16、自然而然成為發(fā)問的對(duì)象，從怎么講解詞匯到如何管理學(xué)生都成了小組討論的話題。幸運(yùn)的是，同在一個(gè)課堂有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師很樂于與我們分享他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 其中一位老師提到他有一位同事鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生鞋日記而且堅(jiān)持反饋。雖然記周記的方式看似與考試關(guān)系甚遠(yuǎn)，但他的學(xué)生成績卻提升的很快。這個(gè)方法讓我很佩服。曾經(jīng)聽教授提及過關(guān)于英語寫作曾有“寫長法”之爭，主要的辯論在廣外的王初明與北外的文秋芳兩位學(xué)者。我覺得這種學(xué)術(shù)爭論還挺有趣。不在同一地點(diǎn)的人因共同的話題各持己見，相互發(fā)文來答復(fù)對(duì)方，頗有政選中的火藥氣息。大家終歸是大家的觀點(diǎn)，有些東西還是需要我們這些一線的平凡人來實(shí)踐。無論寫長寫短，寫作總是公認(rèn)的輸出方法。 在學(xué)期初，我

17、就告訴我們兩個(gè)班的學(xué)生，準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)周記本來記錄自己本周發(fā)生的事情。周記的內(nèi)容沒有限制，旨在盡量用英語表達(dá)自己。很快周記就收繳上來了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的體裁很有趣，從新鮮地接觸新同學(xué)新老師新課堂，到對(duì)高中的不適應(yīng)及無限感懷初中，再到結(jié)合第一單元Friendship的主題描述友誼。每個(gè)人展示的完全是一個(gè)全新的小世界。對(duì)于他們簡單甚至是不少語法錯(cuò)誤的文字，我并沒有只是做一個(gè)日期的評(píng)價(jià)而已，而是像回信一樣有針對(duì)性地點(diǎn)評(píng)上三四行，有鼓勵(lì)、有肯定、有建議等。這種感覺特別像在報(bào)紙上有個(gè)專欄，回復(fù)的感覺。我之前看過.導(dǎo)演彭浩翔的一本書叫做愛的地下教育。他是屬于那種文字特別犀利的人，回復(fù)讀者的文字通常很意外、調(diào)皮卻又很在理。因此我覺得評(píng)價(jià)周記就類似這種交互式的評(píng)論，它是相互的，既是學(xué)生心理的記載，又
