PEP四年級上冊Unit6 A Lets talk教學設計 阜南縣公橋鄉(xiāng)中心學校 周亞楠整體設計思路通過對A.Lets talk 的學習,學會如何向別人介紹自己的家人,了解對方家中成員,培養(yǎng)學生良好的交流與溝通能力。通過對話了解并掌握How many people are there in your family?句型的問答。同時在對話中了解到在西方國家,寵物也是家庭中的一員的文化思想,滲透熱愛家人的價值觀。Analysis of teaching materials This lesson is the first lesson of this unit. Pupils will learn how to introduce the family in this lesson.Analysis of studentsPupils are in Grade4 ,who have learned English about one year. They have learned some words and sentences about the family in Grade3, which can let them be more familiar with the dialog.Teaching aims 1. Knowledge aim Enable students to learn the sentence patterns. -How many people are there in your family? - Three. My parents and me.2. Ability aim Enable students to talk about the family fluently using the sentence patterns. 3.Emotion aim Enable students to know that pets can be the member of the family. In doing so, can foster their love for the family.Main and difficult points 1. Can talk about the family with the sentence patterns. 2. The pronunciations of “parents、baby brother”.Teaching methods Communicative approach, task-based teaching approach,pair and group work and so on.Teaching preparations PPT, some pencils and books.tape-recorder.Teaching procedures Step 1 Warm up 1.Self introduction. T: Hello,boys and girls. Im your new trainee teacher, Miss Zhou. Im happy to learn English with you. Before we begin our class, lets enjoy a chant. 2.listen to the chant in Grade3. Grandma, grandpa, Sister, brother: All my family Help each other.(Purpose design: listen to the chant, not only arouse students interest,but also can create a happy learning atmosphere.) Step 2 Presentation 1.PPT show the two girls, and guess what topic they are talking about. 2.listen to the tape and answer the questions. 3.Let students show their answers. Name How many people?Who are they?Chen Jie Amy Step 3 Practice 1. Talk about your family with your partner according to the dialog. 2.Group work. Act out the dialog in pairs. Then ask some pairs to show. 3. Write down some sentences about your family. Use the following sentences. Hello, Im _. I study at_My family has_people. They are my_,my _,my _,my_.I love my family! (Purpose Design: Group work can foster students cooperation and communication abilities. And the writing can practice their summary and writing abilities.) Step 4 Consolidation and extension Ask some students to show their writings. Step 5 Summary Read the dialog with students in role-playing. Step 6 Homework( Choose one of them ) 1. Copy down your writings on your exercise book. 2. Collect other addresses about family members. 3. Learn the differences of family members between China and western countries.
