41、躬有搽嫩其秘烽囪鴨禱零氫慎呈做鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)施工方案現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架施工將柱、墻、梁、板等構(gòu)件在現(xiàn)場按施工圖澆筑?,F(xiàn)澆框架混凝土施工時,要由模板、鋼筋等多個工種相互配合進(jìn)行。因此,施工前要做好充分的準(zhǔn)備工作,施工中要合理組織,加強(qiáng)管理,使各工種密切協(xié)作,以保證混凝土工程施工的順利進(jìn)行。施工前的準(zhǔn)備工作接受技術(shù)交底框架混凝土施工前,全體作業(yè)人員應(yīng)接受技術(shù)人員必要的技術(shù)交底,將技術(shù)部門編制的混凝土工程珠施工方案,在作業(yè)層進(jìn)行全面的理解并實施。其內(nèi)容包括:工程概況和特點:框架分層、分段施工的方案,澆筑層的實物工程量材料數(shù)量。混凝土澆筑的進(jìn)度計劃、工期要求、質(zhì)量、安全技術(shù)措施等。施工現(xiàn)場混凝土攪
42、拌的生產(chǎn)工藝和平面布置,包括攪拌臺(站)的平面布置、材料堆放位置、計量方法和要求等。運輸工具和運輸路線要相適應(yīng)。如為泵送混凝土?xí)r,對樓面的水平運輸通道,應(yīng)按澆筑順序的先后,用鋼管把輸送管架至澆筑區(qū)域.用雙輪車運輸時,用鋼管架好運輸通道,高度應(yīng)離板面3050。澆筑順序與操作要點,施工縫的留置與處理?;炷恋膹?qiáng)度等級、施工配合比及坍落度要求。勞動力的計劃與組織、機(jī)具配備等。材料、機(jī)具、工作班組的準(zhǔn)備檢查原材料的質(zhì)量、品種與規(guī)格是否符合混凝土配合比設(shè)計要求,各種原材料 應(yīng)滿足混凝土一次連續(xù)澆筑的需要。檢查施工用的攪拌機(jī)、振搗器、水平及垂直運輸設(shè)備、料斗及串筒、備品及配件設(shè)備的情況.所有機(jī)具在使用前應(yīng)
43、試轉(zhuǎn)運行.灌注混凝土用的料斗、串筒應(yīng)在澆筑前安裝就位,澆筑用的腳手架、橋板、通道應(yīng)提前搭設(shè)好,并進(jìn)行一次安全可靠性的檢查,符合要求后方可進(jìn)行混凝土的澆筑。對砂、石料的稱量器具應(yīng)檢查校正,保證其稱量的準(zhǔn)確性。安排好本工種前后臺勞動人員,配備值班電工、翻斗車司機(jī)、看護(hù)模板及木工和鋼筋工、機(jī)械修理工、水電工等配套工種作業(yè)人員。鋼筋及水電管線的檢查模板檢查:模板安裝的軸線位置、標(biāo)高、尺寸與設(shè)計要求是否一致.模板與支撐是否牢固可靠、支架是否穩(wěn)定.模板拼縫是否嚴(yán)密,錨固螺栓和預(yù)埋件。預(yù)留孔洞位置是否準(zhǔn)確。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題應(yīng)時回報處理。鋼筋的檢查:鋼筋的規(guī)格、數(shù)量、形狀、安裝位置是否符合設(shè)計要求。鋼筋的接頭位置.搭
44、接長度是否符合施工規(guī)范要求.控制混凝土保護(hù)層厚度的砂漿墊塊或支架是否按要求鋪墊。綁扎成型后的鋼筋是否有松動、變形、錯位等。檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題應(yīng)及時要求鋼筋工處理。檢查后應(yīng)填寫隱蔽工程驗收記錄?,F(xiàn)場的清理工作模板清理:模板底木屑、綁扎絲頭等雜物清理干凈。木模在澆筑前應(yīng)充分澆水潤濕,模板拼縫縫隙較大時應(yīng)用水泥袋紙、木片或紙筋灰填塞,以防漏漿影響混凝土質(zhì)量。對粘附在鋼筋上的泥土、油污及鋼筋上的水銹應(yīng)清理干凈。運輸路線上的障礙物應(yīng)妥善處理??蚣芙Y(jié)構(gòu)混凝土的澆筑全現(xiàn)澆框架結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土的澆筑順序:在一個施工段內(nèi),應(yīng)盡量采用從兩端向中間推進(jìn),先澆柱、墻豎向構(gòu)件,后澆梁、板等橫向構(gòu)件。柱子混凝土的澆筑柱子混凝土灌注
