1、船舶泵設(shè)備維護(hù)須知Ship pumping equipment maintenance Instruction1.螺桿泵Screw pump泵與原動機(jī)聯(lián)接應(yīng)采用彈性聯(lián)軸器，安裝后，無卡緊現(xiàn)象，其不同軸度不大于0.10mm。Flexible coupling should be used in the connection between pump and prime mover, there is no chucking after the installation, and the disalignment should not greater than 0.10 mm.泵與動力機(jī)械安裝必須

2、安裝在有足夠強(qiáng)度的機(jī)座上，以防影響同軸度損壞泵的主要另 件，影響泵的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。Pump and power generating machine must be installed on machine base which has enough strength to prevent coaxiality was affected and that caused damage of the pump main accessories, also to prevent that affect the operation of pump.泵啟動前后，一般不須調(diào)節(jié)安全閥，因出廠試驗(yàn)時已調(diào)好，如確需

3、調(diào)整起跳壓力，應(yīng)根據(jù)需要適量調(diào)整，調(diào)節(jié)時只需旋松或擰緊，主伐調(diào)節(jié)桿和調(diào)節(jié)伐上的調(diào)節(jié)螺絲即可。Before/after pump start-up, generally it is not necessary to adjust the safety valves, because it wasalready adjusted in factory, if its necessary to adjust the opening pressure, adjust it as requi: and only need to unscrew or tighten the adjusting screw

4、 on main valve adjusterbar and adjusting valve when adjusting.泵的吸口前必須裝有過濾器，濾網(wǎng)的規(guī)格應(yīng)在30目左右，濾網(wǎng)的總流通面積應(yīng)是泵 吸口的3-4倍。A filter must be installed in the front of pump suction, the filter gauze specifications should be about 30 meshes, and the circulation area should be 3-4 times of the pump suction area.泵的連接的管

5、道、閘伐等與泵的進(jìn)出口尺寸相符。Pump connecting pipe, gate valve, etc. should match the inlet and outlet size of the pump.泵啟動時應(yīng)注意泵的進(jìn)、出口壓力是否正常。Pay attention to the vacuum of the pump when starting the pump, if there is no vacuum, excessive vacuum degree, no inhalation phenomenon we should stop the pump and check it

6、immediately, and the empty pump start-up time is no more than one minute.泵啟動后應(yīng)經(jīng)常注意泵的工作狀態(tài)，如發(fā)生異常的聲音、過熱、冒煙等現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即 停泵檢查。Often note the pump working condition after pump start-up, if there is abnormal sound, overheating, smoke phenomenon etc., stop the pump and check it immediately.泵在用作掃艙時，空泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不超過3分鐘，如需超

7、過規(guī)定掃艙時間，可停機(jī)片刻再重 新開機(jī)。Empty pump operation time should not more than 3 minutes when the pump as a stripping pump.If the needed sweeping time exceed the prescribed time, we can stop it for a moment and restarting it.齒輪箱油位應(yīng)在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)，潤滑油一般采用150號中負(fù)荷工業(yè)齒輪油，泵在正常工 作時齒輪箱的油溫不大于60，長時間連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)齒輪箱油溫不大于70C。軸承潤滑 油采用鋰基潤滑脂，每

8、班加油一次。Gear box oil level should be within the prescribed scope, lubricant generally use No.150 middle load industrial gear oil, gearbox oil temperature should not greater than 60 C when the pump in normal operation, long time continuous running gear box oil temperature should not more than 70 C. 9、ring oil should use lithium base grease, and do refueling once per shift.周期性維護(hù)(約4000小時)，結(jié)合年檢進(jìn)行拆檢。該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，拆、裝時應(yīng)小心， 仔細(xì)，防止碰壞機(jī)件，修理時應(yīng)檢查螺桿的軸間間隙，螺桿與泵體的間隙，齒輪間隙， 軸承磨損程度，軸機(jī)械密封裝置等，這些技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)，均應(yīng)符合修理后的規(guī)范要求。Periodic maintenance (about 4000 hours), overhaul it according to annual survey. 12、should not greater than 0.10 mm.日常管理、參見離心泵的說明書，在初次啟動之前必須灌滿該泵使用的介質(zhì)。Daily management refers to the manual, fill the pump with the medium before the first starting.認(rèn)真檢查并確認(rèn)電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確，不能反轉(zhuǎn)。Carefully check and make sure the direction of rotation is correct, and it cannot be reversed.在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中注意泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)工況，各參數(shù)變化、振動、漏

13、泄、噪聲、溫壓變化，有異常及時 停泵、檢查、修理。Pay attention to the pump operation conditions and parameters change, vibration, leakage, noise, change of temperature & pressure in working time, stop the pump, check and repair it when it is abnormal.周期性維護(hù)（約4000小時）結(jié)合循環(huán)檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行拆檢，因該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，在拆裝時應(yīng) 仔細(xì)、小心，以防碰撞壞部件，在修理中要注意各部件的測量記錄，如葉輪與

