8、of Controller： 控制器面板布置如圖所示分成由上到下由五部分組成:Control panel collocation is divided into five parts from up to down as above picture shows：第一部分是面板最上方的液晶顯示器，有關液晶顯示器的詳細操作說明見以下第4、5章節(jié)。The first part is LCD in the top of the face plate, it can display mutuality information.第二部分是信號顯示區(qū)域，主要由The second is light word

9、 signal display area, mainly has（1） 電源指示信號：“電源正常”等，各組直流電源正常則發(fā)該信號。Electrical source direction signal: “POWER OK” and so on, all groups of DC electrical source is ok and the signal will send out.（2） 控制器狀態(tài)指示：“自動運行”、“手動運行”、“調節(jié)器退出”、“本套正常”等光字牌，用于指示控制器實際所處于的狀態(tài)。Controller state direction: “AUTO RUN”, “MANUA

10、L RUN”, “QUIT”, “CHANNEL OK” light words brand, it is used to direct controllers actual state.（3） 故障信號光字牌指示：“故障切手動”、“裝置出錯”、“過流限制”、“低勵限制”、“伏赫限制”、“PT熔絲斷”、“脈沖出錯”等信號，用于指示控制器的故障所在。其中除“裝置出錯”外，其余信號皆具有程序自保持功能，即當故障消失后，這些信號不會自動復歸，必須人為復歸?！把b置出錯”是用于指示控制器本身出錯的故障信號。Error signal light words brand direction: “ TO MA

12、hey must be reseted by manual. “DEVICE ERR” is used to direct the error signal of controller itself.第三部分是液晶顯示器鍵盤操作按鈕：包括“”鍵、“”鍵、“<”鍵、“>”鍵、“+”鍵、“-”鍵、“取消”鍵、“確認”鍵。其中“”鍵、“”鍵用于光標上下移動或屏顯前翻后翻；“<”鍵、“>”鍵用于光標的左移或右移；“+”鍵、“-”鍵用在參數修改時數字量的增加或做試驗時各種試驗選項的選擇等等。The third part is LCD keyboard operation key:

17、 controller faceboard.2、控制器插件的安裝 Install the Plug-Boards of Controller：注意CAUTION安裝控制器插件時，應該在斷電的情況下進行，否則會導致控制器插件損壞。When installing controller the plug-boards, you should go along on the condition of power-off, otherwise it will lead controller the plug-boards destroyable.2.1 控制器插件的組成 Compose the Plug

And the connection between all flat cables is also exclusive 3、控制器的基本操作 Basic Operation of the Controller:控制器的基本操作是針對控制器的狀態(tài)而言,并非針對液晶顯示器。有關液晶顯示器的操作詳見第4、5章。Controllers basic operation i

23、s aim at controllers state, not LCD. The operation about LCD is in chapter 4 and 5.3.1 控制器的控制 Control the Controller：根據面板上的布置, 控制器的控制主要由“主控”/“就地”開關控制。According to the collocation of faceboard, the controller is controlled by “REMOTE”/ “LOCAL” breaker.當“主控”/“就地”開關置于“就地”時,面板上的“運行”/“退出”開關、“置位”、“增磁”、“減磁

24、”按鈕起作用。當“主控”/“就地”開關置于“主控”時,上述面板開關按鈕不起作用,控制器受控于中控輸入開關量，通過DI1（運行/退出）、DI3（增磁）、DI4（減磁）、DI7（起勵）起作用。When “REMOTE”/ “LOCAL” breaker parks “LOCAL”, “RUN”/ “QUIT”breaker, “EXC-S ON”, “RAISE”, “LOWER”button on the faceboard will work. When “REMOTE”/ “LOCAL” breaker parks “REMOTE”, the above faceboard breaker

25、wont work, controller will be controlled by remote digital input data, work by DIL(run/quit), DI3(raise excitation), DI4(lower excitation), DI7(state excitation).說明:“起勵”、“置位”的含義是一致的,即針對非自并勵機組,該開關量或按鈕僅僅是“置位”的含義,將發(fā)電機電壓快速升至要求的電壓。自并勵機組,該開關量或按鈕實際上是起著“起勵”“置位”的作用,即先啟動“起勵”按鈕讓發(fā)電機建立電壓,然后將發(fā)電機快速升至要求的電壓。“置位”或“起勵

26、”在發(fā)電機空載狀態(tài)上,發(fā)電機電壓低于“置位”時所達到的電壓值下才有效。Explaination: The meanings of “state excitation”, “EXC-S ON” is accordant, namely aim at static excitation, the breaker or button only means “EXC-S ON”, rise the generator voltage to need one quickly. static excitation, the breaker or button really works as “state

27、excitation” and “EXC-S ON”,namely start up “state excitation” button first to make generator build voltage, then rise the voltage to need one quickly. When”EXC-S ON” or “state excitation” stays on generator noload state, generator voltage is less than the voltage of “EXC-S ON” building up, it is eff

28、icient.手動運行時按發(fā)電機轉子電流或調節(jié)器輸出電流（無刷勵磁系統）閉環(huán)方式調節(jié)。When manual running regulate according to generator rotor current or regulatoroutput current(brushless excitation system) closed loop mode.3.2 控制器的上電 Power Supplies of the Controller：控制器在上電前要求各開關量處于退出運行狀態(tài),即面板上開關處于“就地”、“退出”位置或者面板上開關處于“中控”位置而輸出開關量DI1（運行）處于斷開狀

29、態(tài)。Before controller electrifying all digital data must stay on quit running state, namely the breaker of faceboard stays “LOCAL”, “QUIT” location or the breaker of faceboard stays “REMOTE” location while digital output DI1(run) stays on disconnection state.3.3 控制器的操作 Operate the Controller：在表一中，“置位”

30、或“起勵”有效的條件為發(fā)電機處于空載狀態(tài)（即出口斷路器斷開）,且發(fā)電機電壓沒有達到“置位”所需達到的電壓。In the table one, the condition to make “EXC-S ON” or “state excitation” effective is that generator stays on noload state(namely generator breaker disconnection), and generator voltage hasnt reached the voltage which is needed to “EXC-S ON”.在控制器正

When operated switch “auto” mode to “manual” mode, to make it accord to fact first, then switch back to “auto” mode, at this time it will display “auto running” mode really. 【Change】 ModePush【】choice Auto/Manual mode,push 【esc】to last picture 【選擇】 手動方
