本文件確立了自然科學(xué)與技術(shù)領(lǐng)域科技成果評估的原則,規(guī)定了評估內(nèi)容,并描述了評估方法及

流程。

本文件適用于自然科學(xué)與技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)研究類、應(yīng)用研究類、技術(shù)開發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化類科技成果的評

估活動,其他類型的科技成果評估可參考使用。
