1、Unit1 第1課時(shí)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)【內(nèi)容來(lái)源】譯林版(六年級(jí))下冊(cè)Unit1【主 題】The lion and the mouse【課 時(shí)】第1課時(shí):Story time;Fun time一、板塊介紹本板塊呈現(xiàn)一則寓言故事:在一次對(duì)抗中,強(qiáng)大的獅子大發(fā)慈悲,放過(guò)了弱小的老鼠。不久,獅子陷入困境,老鼠卻憑借自己微小的力量救了獅子一命。這個(gè)故事告訴我們:弱者看似微不足道,但有時(shí)候也能給強(qiáng)者提供幫助。二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)1、能聽(tīng)懂、會(huì)說(shuō)、會(huì)讀、會(huì)寫(xiě)mouse, large, strong, quietly, weak, loudly, net, bite, sharp, sadly, soon及短語(yǔ)walk by
2、, wake up, some day, letgo, the next day, just then等。2、能聽(tīng)懂、會(huì)說(shuō)、會(huì)讀Story time中的故事。三、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)1、句型:The mouse said quietly. The lion laughed loudly.2、large, strong, weak等形容詞和quietly, loudly, happily等副詞的用法。四、教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備教學(xué)課件(教師可以在平臺(tái)直接調(diào)用或下載)、課文錄音、動(dòng)畫(huà)、教材圖片)五、教學(xué)過(guò)程Step 1: Warm-up/Lead-in1. 歌曲或視頻導(dǎo)入教師播放動(dòng)畫(huà)電影獅子王的歌曲或者片段,讓學(xué)生欣賞,
3、然后和學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)答活動(dòng),導(dǎo)入課文的故事角色獅子。如:T: Do you like lions?S1: Yes, I do.T: What are lions like?S1:Lions are brown. Theyre big. They have a big mouth and big teeth.T: What do lions eat?Ss: They eat meat.T: Do they look scary/fierce/strong?.2. 視頻導(dǎo)入教師播放貓和老鼠的動(dòng)畫(huà)片段,讓學(xué)生欣賞,然后和學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)答活動(dòng),導(dǎo)入課文的故事角色老鼠。如:T: What can you see
4、 in the cartoon?Ss:I can see a cat and a mouse.T: Who are they?Ss: The cat is Tom. The mouse is Jerry.T: Whats Jerry like?S1: Hes small and cute.S2: He can run fast.S3: Hes very clever. He has a lot of clever ideas.T: Does he look weak / timid?.3. 復(fù)習(xí)形容詞教師可以利用多媒體或者單詞卡片進(jìn)行“快速閃現(xiàn)”的游戲,要求學(xué)生快速說(shuō)出形容詞,并用這個(gè)詞組成短
5、語(yǔ)或句子,復(fù)習(xí)形容詞的用法(形容詞通常出現(xiàn)在be動(dòng)詞后或名詞前)。 游戲活動(dòng)中的形容詞可以包括big, small, fat, thin, long, short, tall, happy, sad, hungry, thirsty, tired, afraid, hard, soft, warm, hot, cold, cool, dirty, clean, clever, foolish, red, blue, brown, yellow, sunny, cloudy, heavy, quick, busy, sweet, angry, wonderful, beautiful, nice
6、, careful等。4. 復(fù)習(xí)動(dòng)物類詞匯 教師和學(xué)生一起復(fù)習(xí)動(dòng)物類詞匯,然后邀請(qǐng)若干學(xué)生描述自己最喜歡的動(dòng)物。教 師可以提供以下問(wèn)題引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考和組織語(yǔ)言: What animal do you like? What are they like? What can they do? What do they eat?5. 問(wèn)答活動(dòng),復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)去式就一天或當(dāng)天早晨發(fā)生的事情和學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)答活動(dòng),復(fù)習(xí)一般過(guò)去時(shí)。如: Did you watch TV last night? When did you get up this morning? What did you have for breakfas

