1、;.生化處理池拆除專項施工方案1. 工程概況1.1、*項目工程施工現場生化池拆除基坑鋼板樁支護擬定采用H型鋼進行支護。1.2、巖土工程技術條件：本場地地質情況詳見地質工程勘察報告。1.3、施工現場條件：施工現場緊鄰東面原有住宅小區(qū)道路和正在樁基施工的現場，所以地表面開挖卸載滿足施工條件即可，以便于施工機械進入施工區(qū)域施工。2. 設計參數以及工程量2.1、本工程樁設計為H型鋼作為支護鋼板樁，具體參數和數量如下：H500*300*13*18型鋼，57根，樁長12米。2.1、基坑采用自流井降水，基坑開挖前三天應控制在進行抽水，水位在開挖面下0.5米，坑內采用明溝排水。3. 編制依據3.1、生化池拆除

2、基坑圍護設計圖3.2、本工程巖土工程勘察報告3.3 地下室總平面圖、基礎平面布置圖、生化池平、立面圖3.4、浙江省建筑基坑支護技術規(guī)范（DB33/T1008-2000J10036-2000）3.5、建筑基坑支護技術規(guī)范（JG120-1999）3.6、工程測量規(guī)范及條文說明（GB50026-93）3.7、建筑地基基礎工程施工質量驗收規(guī)范（GB50202-2002）3.8、建筑工程施工質量統(tǒng)一標準（GB50300-2001）3.9、杭州市現行的有關文明施工和安全生產規(guī)定3.10、企業(yè)技術標準（2008版）3.11、建筑基坑工程監(jiān)測技術規(guī)范（GB50497-2009）3.12、其它有關設計規(guī)范、技術

3、規(guī)程及類似工程取得的經驗。4. 目標及要求 本次工程計劃總施工計劃在25天內完成，其中打樁施工1天，拔樁1天，自流井施工2天，土方開挖4天，土方回填2天，生化池混凝土鑿除以及垃圾清理在15天內完成。生化池拆除質量要求滿足鉆孔灌注樁施工要求，對于安全要求達到零傷亡事故。5. 設備選型及施工工藝設計5.1、根據本場地工程地質條件及樁基工程設計情況，結合本次施工工藝及有關情況擬采用鋼板樁打樁機一臺，吊車一臺。5.2施工工藝流程設計場地平整軸線定位樁基就位起吊鋼板樁樁身對準軸線壓樁校正樁身垂直度控制樁頂標高沉樁至設計標高準備施工下一根樁重復以上步驟6. 施工準備6.1、認真熟悉圖紙，如圖中超出規(guī)范或與

4、常規(guī)做法不一致的問題積極與相關部門溝通，達成一致意見，對于需要在開工前向監(jiān)理部門報審的資料，提前準備。6.2、施工現場準備，對于進場的設備認真進行安裝調試，做好機械設備、材料進場報驗工作。6.3、施工前，由測量員依據甲方提供的有效圖紙，以及按照現場生化池具體位置進行基坑支護鋼板樁的放線、定位。7. 打樁工藝a、 吊樁及樁就位，吊樁時按安全技術規(guī)程操作，吊臂下嚴禁站人，同時吊裝鉸鏈上的穿銷要穿插穩(wěn)妥牢固，防止樁從鉸鏈中脫落。樁機就位，再將樁吊起后樁底部對準樁位白灰線軸線標記，將樁插入樁位，插樁后調整樁機液壓懸臂角度使樁身保持垂直。b、 打樁打入初期，采用低速打入，以防遇地面障礙物造成鋼板樁傾斜和

