16、自然而然成為發(fā)問的對象，從怎么講解詞匯到如何管理學生都成了小組討論的話題。幸運的是，同在一個課堂有經(jīng)驗的教師很樂于與我們分享他們的經(jīng)驗。 其中一位老師提到他有一位同事鼓勵學生鞋日記而且堅持反饋。雖然記周記的方式看似與考試關系甚遠，但他的學生成績卻提升的很快。這個方法讓我很佩服。曾經(jīng)聽教授提及過關于英語寫作曾有“寫長法”之爭，主要的辯論在廣外的王初明與北外的文秋芳兩位學者。我覺得這種學術(shù)爭論還挺有趣。不在同一地點的人因共同的話題各持己見，相互發(fā)文來答復對方，頗有政選中的火藥氣息。大家終歸是大家的觀點，有些東西還是需要我們這些一線的平凡人來實踐。無論寫長寫短，寫作總是公認的輸出方法。 在學期初，我

17、就告訴我們兩個班的學生，準備一個周記本來記錄自己本周發(fā)生的事情。周記的內(nèi)容沒有限制，旨在盡量用英語表達自己。很快周記就收繳上來了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)學生的體裁很有趣，從新鮮地接觸新同學新老師新課堂，到對高中的不適應及無限感懷初中，再到結(jié)合第一單元Friendship的主題描述友誼。每個人展示的完全是一個全新的小世界。對于他們簡單甚至是不少語法錯誤的文字，我并沒有只是做一個日期的評價而已，而是像回信一樣有針對性地點評上三四行，有鼓勵、有肯定、有建議等。這種感覺特別像在報紙上有個專欄，回復的感覺。我之前看過.導演彭浩翔的一本書叫做愛的地下教育。他是屬于那種文字特別犀利的人，回復讀者的文字通常很意外、調(diào)皮卻又很在理。因此我覺得評價周記就類似這種交互式的評論，它是相互的，既是學生心理的記載，又
