吧臺(tái)衛(wèi)生和工作臺(tái)衛(wèi)生的清潔考勤制度5.1總則5.1.1遵守勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律,按時(shí)上下班,不遲到、不早退、不曠工5.1.2上班時(shí)間不做與工作無(wú)關(guān)的事情,不擅離崗位,不串崗閑談,不妨礙他人工作5.1.3愛(ài)崗敬業(yè),廉潔奉公、精益求精,多做貢獻(xiàn)5.2考勤記錄時(shí)間:每月1日—月末最后一天5.3考勤記錄:門(mén)店實(shí)行簽到考勤,員工上、下班分兩次進(jìn)行考勤記錄。上班、加班、遲到、早退等出勤狀況皆以考勤本記錄時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。5.4考勤認(rèn)定:5.4.1遲到認(rèn)定:規(guī)定上班時(shí)間后20分鐘內(nèi)簽到者為遲到5.4.2早退認(rèn)定:規(guī)定下班時(shí)間前15分鐘內(nèi)簽到者為早退5.4.3曠工認(rèn)定:規(guī)定簽到時(shí)間20分鐘以上2小時(shí)以?xún)?nèi)到崗者,視為曠工0.5天,2小時(shí)以上未到崗者,視為曠工1天。5.4.4補(bǔ)考勤認(rèn)定:忘記上下班簽到、或外出辦公不能及時(shí)簽到的員工,需在24小時(shí)內(nèi)向門(mén)店店長(zhǎng)解釋說(shuō)明,由店長(zhǎng)安排考勤記錄人員做相應(yīng)批注記錄。5.5考勤獎(jiǎng)懲制度5.5.1忘打上下班簽到,每次提醒,3次口頭警告,連續(xù)3月發(fā)生口頭警告勸退。5.5.2遲到、早退者,每次口頭警告,連續(xù)3月發(fā)生這類(lèi)口頭警告,勸退。5.5.3曠工0.5天,扣除天工資50%,曠工1天,扣除當(dāng)天工資,扣發(fā)當(dāng)月100%滿(mǎn)勤工資,書(shū)面警告一次。連續(xù)曠工2天、季度累計(jì)曠工3天、年計(jì)曠工6天,勸退。5.5.4如發(fā)現(xiàn)考勤統(tǒng)計(jì)、記錄存在玩忽職守、疏忽管理,一經(jīng)確認(rèn),將給予考勤記錄人員口頭警告一次。如發(fā)現(xiàn)弄虛作假者,書(shū)面警告一次或勸退處理。5.5.5請(qǐng)假手續(xù)凡未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)擅自休假的,作曠工論處。5.6員工請(qǐng)假制度5.6.1依據(jù)請(qǐng)假期的類(lèi)別,提前2個(gè)工作日向店長(zhǎng)或值班經(jīng)理口頭申請(qǐng),說(shuō)明請(qǐng)假原因及時(shí)間,經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后方可按時(shí)離開(kāi)工作崗位。5.6.2請(qǐng)假流程(口頭):?jiǎn)T工—值班經(jīng)理—店長(zhǎng)5.6.3事假5.6.3.1事假以半天為最小請(qǐng)假單位。不滿(mǎn)半天按半天計(jì)算,滿(mǎn)半天不滿(mǎn)1天按1天計(jì)算,全月累計(jì)計(jì)算。5.6.3.2員工月度連續(xù)請(qǐng)事假15天以上,季度累計(jì)請(qǐng)事假20天以上,按照公司相關(guān)規(guī)定酌情予以勸退或辭退.5.6.3.3事假工資核算:事假當(dāng)天不計(jì)算工資,當(dāng)月全勤獎(jiǎng)扣除。5.6.4病假5.6.4.1病假以半天為最小請(qǐng)假單位,全月累計(jì)計(jì)算。未住院病假全年累計(jì)不得超過(guò)30天;住院病假不得超過(guò)90天。病假超過(guò)規(guī)定天數(shù),經(jīng)運(yùn)營(yíng)總監(jiān)批準(zhǔn),可辦理停薪留職手續(xù)。停薪留職期間擅就他職視同辭職。5.6.4.2病假工資核算:?jiǎn)T工病假完畢后,應(yīng)出具醫(yī)院的有效病假單,提交店長(zhǎng),確認(rèn)和核定病假。