Who was late for school today?Step 2: Presentation & PracticeStory time1. 利用圖片,教授目標(biāo)詞匯 教師出示獅子和老鼠的圖片,要求學(xué)生仔細(xì)觀察,并回答問(wèn)題,教授目標(biāo)詞匯large, sharp, strong, weak。如:T: Whats the lion like?S1: Its big.T: Yes. The lionis abiganimal. We can also say its large.Ss: Large.教師此時(shí)可以復(fù)習(xí)形容詞big, fat, tall,并通過(guò)握拳或展示手臂肌肉等身體語(yǔ)
8、言介紹新詞strong。教師提醒學(xué)生注意:這些詞都可以用來(lái)形容身材高大或體型健碩的人,但是要慎用fat一詞,避免冒犯他人。T: The lion is large and strong. Now look at its teeth. Does it have big teeth?Ss: Yes. It has four big teeth.T: These four teeth are long and have a point. Theyre sharp teeth.Ss: Sharp teeth.T: (出示小刀、牙簽等物品)Look, I have a sharp knife / too
9、thpick. Can you find any sharp things in your pencil case?S1:I have a sharp pencil.T: Right. Pencils are usually sharp. What can make pencils sharp?Ss:A pencil sharpener.T: Youre right. Now look at the mouse. Is it large?Ss:No. Its very small.T: Is the mouse strong?Ss: No, it isnt.T: Right. The mous

Its weak.Ss: Weak.2. 小組活動(dòng),描述獅子和老鼠教師安排學(xué)生兩人一組,描述獅子和老鼠。教師可以拓展介紹詞匯for, neck, fierce, scary等,或復(fù)習(xí)brown, hair, tail, body, leg, mouth等詞,以方便學(xué)生給出更加具體和生動(dòng)的描述。3. 對(duì)比呈現(xiàn),教授副詞 教師可以先呈現(xiàn)形容詞的用法,然后再介紹該形容詞的副詞形式及其用法。教師 要提醒學(xué)生注意:形容詞通常在be動(dòng)詞后或名詞前出現(xiàn),而副詞通常在動(dòng)詞后出現(xiàn)。如:Liu Tao is happy.Liu Tao is laughing happily.Bobb
11、y is sad.Bobby is talking sadly.4. 利用圖片,導(dǎo)入故事 教師呈現(xiàn)課文中的五幅插圖,要求學(xué)生仔細(xì)觀察,并用形容詞描述獅子和老鼠的表情,同時(shí)預(yù)測(cè)故事情節(jié)。在學(xué)生觀察和描述圖片的時(shí)候,教師可以介紹net, hole等詞匯。 5. 聽(tīng)錄音,理解故事大意 教師播放課文錄音,并在每一段結(jié)束后,要求學(xué)生找出相應(yīng)的圖片。教師也可以安排學(xué)生完成學(xué)生用書(shū)第8頁(yè)的Read and order或設(shè)計(jì)判斷題,檢測(cè)他們對(duì)故事的整體理解。如:Read and judge The lion was hungry. (F) The mouse was small and weak. (T) T
12、he lion ate the mouse. (F) The mouse helped the lion. (T) The strong lion and the weak mouse can be friends. (T)6. 分段學(xué)習(xí),全面理解課文 教師可以將課文分為兩個(gè)場(chǎng)景,進(jìn)行分段教學(xué)。第一場(chǎng)景包括第一、二段,第二場(chǎng)景包括第三、四、五段。教師先安排學(xué)生閱讀課文第二段,并設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題幫助他們?nèi)胬斫庹n文。如: What happened between the lion and the mouse one day? How did the lion feel? What did the li
13、on want to do? What did the mouse say? What did the lion do then?學(xué)生回答問(wèn)題后,教師可以在黑板上用表格的形式對(duì)比獅子和老鼠的形象。如:LionMouseScene 1large, strong, angry, laughed loudlysmall, weak, afraid, said quietly教師然后安排學(xué)生閱讀課文第三至五段,理清故事發(fā)展的先后順序,并將主要的 動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)排序。隨后,教師可以要求學(xué)生給這些動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)加上主語(yǔ),復(fù)述課文的第三至五段。如:LionMouseScene 2How can I get out?I
