9、alth nursing (CHN) interchangeably. Public health nursing and community health nursing are more likely to be used interchangeably. PHN/CHN synthesizes the knowledge from the nursing and public health sciences to promote and preserve the health of individuals, families, and communities. The goal is t

10、o improve the health of the community through identifying high-risk subgroups and directing resources towards these people. PHN/CHN comprises the knowledge of the nursing science and public health science to improve and keep the wellness of everyone, families, and groups. Their purpose is to improve

Care is provided to individuals who have

18、 common needs and live within a defined region. The care is directed toward a specific group within the geographical neighborhood.
