摘要:
隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和智能手機的普及,手機已經(jīng)成為人們生活中不可缺少的一部分。移動終端的普及使得手機網(wǎng)絡(luò)市場已經(jīng)成為一個巨大的商機。本文基于在線評論的挖掘,研究M手機網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷策略,通過對M手機產(chǎn)品線的深度剖析及用戶的行為分析、服務(wù)體驗度量、市場競爭環(huán)境等因素,探索M手機在網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷中的發(fā)展前景和市場機會。

Abstract:
WiththepopularityofmobileInternetandintelligentphones,mobilephoneshavebecomeanindispensablepartofpeople'slives.Thepopularizationofmobileterminalshasmadethemobilenetworkmarketahugebusinessopportunity.Basedontheminingofonlinecomments,thispaperstudiestheMmobilephonenetworkmarketingstrategy,exploresthedevelopmentprospectsandmarketopportunitiesofMmobilephonesinnetworkmarketing,throughin-depthanalysisofMmobilephoneproductline,userbehavioranalysis,serviceexperiencemeasurement,marketcompetitionenvironmentandotherfactors.
Thispaperfirstintroducesthedevelopmentstatusandinfluencingfactorsofmobilenetworkmarketing,andthenputsforwardaresearchmethodofMmobilephonenetworkmarketingstrategybasedononlinecommentsminingbyanalyzingthecharacteristicsofonlinecomments.Then,throughtheanalysisoftheMmobilephoneproductline,thispapersortsoutitsproductfeatures,marketpositioningandcompetitionpattern.Foruserbehavior,serviceexperienceandotheraspects,thispaperconductsasurveyofMmobilephoneusersthroughaquestionnaire,andanalyzesandsummarizesthesurveyresults.Finally,thispaperproposescorrespondingnetworkmarketingstrategysuggestionsforthechallengesandopportunitiesfacedbyMmobilephonesinnetworkmarketing.
