1、2018 青年漢學(xué)家研修計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介一、項(xiàng)目概述世界各國(guó)文化間的交流與互鑒是增進(jìn)不同民族間相互 理解、推動(dòng)人類(lèi)文明進(jìn)步的重要方式。當(dāng)代中國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社 會(huì)、文化等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都在發(fā)生深刻變化，與古老中國(guó)的悠久 歷史和傳統(tǒng)交相呼應(yīng)，為新時(shí)代漢學(xué)研究提供了豐富的素 材、方法和視角。青年漢學(xué)家研修計(jì)劃由中國(guó)文化部主辦，中外文化交 流中心作為總協(xié)調(diào)單位，依托中國(guó)各（省）市文化廳（局） 和學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合承辦，旨在搭建一個(gè)支持海外青年漢學(xué)家開(kāi) 展中國(guó)學(xué)研究的平臺(tái)，為其學(xué)術(shù)研究提供便利和實(shí)質(zhì)性幫 助，支持其與中國(guó)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)術(shù)、文化、教育領(lǐng)域的機(jī)構(gòu)、團(tuán) 體、企業(yè)和學(xué)者開(kāi)展交流和合作研究項(xiàng)目，幫助其提升學(xué)術(shù) 水平和國(guó)際影

2、響力。青年漢學(xué)家研修計(jì)劃自 2013 年以來(lái)共舉辦了 10 期， 2017 年分別在北京、上海、西安、鄭州各舉辦一期，取得了 良好的效果。為滿(mǎn)足當(dāng)今世界對(duì)漢學(xué)研究不斷增長(zhǎng)的需求， 2018 青年漢學(xué)家研修計(jì)劃將分別在北京、 上海、西安、杭州、 廣州、重慶 6 個(gè)城市共舉辦 7 期，其中上海舉辦 2 期。二、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容一）研修地點(diǎn)及日期 春季班：廣州 5月10日至30 日重慶 5月9日至29日夏季班：上海 7月8日至 28日北京 7月5日至25日秋季班：上海 9月2日至 22日杭州 9月5日至 25日西安 9月6日至26日（二）組織架構(gòu)主辦：中華人民共和國(guó)文化部 總協(xié)調(diào)單位：中外文化交流中心 承辦

3、：各地方省文化廳（局）、各?。ㄊ校W(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu) 協(xié)辦: 各研修單位 / 合作機(jī)構(gòu)（三）研修內(nèi)容1. 當(dāng)代中國(guó)與世界研究2. 中國(guó)人文與社會(huì)研究3. 中華文化傳承與發(fā)展研究（四）研修方式1. 集中授課（2天）：中國(guó)知名專(zhuān)家學(xué)者主題授課并研討。2. 專(zhuān)業(yè)研修（ 10 天）：根據(jù)學(xué)員提交的研修計(jì)劃，赴 相關(guān)單位進(jìn)行對(duì)口研修和開(kāi)展論文交流研討。3. 實(shí)地考察（ 4 天）：中國(guó)國(guó)情和中國(guó)文化遺產(chǎn)考察和 體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)。4. 總結(jié)交流（ 2 天）：論文交流會(huì)及結(jié)業(yè)儀式，學(xué)員分 享和交流研修活動(dòng)的收獲和感受，對(duì)活動(dòng)組織情況反饋意見(jiàn) 和建議。5. 后續(xù)成果： 項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后， 每名學(xué)員應(yīng)當(dāng)按照個(gè)人課題 提交一篇 3000

4、5000 字的研修報(bào)告，其中優(yōu)秀研修報(bào)告將 匯編成論文集并出版。三、申報(bào)流程（一）申請(qǐng)條件1. 基本要求：年齡在 25 至45歲之間，身體健康（持所 在國(guó)健康證明）；2. 教育背景： 本科以上學(xué)歷， 能用中文或英文開(kāi)展研討；3. 工作經(jīng)歷：具備所在國(guó)著名智庫(kù)、 政府部門(mén)、 研究機(jī) 構(gòu)、教育機(jī)構(gòu)、文化藝術(shù)或傳媒機(jī)構(gòu)、文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)等工作 的經(jīng)歷；4. 學(xué)術(shù)能力：在當(dāng)代漢學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域有一定的學(xué)術(shù)研究水 平和社會(huì)影響力；發(fā)表或出版過(guò)有關(guān)中國(guó)研究的論文或著 作；正在進(jìn)行與中國(guó)有關(guān)的研究合作項(xiàng)目。（二）申報(bào)方式 請(qǐng)有意愿參加研修活動(dòng)的青年學(xué)者進(jìn)入當(dāng)代漢學(xué)官網(wǎng) 首頁(yè)（網(wǎng)址： sinology.chinacul

5、 ），點(diǎn)擊“ 2018 青年漢學(xué)家研修計(jì)劃”欄目，進(jìn)行實(shí)名注冊(cè)后，完成信息填 報(bào)，報(bào)名截止時(shí)間為 2018 年2月28 日。（三）遴選方式專(zhuān)家評(píng)審會(huì)于 3 月下旬根據(jù)評(píng)審相關(guān)細(xì)則確定受邀參加 青年漢學(xué)家研修計(jì)劃的學(xué)者名單。（四）邀請(qǐng)方式 受邀學(xué)者名單確定后將由活動(dòng)各承辦單位向受邀學(xué)者 發(fā)出正式邀請(qǐng)函，學(xué)者確認(rèn)接受邀請(qǐng)后按照邀請(qǐng)函內(nèi)容準(zhǔn)備 參加活動(dòng)的相關(guān)材料或手續(xù)。四、費(fèi)用安排 受邀參與研修計(jì)劃的青年漢學(xué)家往返國(guó)際機(jī)票（經(jīng)濟(jì) 艙）、在華食宿、集體交通及研修培訓(xùn)等費(fèi)用均由中方承辦 單位負(fù)擔(dān)。About the 2018 Visiting Program for Young Sino

7、ely related to the history, heritage and traditions of this nation, providing diverse resources, approaches and perspectives for China Studies.The Visiting Program for Young Sinologists （VPYS） is hosted by the Ministry of Culture and co-organized by Chinese Provincial/MunicipalDepartments of Culture

8、 and academic institutions, in coordination with the Network of International Culturalink Entities. It is designed as a platform for worldwide young sinologists and scholars, providing convenience and substantial assistance in their academic research, facilitating their collaborative research with C

9、hina-based academic, cultural, educational institutions, groups, enterprises and scholars, while helping them achieve academic excellence and international influence.Since 2013, VPYShas been successfully held ten times, with four in 2017 (Beijing, Shanghai, Xi 'aannd Zhengzhou) well received by
