Relieving officers of the deck or

33、入航海日志。WATCH IN PORT ON SHIPS CARRYING HAZARDOUS CARGO l The master of every ship carrying cargo that is hazardous, whether explosive, flammable, toxic, health-threatening or environment-polluting, shall ensure that safe watchkeeping arrangements are maintained. On ships carrying hazardous cargo in b
34、ulk, this will be achieved by the ready availability on board of a duly qualified officer or officers, and ratings where appropriate, even when the ship is safely moored or safely at anchor in port. 47、法定權利。l勞動者應當完成勞動任務,提高職業(yè)技能,執(zhí)行勞動安全衛(wèi)生規(guī)程,遵守勞動紀律和職業(yè)道德。l用人單位應當依法建立和完善規(guī)章制度,保障勞動者享有勞動權利和履行勞動義務。勞動合同勞動合同l建立勞動關系應當訂立勞動合同;l勞動合同依法訂立即具有法律約束力;l違反法律、行政法規(guī)的勞動合同;采取欺詐、威脅等手段訂立的勞動合同無效,由勞動爭議仲裁委員會或人民法院確認。無效的勞動合同沒有法律效力,部分無效的,其余部分仍有效。勞動保險勞動保險l用人單位和勞動者必須依法參加社會,繳納社會保險費。勞動者在下列情形下,依法享受社會保險待遇:退休;患病、負傷;因工傷殘或者患職業(yè)病;失業(yè);生育。勞動者享受社會保險

53、entsRoute PlanningNautical PublicationsSignalsAft Line Operations while Berthing/De-berthing二副職責二副職責l在船長、大副的領導下履行航行和停泊的職責。按大副的指示管理貨物裝卸。( 1)主管駕駛臺儀器設備的管用養(yǎng)修,向新到任的駕駛人員介紹儀器設備的性能和操作。( 2)負責航海圖書資料的管理、改正和報添,張貼駕駛臺規(guī)則、駕輪聯(lián)系制度和重要儀器設備的操作說明。保證國旗、號旗、號燈號型以及駕駛臺求救信號和器材充足且有效,保持所管庫室的整潔。( 3)開航前按船長指示備妥要用的國旗和航海圖書資料,劃妥航線,檢查并