如無(wú)法出示病假單,則按曠工計(jì)。病假期間工資全勤獎(jiǎng)扣除60%5.6.5婚假5.6.5.1按法定結(jié)婚年齡(女20周歲,男22周歲)結(jié)婚的,可享受3天婚假。5.6.5.2符合晚婚年齡(女23周歲,男25周歲)的,可享受10天婚假(10天包含休息日)。5.6.5.3申請(qǐng)婚假時(shí),須提供“結(jié)婚證”,并在結(jié)婚前后一個(gè)月內(nèi)一次性休完。(因特殊情況需延后請(qǐng)假的,需向上級(jí)申請(qǐng))5.6.5.4婚假工資核算:婚假期間工資按基本工資80%發(fā)放,全勤獎(jiǎng)扣除50%。5.6.6喪假5.6.6.1父母、養(yǎng)父母、繼父母、配偶、子女去世的,給予三天慰唁假。5.6.6.2祖父母、配偶之父母去世的,給予二天慰唁假。5.6.6.3兄弟、姐妹、外祖父母去世的,給予一天慰唁假。5.6.6.4喪假工資核算:?jiǎn)始倨陂g工資按基本工資100%發(fā)放,全勤獎(jiǎng)不扣。5.6.8凡有下列情況之一者,按曠工論處:5.6.8.1未經(jīng)請(qǐng)假或雖經(jīng)請(qǐng)假但未批準(zhǔn)而不上班或無(wú)故離開(kāi)工作崗位者。5.6.8.2休假超過(guò)批準(zhǔn)和規(guī)定時(shí)間,事先不請(qǐng)示又無(wú)正當(dāng)理由,不屬特殊情況者。5.6.8.3病假無(wú)醫(yī)院證明,雖有證明但事前未經(jīng)部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意自行外出看病者(突發(fā)病取得醫(yī)院正式病假手續(xù),事后向單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)說(shuō)明情況者,可按病假辦理)5.6.8.4員工因?yàn)檫`紀(jì)、酗酒、吸毒、打架鬧事負(fù)傷等原因停工的,按曠工論處。員工處罰條例6.1序號(hào)處分條例處罰備注1違反儀容儀表標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如:上班不穿工作服、不佩戴胸卡、頭發(fā)太長(zhǎng)、未修剪指甲等口頭警告每次扣績(jī)效考核1分一個(gè)月3次及以上給予書(shū)面處分2未按規(guī)定執(zhí)行日常工作如:開(kāi)關(guān)燈、站立服務(wù)、、打掃衛(wèi)生、即時(shí)回應(yīng)顧客、迎送客禮儀等3上班時(shí)間吃零食、看報(bào)紙、聚眾聊天、影響正常工作經(jīng)主管確認(rèn)后給予處分4下班時(shí)間私自穿制服在網(wǎng)咖內(nèi)消費(fèi)5由于工作疏忽使顧客財(cái)產(chǎn)受到損失或損壞6無(wú)故不參加、遲到公司或店鋪安排的各項(xiàng)會(huì)議7在客用場(chǎng)所內(nèi)粗言穢語(yǔ)、高聲喧嘩、爭(zhēng)吵或嬉笑唱歌8對(duì)上級(jí)指示或有期限安排,工作中未申報(bào)正當(dāng)原因而結(jié)果未完成按照情節(jié)輕重給予處分9被顧客投訴態(tài)度問(wèn)題、或擅自動(dòng)用客人使用的物品10由于工作疏忽或未按工作規(guī)程操作使網(wǎng)吧財(cái)產(chǎn)受到損失或損壞視情況按損失金額賠償11曠工半天以上2天以?xún)?nèi)且無(wú)正當(dāng)理由者書(shū)面警告每次扣考核2分經(jīng)確認(rèn)后給予處分12上班時(shí)間吸煙、睡覺(jué)、坐下(除規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi))13上班時(shí)間玩游戲,為自己或他人退出系統(tǒng)娛樂(lè)14未經(jīng)當(dāng)班主管同意擅自離崗、調(diào)班、調(diào)休15對(duì)可能發(fā)生的較大事情不匯報(bào)或隱瞞16對(duì)違法行為知情不報(bào),不規(guī)勸,互相包庇17在