中國工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)效率區(qū)域差異動(dòng)態(tài)演化研究與影響因素分析-來自造紙及紙制品業(yè)的實(shí)證研究

DEA模型和2007-2017年間各地造紙及紙制品業(yè)的循環(huán)關(guān)鍵詞：工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)；循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)效率；區(qū)域差異；影響因素；造紙及紙制品業(yè)ThispaperaimstostudythedynamicevolutionandfactorsinfluencingtheregionaldifferencesincirculareconomyefficiencyinChina'sindustrialindustry,andtakesthepaperandpaperproductsindustryasanexampleforempiricalanalysis.ByconstructingDEAmodelandspatialpaneldatamodel,thecirculareconomyefficiencyofpaperandpaperproductsindustryineachregionfrom2007to2017wascalculated,andthefactorssuchasregionaldevelopmentlevel,input-outputstructureandnumberofenterprisesaffectingcirculareconomyefficiencywereanalyzed.EmpiricalresultsshowthattherearesignificantregionaldifferencesincirculareconomyefficiencyofChina'spaperandpaperproductsindustry.Theefficiencylevelinthedevelopedeasternregionishigherthanthatinthelessdevelopedcentralandwesternregions,whiletheefficiencylevelinthecentralandwesternregionsisgraduallyimproving.Regionaldevelopmentlevel,input-outputstructure,andnumberofenterprisesarethemainfactorsaffectingthecirculareconomyefficiencyofthepaperandpaperproductsindustry.Itisrecommendedthatthegovernmentshouldfocusonthedevelopmentofcirculareconomyinthecentralandwesternregionsinpolicyformulation,strengthentheintegrationandinnovationoftheindustrialchain,improvetheindependentinnovationabilityofenterprisesintheregion,andpromotetheimprovementofcirculareconomyefficiencyofpaperandpaperproductsindustryinvariousregions.Keywords:Industrialcirculareconomy;Circulareconomyefficiency;Regionaldiff
