24、原材料及制作材料。(3)、水電已接入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。五、土釘墻工藝簡(jiǎn)介土釘墻支護(hù)隨基坑逐層開(kāi)挖，逐層繼續(xù)支護(hù)，直至坑底。施工時(shí) 在基坑開(kāi)挖坡面，機(jī)械成孔。孔內(nèi)安置錨桿，并注入M15水泥砂漿， 在坡面安裝鋼筋網(wǎng)，噴射強(qiáng)度等級(jí)不低于C25的混凝土，使土體、土 釘錨桿及噴射混凝土面層結(jié)合，為深基坑土釘支護(hù)。其技術(shù)原理是利 用巖土介質(zhì)的自身能力，借助土釘與周?chē)馏w的摩擦力和粘聚力， 將 不穩(wěn)定的土體和深部穩(wěn)定土體連在一體形成穩(wěn)固的組合體。土釘端與鋼筋網(wǎng)相互連接，之后噴射混凝土，土釘與土體形成復(fù)合體，提高了 邊坡的穩(wěn)定和承受坡頂?shù)某d能力。增強(qiáng)土體破壞延性改變邊坡突然 塌方性質(zhì)，有利于安全施工。該技術(shù)具有施工

31、距為1.5m。(3)、土釘鋼筋：HRB40(a鋼筋，直徑20mm(4)、土釘布置形式：梅花型。(5)、網(wǎng)片鋼筋：HPB23軟，直徑8mm(6)、噴射混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)：C25。(7)、噴射混凝土厚度：第一次噴3050mm第二次噴5070mm 共 100mm?。3、施工方法：(1)、削坡：施工削坡時(shí)應(yīng)自上而下分階段進(jìn)行，每次削坡開(kāi)挖 深度1.5m左右。機(jī)械挖土?xí)r應(yīng)預(yù)留10cm厚，以便人工修整。(2)、土釘定位成孔：按8m孔深采用干成孔法，成孔后用壓縮空 氣將孔內(nèi)殘?jiān)皵_動(dòng)的廢土吹干凈。 錨孔水平、垂直方向孔距誤差不 應(yīng)大于100mm錨孔偏斜度不大于5%錨孔應(yīng)一次性成型。4、錨桿制作及安裝：錨桿材料應(yīng)

43、、鋪設(shè)鋼筋網(wǎng)片：網(wǎng)片鋼筋應(yīng)順直，按150*150的間距綁扎牢固。 在每步工作面上的鋼筋應(yīng)預(yù)留與下步工作面鋼筋網(wǎng)片的搭接長(zhǎng)度，鋼筋網(wǎng)片與土釘連接牢固。在每道土釘?shù)匿摻罹W(wǎng)片上，設(shè)置一根18 的加強(qiáng)鋼筋，與錨桿鋼筋焊接，分散土釘?shù)膽?yīng)力。7、安放泄水口：按2m的間距放置直徑50mmUPVC泄水口，泄水口超出土釘墻的長(zhǎng)度為100mm。8、噴射混凝土：混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為C25,第一次噴3050mn鋪設(shè)鋼筋網(wǎng)片，第二次噴至100mnff,噴射硅粗骨料最大粒徑不大于 15mm為使回彈率減小到最低限度，噴頭與受?chē)娒鎽?yīng)保持垂直，噴頭 與作業(yè)面間距宜為0.61m， 噴射順序自上而下，噴射時(shí)控制用水量，使噴射面層無(wú)干斑
