2、是讓學(xué)生理解、會(huì)讀文段內(nèi)容;并能正確理解幾個(gè)單位詞: to n,meter,kg,cm. 2.本課時(shí)的教學(xué)難點(diǎn)是本部分語言知識(shí)含量大,教師需要幫助學(xué)生充分理解。三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1。教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)、 本課時(shí)錄音帶和課件 2。有關(guān)鯨魚的圖片 四、教學(xué)步驟 Step1.Warm-up 1。師生用英語互致問候 2。Free talk A: How tall/heavy are you? B: ImA:Im.Im.than you.B:Yes,I m.than you.教師和一生做示范,然后讓三、四組學(xué)生互相交談。(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過創(chuàng)設(shè)真實(shí)的情景,讓學(xué)生鞏固對(duì)身高和體重進(jìn)行比較的語言表達(dá)法,并對(duì)下一步的閱讀

Then teacher says:“ Yes,

5、the black one is bigger,a nd we call theblack fish whale. ”板書“ whale” ,并教讀。出示抹香鯨和虎鯨的 圖片,teacher says:“ This is a killer whale. 6、ter, teach:1meter=100cm, let the stude nts guess the meaningof “ meter” Teacher sa ys 1 meter=100cm, 15 meters=1500cm, 8meters=800cm. (3)課件呈現(xiàn)兩種鯨魚的重量,Teacher says:“ The sperm whale is 35 tons. The killer whaleis 3600kg. ”板書并領(lǐng)讀 3600kg. Teachet says: “ 1000kg=1ton. ” 板書并教讀“ton ” Let the students guess

7、the meaning of“ton ” .Teachet says:“ 1000kg=1ton,3600kg=3.6tons “ (4) 出示課件 Teachet says: “Look,they are sperm whale s food. This is asquid, a lobster,a shark.” 板書并利用音節(jié)教讀這幾個(gè)單詞。課件呈現(xiàn)魚、鳥、海豹和鯨魚的圖片.Teacher says:“They arekiller whale s food. This is a seal.”板書并教讀單詞 seal.Teacher says :“ The killer wh ale ea

8、ts fish,birds,seals andeven whales. ”板書并領(lǐng)讀單詞 even,讓學(xué)生猜測 even 的漢語意思 意思。(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:本課的生詞量特別大,為了解決這一問題,先 是通過對(duì)兩條魚的比較,自然的引出新單詞sperm whale 和 killerwhale ,通過聯(lián)系舊知識(shí),讓學(xué)生自己猜測本課的新單詞 meter 和 ton, 然后通過圖片的展示,教讀本課的新單詞squid, lobster, shark,seal,最后幫助學(xué)生通過上下文來猜測單詞even 的意思,幫助學(xué)生掃除下一步閱讀的障礙。)Step3。In reading 1。T: Boys and girls

Homework Introduce something about the sperm whale andthekiller whale to your pare nts.教后反思:本節(jié)課是一篇說明文,主要內(nèi)容是關(guān)于兩種鯨魚的長度、重量、牙齒的數(shù)量及長度、 尾巴的長度、食物和技能。剛開始時(shí)覺得無從下手,后來考慮到教材 編者的意圖,筆者認(rèn)為這篇課文應(yīng)該和前面幾課的形容詞比較級(jí)有很 大的關(guān)聯(lián)。筆者認(rèn)為教材的編寫者不是只讓我們?nèi)チ私馑鼈兊挠嘘P(guān)數(shù) 字,而是通過它們的相關(guān)
