6、1）裝運嘜頭：（ 11）Shipping Marks ：其他條款：OTHER TERMS：1. 異議：品質(zhì)異議須于貨到目的口岸之日起 30 天內(nèi)提出，數(shù)量異議須于貨到目的口岸之日起 15 天內(nèi)提出，但均須提供經(jīng)賣方同意的公證行的檢驗證明。如責(zé)任屬于賣方者，賣方于收到異議 20 天內(nèi)答復(fù)買方并提出處理意見。1. Discrepancy ： In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be lodgedby the Buyers within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of d

7、estination, while for quantity discrepancy, claim should be lodged by the Buyers within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at the portof destination. In all cases, claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports of Recognized Public Surveyors agreed to by the Sellers. Should the responsibility of t

9、hall stipulate the Sellers s option of shipping the indicated percentage more or less than the quantity hereby contracted and be negotiated for the amount covering the value of quantity actually shipped. (The Buyers are requested to establish the L/C in amount with the indicated percentage over the

10、total value of the order as per this Sales Contract.)3. 信用證內(nèi)容須嚴(yán)格符合本售貨合約的規(guī)定，否則修改信用證的費用由買方負擔(dān)，賣方并不負因修改信用證而延誤裝運的責(zé)任， 并保留因此而發(fā)生的一切損失的索賠權(quán)。3. The contents of the covering Letter of Credit shall be in strict conformity with the stipulations of the Sales Contract. In case of any variation there of necessitatin

11、g amendment of the L/C, the Buyers shall bear the expenses for effecting the amendment. The Sellers shall not be held responsible for possible delay of shipment resulting from awaiting the amendment of the L/C and reserve the right to claim from the Buyers for the losses resulting therefrom.4. 除經(jīng)約定保

12、險歸買方投保者外，由賣方向中國的保險公司投保。如買方需增加保險額及 / 或需加保其他險，可于裝船前提出，經(jīng)賣方同意后代為投保，其費用由買方負擔(dān)。4. Except in cases where the insurance is covered by the Buyers as arranged,insuranceis to be covered by the Sellerswith a Chinese insurancecompany.If insurance for additional amount and /or for other insurance terms isrequiredb

13、y the Buyers, priornoticeto thiseffectmust reach the Sellersbeforeshipment and is subjectto the Sellers agreement, and the extrainsurance premium shall be for the Buyers account.5. 因人力不可抗拒事故使賣方不能在本售貨合約規(guī)定期限內(nèi)交貨或不能交貨，賣方不負責(zé)任， 但是賣方必須立即以電報通知買方。 如果買方提出要求， 賣方應(yīng)以掛號函向買方提供由中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會或有關(guān)機構(gòu)出具的證明， 證明事故的存在。買方不能領(lǐng)到進

14、口許可證，不能被認為系屬人力不可抗拒范圍。5. The Sellers shall not be held responsible if they fail, owing to Force Majeure cause or causes, to make delivery within the time stipulated inthis Sales Contract or cannot deliver the goods. However, the Sellers shall inform immediately the Buyers by cable. The Sellers shall

15、deliver to the Buyers by registered letter, if it is requested by the Buyers, acertificate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade or by any competent authorities, attesting the existence of the saidcause or causes. The Buyers failure to obtain the relative Import Licenc

16、e is not to be treated as Force Majeure.6. 仲裁：凡因執(zhí)行本合約或有關(guān)本合約所發(fā)生的一切爭執(zhí)，雙方應(yīng)以友好方式協(xié)商解決；如果協(xié)商不能解決， 應(yīng)提交中國國際經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易仲裁委員會， 根據(jù)該會的仲裁規(guī)則進行仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對雙方都有約束力。6. Arbitration ：All disputes arising in connection with this Sales Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled by way of amicablenegotiation. In case no

17、 settlement can be reached, the case at issue shall then be submitted for arbitration to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with the provisions of the said Commission. The award by the said Commission shall be deemedas final and binding upon both parties.

Supplementary Condition(s)(Should the articles stipulated in thisContract be in conflict with the following supplementary condition(s) ， the supplementary condition(s)should be taken as valid and binding.)其中專業(yè)理論知識內(nèi)容包括：保安理論知識、消防業(yè)務(wù)知識、職業(yè)道德、法律常識、保安禮儀、救護知識。作技能訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容包括：崗位操作指引、勤務(wù)技能、消防技能、軍事技能。二培訓(xùn)的及要求培訓(xùn)目的安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)責(zé)任書為了進一步落實安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，做到“責(zé)、權(quán)、利”相結(jié)合，根據(jù)我公司2015 年度安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)的內(nèi)容，現(xiàn)與財務(wù)部 簽訂如下安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)：一、目標(biāo)值：1 、全年人身死亡事故為零，重傷事故為零，輕傷人數(shù)為零。2 、現(xiàn)金安全保管，不發(fā)生盜竊事故。3 、每月足額提取安全生產(chǎn)費用，保障安全生產(chǎn)投入資金的到位。4 、安全培訓(xùn)合格率為 100%。二、本單位安全工作上必須做到以下內(nèi)容：
