ThislessonisselectedfromtheForeignStudyEdition(2019)OptionalpulsoryVolume4Unit4EverydayEconomicsUnderstandingideas.Thisunitmainlyintroducesthebasicconceptsandphenomenaofeconomics,andhelpsstudentsunderstandtheimportanceandapplicationofeconomicsthroughexamplesfromlife.

Teachingobjectives:

1.Knowledgegoal:Tounderstandthedefinitionandmainconceptsofeconomics,includingsupplyanddemand,productionresources,opportunitycost,etc.

2.Abilitygoal:Learntoanalyzeandexplaintheapplicationofeconomicprinciplesindailylife,andcultivatestudents'economicthinkingandabilitytoanalyzeproblems.

3.Emotionalgoal:Tocultivatestudents'interestandconcernineconomics,aswellastheirsenseofeconomicresponsibility.

1.Definitionandmainconceptsofeconomics;

2.Understandingofsupplyanddemandrelationship;

3.Theapplicationofeconomicsindailylife.

Analysisoflearningsituation:

ThestudentsareinthesecondgradeofhighschoolandhaveacertainEnglishfoundation.Foreconomics,studentsmaylackrelevantbackgroundknowledgeandpracticalexperience.Therefore,itisnecessarytoarousestudents'interestandunderstandingthroughconcretecasesandlifeexamples.

Teachingstrategy:

1.Stimulatestudents'interest:Attractstudents'attentionandstimulatetheirinterestineconomicsbyarousingstudents'curiosityabouteconomicissues,suchasraisingspecificproblemsinlife.

2.Multimediaassistedteaching:multimediaresourcessuchaspictures,chartsandvideosareusedtoassistteachingandprovideintuitiveinformationtohelpstudentsbetterunderstandtheconceptsandprinciplesofeconomics.

3.Providepracticalcases:Selectsomeexamplesthatarecloselyrelatedtotheeconomyofstudents'life,andillustratetheprinciplesandapplicationsofeconomicsinbinationwithpracticalsituations.
