Adjustment-Minimumdisplacementlimiter調(diào)節(jié)最小排量限制器流程:1.拆下錐形塑料保護(hù)罩(Q120)。2.用5或6mm內(nèi)六角扳手保持調(diào)節(jié)螺栓(Y10)不動(dòng)。3.松開(kāi)密封鎖定螺母(Y20),使用工具:?17mm開(kāi)口扳手:060cm3及080cm3或?19mm開(kāi)口扳手:110cm3,160cm3,

250cm34.旋轉(zhuǎn)排量限制螺栓(Y10)至期望排量(具體調(diào)節(jié)指導(dǎo)如下頁(yè)所示),工具:?5mm內(nèi)六角扳手:060cm3及080cm3。或?6mm內(nèi)六角扳手:110cm3,160cm3,250cm3。

Adjustment-最大排量限制器

Maximumdisplacementlimiter通過(guò)限制伺服控制活塞行程,調(diào)節(jié)馬達(dá)最大排量。采用一個(gè)限位螺栓及一個(gè)套筒,限定馬達(dá)最大排量。排量限定降低值以最大排量5%為單位。改變最大排量限定值時(shí),需要更換不同長(zhǎng)度的螺栓并配合特定長(zhǎng)度的套筒。提供一穩(wěn)定流量,觀察處于最大排量下馬達(dá)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速。確認(rèn)馬達(dá)最大排量設(shè)定是否改變。增加最大排量設(shè)定將降低馬達(dá)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速,降低最大排量設(shè)定將增加馬達(dá)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速。51系列馬達(dá)1.用下面工具拆下伺服端蓋(G260)4個(gè)安裝螺栓(G24):?8mm內(nèi)六角螺栓(060cm3,080cm3,110cm3,及160cm3馬達(dá)),或:?10mm內(nèi)六角螺栓(250cm3馬達(dá))。2.拆下伺服端蓋(G260),O型圈(G36)及(G100)。3.用10mm內(nèi)六角扳手,拆下排量限制器螺栓(F10)及套筒(F20)(如馬達(dá)已帶最大排量限制)。4.針對(duì)特定最大排量限定要求,更換合適長(zhǎng)度的螺栓及套筒(具體見(jiàn)下頁(yè)表格)。51系列馬達(dá)最大排量限制器Series51MaximumdisplacementlimiterAdjustment-最大排量限制器

Maximumdisplacementlimiter51-11系列馬達(dá)1.用8mm內(nèi)六角扳手,拆下4個(gè)控制模塊安裝螺栓(M16)。2.拆下控制模塊。3.拆下墊圈(G36)及O型圈(G42)或密封墊片。4.加裝特定最大排量設(shè)定所需長(zhǎng)度套筒(F20)及螺栓(具體長(zhǎng)度見(jiàn)下頁(yè)表格)。5.將最大排量限制螺栓(F10)加力矩至:?23N.m[17lbf.ft]:60cm3馬達(dá)。

?46N.m[34lbf.ft]:80cm3及110cm3馬達(dá)。6.更換所有O型圈及密封墊,丟棄任何O型圈前,請(qǐng)確認(rèn)已有正確的替換O型圈。7.安裝51系列馬達(dá)伺服端蓋或51-1系列控制模塊。8.擰緊伺服端蓋螺栓(G24)或控制模塊螺栓(M16)。9.給上面安裝螺栓(M16)加扭矩至:?78N.m[58lbf.ft],060cm3,080cm3,110cm3及160cm3馬達(dá),工具:8mm內(nèi)六角扳手。?110N.m[81lbf.ft],250cm3馬達(dá),工具:10mm內(nèi)六角扳手。51-1系列馬達(dá)最大排量限制器Series51-1Maximumdisplacementlimiter最大排量限制螺栓(F10)及套筒(F20)