14、can help you.caught the lion, bit the net, get out from the net, asked sadly, said happilysaw the lion, made a holebecame friends7. 復(fù)述課文 教師要求學(xué)生根據(jù)活動(dòng)6的表格信息,分場(chǎng)景復(fù)述課文內(nèi)容。教師可以安排學(xué)生四人一組,以接龍的形式完成此活動(dòng)。如:Scene 1:The lion was large and strong. He was very angry and wanted to eat the mouse. The mouse was small and
15、 weak. He was very afraid. He said, “Please dont eat me. I can help you some day.” The lion laughed loudly. Then, he let the mouse go.Scene 2:Two men caught the lion with a net. The lion bit the net with his sharp teeth, but that did not help. The mouse came to help the lion. He made a hole in the n

From then on, they became good friends.Fun time一、板塊介紹本本板塊以對(duì)話的形式再現(xiàn)了Story time的故事,方便學(xué)生表演和操練語(yǔ)言。教師可以要求學(xué)生根據(jù)課文內(nèi)容,先補(bǔ)全對(duì)話,再根據(jù)人物的性格特點(diǎn)和心理活動(dòng)表演對(duì)話。教師也可以安排一名學(xué)生作故事旁白,以操練一般過(guò)去時(shí)。教師可以將本板塊的活動(dòng)安排在Story time的鞏固環(huán)節(jié)。1. 角色聯(lián)想教師出示故事中兩個(gè)角色的圖片,要求學(xué)生展開(kāi)聯(lián)想,并說(shuō)一說(shuō)它們的體貌特征和性格特點(diǎn)。如:T: The lion.S1: Hes large/strong/fierce
17、.S2: He has sharp teeth.S3: He eats meat.S4: Hes brown.S5: He has brown hair around his neck.T: The mouse.S6: Hes small/weak.S7: Hes grey.S8: Hes clever.2. 小組活動(dòng),補(bǔ)全對(duì)話教師安排學(xué)生兩人或四人一組,觀察圖片,并根據(jù)所給的語(yǔ)言提示,補(bǔ)全對(duì)話。3. 小組活動(dòng),表演對(duì)話教師安排學(xué)生四人一組,表演對(duì)話。教師可以設(shè)置分層任務(wù),使能力不同的學(xué)生達(dá)到不同的訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)。如:第一層任務(wù):正確表演對(duì)話。第二層任務(wù):在第一層任務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上加上恰當(dāng)?shù)谋砬楹椭w語(yǔ)言
18、。第三層任務(wù):在第一層和第二層任務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)添加符合人物特點(diǎn)的句子。 教師也可以設(shè)置最佳表演獎(jiǎng)和最佳編劇獎(jiǎng),以鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生創(chuàng)編豐富的對(duì)話并聲情并 茂地表演。Step 3: Consolidation1. 角色扮演教師安排學(xué)生三人一組,分別扮演故事中的獅子、老鼠和旁白。教師鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生加上適當(dāng)?shù)谋砬楹蛣?dòng)作,更好地體會(huì)和運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言。 2. 問(wèn)答活動(dòng),討論故事 教師要求學(xué)生完成學(xué)生用書(shū)第8頁(yè)的Ask and answer。教師可以補(bǔ)充更多的問(wèn)題要求學(xué)生回答,并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考故事的寓意,討論有關(guān)朋友和友情的話題。如: Who is your best friend? What is he / she like?
19、 Are you different or alike? What do you like about your friend? What do you usually do together? What can you learn from your friend? Do you help each other? Do you think we all need friends? Why?3. 拓展閱讀教師可以要求學(xué)生課后閱讀寓言故事螞蟻和鴿子,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀興趣。 The ant and the doveAn ant was thirsty. He wanted to drink som