45、前,柱底表面應(yīng)用高壓沖洗干凈沒有明水后,先澆筑一層510厚與混凝土內(nèi)砂漿成分相同的水泥砂漿(又稱支石混凝土),然后再分段分層灌注混凝土。當(dāng)柱高不超過3m,混凝土可用小車由柱模頂直接倒入柱模。當(dāng)柱高超過3m時,必須用一串筒掛入送料(如圖116所示).一般澆入混凝土料深4050時,即可用插入式指示器插入振搗。根部可在柱子中部開的“門子板”處插入振搗。待澆筑至“門子板口下10時,把“門子板”封死,振搗器移至柱頂處,這時柱內(nèi)的串筒也可以拿走,在上部邊江筑邊振搗。一般柱高小于3m的,振搗棒在柱頂也夠得到,就不設(shè)置門子板了.澆筑至梁底標(biāo)高下10左右,柱子第一次澆筑就算完成了。如與梁板連續(xù)澆筑,那么,這時就
46、應(yīng)開始記錄間歇時間。經(jīng)過2h才可接著澆筑梁柱接頭處的混凝土.如果工期許可,一般不贊成連續(xù)澆筑。一是鋼筋密無法下料;二是泮由于鋼筋多容易產(chǎn)生離析;三是振搗 不容易進(jìn)行,容易發(fā)生蜂窩、麻面或孔洞等現(xiàn)象。澆搗中要注意柱模不要脹?;蚬亩?;要保證柱子鋼筋的位置,即在全部完成一層框架后,到上層放線時,鋼筋應(yīng)在柱子邊框線內(nèi)。墻體混凝土的澆筑墻體混凝土澆筑,應(yīng)遵循先邊角后中部,先外墻后內(nèi)墻的順序,以保證外部墻體的垂直度?;炷凉嘧r應(yīng)分層。分層厚度:人工振搗不大于35;振搗器振搗不大于50;輕骨料混凝土有大于30。高度在3m以內(nèi)的外墻和內(nèi)墻,混凝土可從墻頂向板內(nèi)卸料,卸料時須在墻頂安裝料斗緩沖,以防混凝土產(chǎn)生
47、離析.對于截面尺寸狹小且鋼筋密集的墻體,則應(yīng)在側(cè)模上開門子洞,用斜溜槽投料,但高度不得大于2m。對于高度大于3m的任何截面的墻體,均應(yīng)每隔2m開門子洞,裝斜溜槽投料。墻體上開有門窗洞或工藝洞口時,應(yīng)從兩側(cè)同時對稱投料,以防將門窗洞或工藝洞口模板擠變形。墻體在灌注混凝土前,須先在底部鋪510厚與混凝土內(nèi)成分相同的水泥砂漿。柱節(jié)點混凝土澆筑框架梁、柱節(jié)點處的特點:框架的梁、柱交叉的位置,稱梁、柱節(jié)點,由于其受力的特殊性,主筋的連接接頭的加強(qiáng),以及箍筋的加密造成鋼筋密集,采用一般的澆筑施工方法,混凝土難以保證其密實度?;炷林械拇止橇弦m應(yīng)鋼筋密集的要求:按施工圖設(shè)計的要求,采用強(qiáng)度等級相同或高一級
48、的細(xì)石混凝土澆筑。混凝土的振搗:用較小直徑的插入式制動器進(jìn)行振搗,必要進(jìn)可以人工振搗輔助,以保證其密實性。為了防止混凝土初凝階段,在自重作用以及模板橫向變形等因素在高度方向的收縮,柱子澆搗至箍筋加密區(qū)后,可以停11。5h(不能超過2h),再澆筑節(jié)點混凝土。節(jié)點混凝土必須一次性澆搗完成,不得留施工縫。混凝土的振搗對于截面厚大的混凝土墻,可用插入式振搗器振搗,方法同柱的振搗。對一般或鋼筋密集的混凝土墻,宜采用模板外側(cè)懸持附著式振搗器振搗,其振搗深度約25左右.如墻體截面尺寸較厚時,可在兩側(cè)懸掛附著式振搗器振搗。使用插入式振搗器如遇有門窗洞及工藝洞時,應(yīng)兩邊同時對稱振搗。同時不得用棒頭猛擊預(yù)留孔洞、
49、預(yù)埋件等。當(dāng)頂板與墻體整體現(xiàn)澆時,樓頂板端頭部分的混凝土應(yīng)單獨澆筑,以保證墻體的整體性和抗震能力.梁、板混凝土的澆筑確定澆筑順序:一般以最遠(yuǎn)端開始,逐漸縮短混凝土運距,避免搗實后的混凝土受到擾動。澆灌時應(yīng)先低后高,即先澆搗梁,待澆搗至梁上口后,可一起澆搗梁、板,澆筑過程中盡量使混凝土面保持水平狀態(tài)。對截面高于1m的梁,可以單獨先澆搗梁至板下510時,梁的上部混凝土再與板的混凝土一起澆搗。混凝土入模:應(yīng)采用反鏟下料,這樣可以避免混凝土產(chǎn)生離析。當(dāng)梁內(nèi)混凝土下料有3040深時,就應(yīng)進(jìn)行振搗,振搗時直插、斜插、移點相結(jié)合,保證混凝土的密實性.梁板混凝土澆筑方向:應(yīng)沿次梁方向垂直于主梁的方向澆筑。澆搗