5、偏移，遇硬土層，適當加大打樁力，穿過硬土層后降低打樁力。在此過程中隨時注意垂直度的變化。c、 打樁至設計要求打樁期間隨時注意樁身垂直度，當樁頂位置高出淺基槽底面約0.5米左右時，即可停止打樁。此高度做為鋼板樁剛性支護制作施工的預留高度。7.4、施工順序 施工開始時，選擇基坑的一個角點做為施工開始點，而后按順時針或逆時針方向沿白灰軸線標記逐一打入鋼板樁，樁與樁之間要注意相互間距。7.5、施工方式 施工過程中，鋼板樁按設計要求采用橫向方式進行施工，以保證鋼板樁支護有足夠的剛度，施工方式詳見支護圖紙。7.6、基坑降、排水設計本基坑采用自流深井降水方法，坑內及坑周共設置5個，水平間距1820m，深度1

6、2m。深井管采用300PVC管，沿管長方向設105050圓孔，外包二層60目尼龍網布，用18#鐵絲100螺旋形纏繞，深井孔徑800，管外一周填級配礫石摻中粗砂過濾層。7.7、基坑開挖鋼板樁施工完畢后，方可進行基坑開挖施工，開挖施工過程中按設計要求分A、B段分段施工，隨著開挖深度的加大，要隨時對支護鋼板樁的位移變化進行觀察，若發(fā)現鋼板樁入土部分的下端，有明顯位移出現，需要在下端增設支撐。以保證基坑支護的整體穩(wěn)定性。開挖過程中，開挖出的土方要隨開隨運，基坑周圍5米以內禁止堆土。7.8、生化池的拆除生化池拆除用風槍或鎬頭機鑿除，拆除時按設計要求分段拆除，拆除后及時清除垃圾、回填土方，再進行下一段的拆

7、除工作，在拆除施工過程中，土方回填完畢后，方可拆除支撐系統(tǒng)。7.9、鋼板樁拔除 土方回填壓實后，方可進行鋼板樁的拔出工作。拔樁時，需有專人監(jiān)護，以保障施工人員的安全。鋼板樁拔出后用黃砂或粉質沙土回填鋼板樁孔，拔出的鋼板樁要及時運出施工現場。8.投入主要施工人員及設備序號工種人數序號機種數量1樁機操作工41鋼板樁打樁機12輔助工82運輸車輛43施工管理人員23鎬頭機和挖機1+19、質量控制點的設置與控制9.1、進場的設備及材料必須滿足施工要求和設計要求，設備運轉必須保證安全可靠。9.2、樁位控制施工前對樁位軸線進行檢驗校正，施工中要按照軸線和施工順序進行打樁施工，樁與樁之間的間距。9.3、標高控

9、度，對查出的安全隱患做到“五定”，即定整改責任人、定整改措施、定整改完成時間、定整改完成人、定整改驗證人。d、建立并貫徹執(zhí)行書面安全技術交底制度，安全技術交底應具體明確、正對性強、縱向交到班組全體人員。安全技術交底應包括施工作業(yè)特點和危險點；針對危險點的具體預防措施；應注意的安全事項；相應的安全操作規(guī)程和標準；發(fā)生事故后應及時采取的避難和急救措施。E、項目經理部主要人員如項目經理、安全員、質檢員等持證上崗。F特殊工種作業(yè)人員如：起重工、樁基操作工等，必須持有特種作業(yè)操作證，并嚴格按規(guī)定定期進行復查，在操作工程中嚴格執(zhí)行安全操作規(guī)程的要求。G、施工現場安全設施齊全，并符合國家和地方有關規(guī)定。H、

10、施工機械必須經安全生產檢查合格后方可使用，設備使用嚴格按規(guī)程進行操作，使用中定期進行維護保養(yǎng)，保證不帶病運轉。I、材料的運輸及存放應做到安全、有序M、施工過程中嚴格執(zhí)行安全生產紀律，進入現場必須帶好安全帽，吊樁區(qū)域非操作人員嚴禁入內，吊樁機械設備必須完好。11、施工工期保證措施針對生化池施工過程中可能存在的工程實際進度達不到計劃進度，我項目部根據實際情況安排相應的設備進場進行施工，以保證工程能夠如期完成。g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and
