yè)和我校近三年會(huì) 計(jì)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,共發(fā)出收回16份問卷。從問卷信息得出,本次調(diào)研企業(yè)情況為,按企業(yè)性質(zhì)分有民營企業(yè),國營企業(yè),其他; 按企業(yè)所屬行業(yè)情況分為工業(yè)企業(yè),旅游服務(wù)企業(yè),商品流通企業(yè),

31、)攀枝花市會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)人才需求調(diào)研(一)攀枝花市會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢首先通過文獻(xiàn)法查閱了大量相關(guān)文件政策,對政策背景和攀枝花市會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢進(jìn)行了分析。1、政策背景( 1)職教政策我國職業(yè)教育經(jīng)歷了調(diào)整、整頓、充實(shí)、改革、完善、提高,不斷發(fā)展壯大。特別是改革開放后,為了適應(yīng)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,先后出臺(tái)了一系列關(guān)于職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的政策、法規(guī),新形勢下的職業(yè)教育的改革和發(fā)展主要依據(jù)2010 年國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要2010-2020 年 ,歸納起來就目前人才培養(yǎng)模式的政策影響大致有以下方面:第一, 改革辦學(xué)模式,積極支持鼓勵(lì)行業(yè)企業(yè)舉辦職業(yè)教育或者是參與舉辦職業(yè)教育。第二,依托行業(yè)企

32、業(yè)建立教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的基地,鼓勵(lì)教師到企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)踐。第三,加大相關(guān)優(yōu)惠政策的傾斜力度,支持企業(yè)更多為職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展服務(wù)。第四,以職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)發(fā)展整體提升中職教育質(zhì)量和水平。第五,中等職業(yè)教育繼續(xù)教育的政策保障,一是在職繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí),二是對口升學(xué)。(2)會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)政策根據(jù)我國會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)中長期人才發(fā)展規(guī)劃(20102020 年) ,深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展要求,遵循會(huì)計(jì)人才發(fā)展規(guī)律,明確提出了未來十年我國會(huì)計(jì)人才建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)方針、發(fā)展目標(biāo)和主要任務(wù),為會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)人才發(fā)展指明了方向,繪制了藍(lán)圖。會(huì)計(jì)人才規(guī)劃指出, “當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期,我國會(huì)計(jì)人才發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)方針是:服務(wù)發(fā)展,以用為本;健全制度,創(chuàng)

33、新機(jī)制;高端引領(lǐng),整體開發(fā)。 ”這一指導(dǎo)方針是在全面總結(jié)我國會(huì)計(jì)人才建設(shè)已達(dá)到300 萬戶,同比增長20%,增加近35 萬戶。按此增取得的成就和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)、積極借鑒國外會(huì)計(jì)人才培養(yǎng)有益做法基礎(chǔ)上提煉升華形成的,是推動(dòng)我國會(huì)計(jì)人才發(fā)展遵循的基本原則。2、攀枝花市會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢據(jù)中國新聞網(wǎng)公布的國家工商總局最新發(fā)布的一項(xiàng)統(tǒng)計(jì)表明,截止2008年上半年,全國私營企業(yè)長速度分析,全國私營企業(yè)每年至少增加了30 萬戶,按每個(gè)企業(yè)配置1-2名會(huì)計(jì)人員計(jì)算,會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)每年需要增加40 多萬會(huì)計(jì)從業(yè)人員,僅攀枝花2010 年就新增企業(yè) 1291 戶,新增個(gè)體工商戶8000 余戶,攀枝花市會(huì)計(jì)畢業(yè)生不超過1