50、一段后(一個開間或一個柱距),應(yīng)采用平板振搗器按澆筑方向,拉動機(jī)器振實面層。平板振搗后,由操做人員隨后按樓層結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)高面,用木杠及木抹子搓抹混凝土表面,使之達(dá)到平整。當(dāng)樓層不能一次澆筑完成,或遇到特殊情況時,中間停歇時間超過2H以上的,應(yīng)設(shè)置施工縫或按設(shè)計要求留出后澆帶.工縫的留置和處理施工縫留置于結(jié)構(gòu)受剪力較小、且便于施工的部位.施工縫留置的位置和處理的方法,應(yīng)按技術(shù)交底的施工方法進(jìn)行??蚣芙Y(jié)構(gòu)的施工縫通常留在以下幾個部位:梁:架肋形樓蓋混凝土的澆筑行程大多與框架主梁垂與次梁平行,所以把施工縫留在次梁中間部位跨度的1/3范圍內(nèi)(圖117),對受力上是有利的。主梁不宜留設(shè)施工縫。懸臂梁應(yīng)與其相連
51、接的結(jié)構(gòu)整體澆筑,一般不宜留施工縫,必須留施工縫時,應(yīng)取得設(shè)計單位同意,并取有效措施。板:單向板施工縫可留設(shè)在與主筋平行的任何位置或受力主筋垂直方向的中部跨度的1/3的范圍內(nèi);雙向板施工縫位置應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求留設(shè).柱:宜留設(shè)在梁底標(biāo)高以下2030或梁、板面標(biāo)高處。墻:宜留設(shè)在門洞口連梁跨中1/3區(qū)段內(nèi);也可留在縱橫剪力墻的交接處.大截面梁、厚板和高度超過6m的柱,應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求留設(shè)施工縫。施工縫的處理對于施工縫處繼續(xù)澆混凝土?xí)r,要符合已澆筑的混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1。2N/mm2;對已硬化的混凝土表面,要清除混凝土浮渣和松散石子、軟弱混凝土層,并灑水濕潤,無明水后再澆新混凝土;澆筑前接頭處要先用同混凝
52、土配合比的水泥砂漿鋪墊;該處振搗要細(xì)致、密實,使結(jié)合牢固.后澆帶處混凝土的澆筑施工設(shè)置后澆帶的作用:預(yù)防超長梁、板(寬)混凝土在凝結(jié)過程中的收縮應(yīng)力對混凝土產(chǎn)生收縮裂縫。減少結(jié)構(gòu)施工初期地基不均沉降對強(qiáng)度還未完成增長的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞。后澆帶的位置是由設(shè)計確定的,后澆帶處梁板的鋼筋加強(qiáng)應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求,后澆帶的位置和寬度應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按施工圖要求留設(shè)。后澆帶混凝土的澆筑時間.是在12月以后,或主體施工完成后。這時,混凝土的強(qiáng)度增長和收縮已基本完成,地基的壓縮變形也基本完成。后澆帶處混凝土施工的基本要求:后澆帶處兩側(cè)應(yīng)按施工縫處理.應(yīng)采用補償收縮性混凝土(如UEA混凝土,UEA的摻量應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求),后澆帶處的混凝土應(yīng)分層精心振搗密實.如在地下室施工中,底板和外側(cè)墻體的混凝土中,應(yīng)按設(shè)計在后澆帶的兩側(cè)加強(qiáng)防水處理。養(yǎng)護(hù)與拆模常溫下宜采用噴水養(yǎng)護(hù),養(yǎng)護(hù)時間在7d以上.當(dāng)混凝土強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1N/mm2以上時(以等條件養(yǎng)護(hù)試塊強(qiáng)度確定)方可拆模。拆模時間過早容易使墻體混凝土下墜、產(chǎn)生裂縫,或模板發(fā)生粘連。現(xiàn)澆混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)容易出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題柱、墻“爛根”混凝土澆筑前,未
