11、ted保育員(初級)職業(yè)技能鑒定培訓(xùn)班教學(xué)計(jì)劃及教學(xué)大綱保育員初級教學(xué)大綱1、 教學(xué)目的和任務(wù):隨著我區(qū)幼兒教育事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,為提高保育員的水平和技能,規(guī)范幼兒保育工作,滿足幼兒園參加升級評估等需求,我校將于近期舉辦幼兒園保育員培訓(xùn)班。培訓(xùn)班由資深專業(yè)教師進(jìn)行授課、講解。得以提高幼兒保育人員各方面綜合水平。2、 教學(xué)的基本要求及內(nèi)容:(1) 專 業(yè)理論課:保育員的職業(yè)道德、對學(xué)前教育的認(rèn)識和理解、嬰幼兒各系統(tǒng)生理衛(wèi)生、小兒營養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)知識、集體兒童膳食管理、嬰幼兒生活活動中的保育、配合教育活動等。(2) 專 業(yè)實(shí)操課嬰幼兒游戲、學(xué)習(xí)、運(yùn)動中的保育、配制幼兒園常用消毒液、嬰幼兒意外事故處理、托幼機(jī)
