2、計(jì)制造方法,對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)中的復(fù)雜問題進(jìn)行分析,以獲得有效結(jié)論。3.設(shè)計(jì)/開發(fā)解決方案:能夠設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)中一般問題的解決方案,并能夠在設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)方案環(huán)節(jié)中體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新意識(shí),考慮社會(huì)、健康、安全、法律、文化以及環(huán)境等因素。4.研究:能夠基于科學(xué)原理并采用科學(xué)方法對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)中的問題進(jìn)行研究,包括設(shè)計(jì)方法、生產(chǎn)方式、生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)等,并通過信息綜合得到合理有效的結(jié)論。5.使用現(xiàn)代工具:能夠正確使用目前較為流行的設(shè)計(jì)、分析和制造工具,針對(duì)一般產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、分析和生產(chǎn)中的問題,開發(fā)、選擇與使用恰當(dāng)?shù)募夹g(shù)、資源、現(xiàn)代工程工具和信息技術(shù)工具,對(duì)對(duì)其進(jìn)行繪圖、仿真、預(yù)測(cè)與模擬,并能夠理解其局限性。課程目標(biāo)

3、完成課程后,學(xué)生將具備以下能力:(1)掌握CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)的基本原理和基本知識(shí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、解決問題的基本能力。1、2(2)掌握參數(shù)化二維三維產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的基本知識(shí),學(xué)生具有設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品的初步能力。1、3、4(3)掌握常用的設(shè)計(jì)軟件和加工方法,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力。3、5課程簡介本課程是工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案中一門重要的專業(yè)核心課程。課程系統(tǒng)地講授二維、三維計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)協(xié)同產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)以及數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)技術(shù),并注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用先進(jìn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、分析和加工的能力。教學(xué)內(nèi)容與學(xué)時(shí)分配(一)思政教學(xué)(1學(xué)時(shí))(1)中國制造2025的理解(2)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀與本課程的結(jié)

4、合(3)誠信、友善、團(tuán)結(jié)、自由、關(guān)愛、服務(wù)等意識(shí)的體現(xiàn)(二)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)概論(1學(xué)時(shí))(1)CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷史(2)CAD/CAE/CAM的系統(tǒng)組成教學(xué)要求:了解CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)的基本概況,常用軟件功能和硬件設(shè)備。(三)二維參數(shù)化計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)(8學(xué)時(shí))(1)CAD圖形繪制技巧(2)繪制產(chǎn)品圖樣(3)繪制建筑房屋圖樣教學(xué)要求:熟悉二維CAD軟件,掌握二維參數(shù)化圖形的繪制方法、尺寸分析和標(biāo)注;掌握不同產(chǎn)品圖樣(如工業(yè)產(chǎn)品、房屋建筑等)的繪制方法。重點(diǎn):參數(shù)化二維CAD軟件的使用。難點(diǎn):各類產(chǎn)品圖樣的繪制。(四)三維參數(shù)化計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)(10學(xué)時(shí))(1)三維參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)

5、軟件簡介(2)三維產(chǎn)品建模(3)產(chǎn)品裝配技術(shù)(4)動(dòng)畫技術(shù)(5)生成工程圖教學(xué)要求:熟悉參數(shù)化三維CAD軟件;掌握三維產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化模型的創(chuàng)建過程;掌握工程圖樣的生成方法;掌握不同類別產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)建方式,了解動(dòng)畫技術(shù)。重點(diǎn):參數(shù)化三維CAD軟件的使用。難點(diǎn):裝配及動(dòng)畫。(五)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工程分析(4學(xué)時(shí))(1)工程分析基本知識(shí)(2)產(chǎn)品算例的創(chuàng)建(3)工程分析結(jié)果查看教學(xué)要求:掌握計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工程分析的方法、原理和過程,能夠進(jìn)行簡單產(chǎn)品的工程分析。重點(diǎn):用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品分析。難點(diǎn):工程分析的理論和方法。(六)激光切割(4學(xué)時(shí))(1)激光切割機(jī)簡介(2)產(chǎn)品圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)(3)激光切割機(jī)操作方法教學(xué)要求:了解
