1、課例自評·· 教師是教學的主導,教學的每一個環(huán)節(jié)都需要教師去調(diào)控,當有生成性學習的良機出現(xiàn)的時候,教師一定不要輕易放過,要善于捕捉。教學實踐證明,對生成性學習時機的正確捕捉,能使一堂課收到意想不到的效果 。 · 我們 教師要在教學中樹立以學生為本的現(xiàn)代教育觀念,給每個學生提供思考、創(chuàng)造、表現(xiàn)及獲得成功體驗的機會。做到這一點,教師要學會欣賞每一位學生,發(fā)現(xiàn)每一位學生的閃光點。學生在老師的關注中,不僅會喜歡老師,喜歡上課,產(chǎn)生融洽和諧的師生情感,還會在課堂上積極表現(xiàn),快樂愉快地去學習。· 在英語教學中還應該注重教學手段多元化,充分利用直觀教具、電化教學輔助設
2、備和多媒體設施等進行英語教學,使英語教學過程變得更為生動、形象、直觀,幫助學生直接理解和運用所學的語言,加深印象、強化記憶,為教學提供各種情景和真實的交際場面,創(chuàng)設語言環(huán)境,促進學生直接用英語思維。· 集體的智慧是無窮的,我們要以本次磨課以契機,在今后的教學中發(fā)揮集體的作用,讓我們共同努力,為英語教學工作貢獻自己的青春和力量.課例自評 “三次備課兩次打磨”是一個研修組共同進步的見證,它是一個集集體智慧于一身的活動。本次磨課我們整個研修小組全員參與,群策群力,共同商討確立研討課題,制定詳實的磨課計劃、認真進行任務分工,小組成員盡最大努力發(fā)揮各自的潛能,真正體現(xiàn)“團結就是力量”的團隊精神
3、,真是眾人拾柴火焰高。本次磨課老師執(zhí)教的是外研版英語七年級下Module6Unit2這一課,她注重關心每一個孩子,課堂上設計不同層次的任務,讓不同層次的孩子都有事可做,人人參與課堂,不做課堂的看客,他還比較注重培養(yǎng)學生主動學習的意識和習慣,增強“我能行,我要學”的強烈愿望,以我校“問題課堂”為載體,小組合作的教學方式為基礎,課堂上學生通過自己動腦發(fā)現(xiàn)問題解決問題,從而輕而易舉地獲得知識學習知識,這也是提高學生自學能力的重要途徑之一。韓老師在課末總結時,讓同學們談一談這節(jié)課有什么收獲?獲得什么技能,使課堂知識得以拓展并加以應用。本次磨課活動我們?nèi)M成員,分工無遺漏,全員參與觀課、評課、總結活動。
4、大家相互交換心得和體會,營造了濃厚的教研氛圍,為今后開展教研活動打下堅實的基礎。這次磨課的確磨出了意志,磨出了情誼,磨出了進步。課例自評1、輕松自如教師教態(tài)親切、自然,英語口語流利,給學生創(chuàng)造了良好說的氛圍,使學生能夠在輕松愉快的氛圍中感受英語語音,體驗英語語音。這一點非常好,值得我學習。2、教學扎實陳老師整堂課的思路非常清晰,活動扎實有效。在新課教學中圍繞幾個動物的名稱展開扎實有效的訓練,以猜謎語游戲、詞圖搭配游戲、運動會入場式等把課推向了高潮,使學生學的很有勁,也很扎實。3、活動設計有層次性本課中在出示了動物玩具后,王老師先讓學生拿實物說,然后通過多媒體課件讓學生猜動物,同時初步感知了單詞
5、的寫法,然后運用手中的單詞卡多種形式的對比練習,學生很快掌握了動物名稱及單詞的認讀。拓展部分運用所學內(nèi)容自由對話,挖掘學生創(chuàng)造使用語言的能力,從教師的語言輸入轉為學生的語言輸出,符合語言的習得規(guī)律。需要探討的地方:1、對學生的小組活動需加強指導,所布置的任務不夠明確,小組活動合作性不強。2、整堂課放手給學生的時間少,如果能增加生生對話,小組活動,可以給少數(shù)性格內(nèi)向羞澀的學生提供更多口語練習的機會。課堂實錄 八年級上Module8 unit1Module8 unit1I .Warm-up1.Show some pictures: The green lights mean going.The r