網(wǎng)吧內(nèi)外有損害網(wǎng)吧形象的言行舉止18連續(xù)曠工2天且無(wú)正當(dāng)理由者紀(jì)律性停職、降職、解聘經(jīng)確認(rèn)后給予處分19與客人發(fā)生爭(zhēng)執(zhí)或?qū)腿瞬欢Y貌,受到客人書(shū)面投訴并經(jīng)調(diào)查屬實(shí)20將客人、同事財(cái)物遺失、破壞,卻沒(méi)有及時(shí)上報(bào),對(duì)調(diào)查提供假信息21未經(jīng)許可轉(zhuǎn)移網(wǎng)吧或顧客財(cái)物,拒不接受上級(jí)或有關(guān)部門(mén)的調(diào)查22對(duì)上級(jí)有不禮貌言行舉止,不服從上級(jí)的合法、合理安排23在網(wǎng)吧內(nèi)挑撥或參與打架斗毆24違反安全防火規(guī)章,造成事故隱患25利用公職謀私利、私自經(jīng)商,倒買(mǎi)倒賣(mài)、未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn),私自兼職26涂改、假造單據(jù)、網(wǎng)吧公文,搬弄是非,誹謗他人,影響團(tuán)結(jié)27未經(jīng)上級(jí)同意擅自變更公司制度或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)28違反員工工資保密規(guī)定、泄露網(wǎng)吧機(jī)密29當(dāng)班時(shí)間在工作場(chǎng)所內(nèi)飲酒、賭博30蓄意破壞網(wǎng)吧設(shè)備設(shè)施情節(jié)嚴(yán)重解聘并移交相關(guān)部門(mén)31傳播、收看黃色淫穢書(shū)刊、錄像、網(wǎng)址等黃色物品32偷竊同事或公有財(cái)物,構(gòu)成犯罪的33不按規(guī)定保管或使用劇毒、易燃、易爆物品34玩忽職守,違章操作給網(wǎng)吧造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和責(zé)任事故25觸犯《治安管理?xiàng)l例》及國(guó)家任何法律三次口頭警告即可記一次最終書(shū)面警告,二次書(shū)面警告將被給予行政處分或解除勞動(dòng)合同6.2處罰程序店鋪基層員工違紀(jì),由店鋪店長(zhǎng)、值班經(jīng)理依據(jù)事件類(lèi)別,下達(dá)處罰決議。店鋪值班經(jīng)理違紀(jì),由店鋪店長(zhǎng)依據(jù)事件類(lèi)別,下達(dá)處罰決議。對(duì)值班經(jīng)理以上店鋪干部給予除名或開(kāi)除處罰,須聽(tīng)取投資方及網(wǎng)耕運(yùn)營(yíng)部意見(jiàn),經(jīng)討論決定。儀容儀表作為服務(wù)行業(yè),我們的儀容儀表、行為舉止都與我們的門(mén)店形象緊緊相扣。儀容儀表·不留長(zhǎng)指甲,女生不涂有色指甲油,指甲應(yīng)干凈整潔無(wú)污垢·不過(guò)度佩戴首飾,掛飾;男生不弄夸張?jiān)煨汀⒉涣艉?,外露皮膚無(wú)紋身;女生適當(dāng)化妝,不濃妝艷抹·佩戴工作胸牌,統(tǒng)一別在左胸位置;如與微笑胸牌同時(shí)佩戴,則工作胸牌在微笑胸牌上方·穿著工作服,工作服應(yīng)保持干凈整潔、無(wú)皺褶,如工作服有明顯污漬,應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗或更換·穿戴工作帽,工作帽應(yīng)保持干凈整潔,穿戴時(shí)前額部分不被頭發(fā)遮擋,如時(shí)工作帽有明顯污漬,應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗或更換·著裝整齊,不隨意更改工作服穿著形式,敞開(kāi)外衣,卷起褲腳或衣袖·穿著工作服時(shí)不應(yīng)穿外套,如氣溫原因?qū)е逻^(guò)冷或過(guò)熱應(yīng)向店長(zhǎng)反饋·無(wú)工作褲的可穿深色西褲·無(wú)工作鞋的可黑色皮鞋注:以上規(guī)定在當(dāng)班期間、會(h
