1、汽車論文|全輪驅(qū)動底盤測功機的控制系統(tǒng)開發(fā)全輪驅(qū)動底盤測功機的控制系統(tǒng)開發(fā)摘要隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進步,我國汽車工業(yè)得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。汽車結(jié)構(gòu)不斷完善,汽車性能不斷提高。人們對汽車性能要求的不斷提高,一方面促進了傳統(tǒng)的汽車技術(shù)與現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)的結(jié)合,使汽車的經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標(biāo)在最近幾十年有了大幅度的提高;另一方面,它促進汽車綜合性能現(xiàn)代檢測技術(shù)的發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,大大提高了汽車新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)速度和出廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制能力。汽車底盤測功機是一項重要的室內(nèi)臺架檢測設(shè)備,通過底盤測功機不僅可以對汽車進行動力性檢測,而且還可以測量多工況排放指標(biāo)及油耗,同時還能方便地進行汽車加載調(diào)試和診斷汽車在負(fù)載條件下出現(xiàn)的故障等。

2、所有測試結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性都取決于底盤測功機能否對汽車的道路行駛阻力做出真實的模擬。本文設(shè)計了由PC機和I/O板、A/D板組成的汽車底盤測功機測控系統(tǒng),充分發(fā)揮了PC機運算、存儲能力強;I/O板和A/D板接口多、傳輸速度快的特點。在本系統(tǒng)中,所用的數(shù)據(jù)處理、指令控制及軟件運行都由PC機來處理,這樣就使得系統(tǒng)的硬件更加簡化和高效。硬件系統(tǒng)的主要功能是根據(jù)當(dāng)前檢測項目的需要,并通過判斷底盤測功機當(dāng)前狀態(tài),發(fā)出指令,使底盤測功機按當(dāng)前要求狀態(tài)工作;當(dāng)車到達指定位置后,PC機發(fā)出指令,開始檢測并采集數(shù)據(jù),輸入PC機進行計算處理,并將處理結(jié)果打印出來。文中闡述了底盤測功機的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并介紹了汽車動力性

All test results are determined by the accuracy and reliability of the chassis dynamometer can of road vehicles to

7、make a real simulation of the resistance.In this paper, designed by the PC and I / O board, A / D board, composed of measurement and control system, give full play to the PC-computing, storage capacity,; I / O board and A / D interface board, and transmission speed characteristics. The primary function of the hardware system is based on the current needs of the test items and, through the chassis dynamometer to determine the current

The article elaborated on the chassis dynamometer development, and presented the evaluation of automotive power systems and vehicle structure chassis dynamometer.