14、泵體的 間隙，填料箱壓蓋與軸有一定的軸向間隙，阻漏環(huán)與葉輪的間隙，軸承的磨損情況， 軸機(jī)械密封裝置等情況，均在修理后的數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求。Periodic maintenance should be carried out with circular survey. 16、ith the requirements after repair.齒輪泵 Gear pump啟動前必須先開啟進(jìn)、出管路上的截止閥。Open the globe valves on the inlet and outlet pipes first before starting.啟動前應(yīng)確保泵內(nèi)充滿油液。齒輪泵雖具有干吸能力，但應(yīng)盡可能避免有干吸現(xiàn)象， 否則會加速回轉(zhuǎn)件的磨損，致使間隙增大，破壞泵的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。特別是對那些新安裝 或經(jīng)檢修后的泵更應(yīng)如此。Before starting the pump should be filled with oil. The globe valve of discharge piping should be full open when working, shattered for, in order to avoid discharge pressure exceeds normal pressure caused by excessive throttling loss.泵的吸入壓力不宜過低。在維護(hù)管理中應(yīng)經(jīng)常按期拆洗濾器，防止濾器和管路被雜物 堵塞

21、omenon, the oil temperature should be proper, shouldnt ber toroloiigh泵的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)應(yīng)維持在額定范圍內(nèi)，不宜超速運(yùn)行。Pump RPM should be in the rated range, it is inadvisable for speeding operation.經(jīng)常檢查軸封裝置的工作情況。應(yīng)注意檢查填料軸封的發(fā)熱和漏泄情況，一般以手搭 在填料箱體上不感到燙手為宜。若采用的是機(jī)械軸封裝置，為了保證軸封能長期良好 地工作，允許有少量的油液通過密封面，起到密封、潤滑和冷卻作用。Frequently check shaft

If it use mechanical shaft seal device, in order to ensure the shaft seal can work good in long-term, it is

25、ons.新安裝或停用較長時間的泵，在啟動前必須用輕柴油(或煤油)清洗各密封部分的防 銹油脂。The antirust grease on sealing parts of new installations or the pump long-term stoped, must be cleaned with diesel oil (or kerosene) before starting.檢查泵各部件的技術(shù)狀況：對于剛檢修過的泵，應(yīng)用人力盤車轉(zhuǎn)動12個往復(fù)行程， 以查明有無東西遺留在缸內(nèi)或其它妨礙運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的外物。Check the technical status of pump parts: t

26、he pump just has overhauled, should be turned 1-2 reciprocating trip by human power jacking gear, to find out whether things or other objects hindered running are left in in cylinder.檢查油箱中的油位是否在正常位置。需人工加油的摩擦部位，應(yīng)用油壺進(jìn)行人工加油。 Check whether the oil level is in the normal position. The friction positions

27、needed to oil artificially, should be oiled with oilcan.檢查填料箱，填料箱壓蓋應(yīng)不歪斜，也不宜壓得太緊。如換過新填料，壓蓋應(yīng)處于松 動態(tài)，待泵起動后再逐漸對稱擰緊壓蓋螺帽(或螺栓)，填料的壓緊程度要適中。泵 在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中允許有少量液體泄漏，以起潤滑和冷卻作用。Check the stuffing box, stuffing box gland should not be skewed, also not too tight. If new packing has been changed, the gland should be loose,

28、 gradually symmetric tightened gland nut (or bolts) after the pump started, packing compaction degree should be moderate. It is allowed to leak a little liquid in the pump operation to paly the role in lubrication and cooling.新安裝或經(jīng)檢修過的泵應(yīng)檢查電動機(jī)的接線是否正確，開關(guān)和絕緣情況是否良好。For new installations or the pump has

29、been overhauled, check whether the wiring of motor is correct, switches and insulation are in good condition or not.開足排出截止閥和吸入截止閥。尤其是要確保排出截止閥的開啟，以避免貿(mào)然啟動后 若是安全閥失靈時，造成損傷泵體部件的事故，操作時應(yīng)特別注意。Pay special attention to the following matters in operaton. Full open the outlet globe valve and inlet globe valves,

30、 especially keep the outlet globe open, in order to avoid the accidents of pump parts damaged if relief valve was failure after starting rashly.接通電源啟動泵。啟動后如泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，參數(shù)也符合要求，則啟動工作即告完成。Turn the switch on and start pump. If the pump works are in good conditions and parameters are according with the requirement after starting, well then the start work is completed.為了檢查往復(fù)泵的密封性能，可在關(guān)閉吸入截止閥的情況下啟動泵，看其所能形成的 封閉吸入真空度有多大。如果此時的真空度不高，則表明該泵的密封有問題
