1、北京市某旅游飯店會(huì)議室空調(diào)工程一 工程概況:該建筑為北京市某旅游飯店裙樓的會(huì)議室,共分大小兩個(gè)會(huì)議室,其余房間分別為辦公室和機(jī)房。兩個(gè)會(huì)議室均采用空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。辦公室已有空調(diào),不需再設(shè)。走廊不設(shè)空調(diào)建筑地理位置 地點(diǎn):北京 北緯:3948 東經(jīng):11628 大氣壓力:100250Pa建筑熱工特性1)層高:該房間梁下標(biāo)高為4.5米。屋頂:依據(jù)屋面結(jié)構(gòu)類型其屋面做法為型2)外墻:370毫米外抹水泥砂漿內(nèi)抹白灰實(shí)心磚墻。小會(huì)議室:南墻面積為51.17,北墻面積為51.17,東墻面積為97.42;大會(huì)議室:南墻面積為124.8,北墻面積為124.8。 3)建筑結(jié)構(gòu):全部為混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),外墻均為37墻。外
