內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)普通高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試英語(yǔ)說(shuō)明依據(jù)中華人民共和國(guó)教育部2003年頒布的《普通高中課程方案(實(shí)驗(yàn))》和《普通高中英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn))》,并結(jié)合我區(qū)高中教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀制定本考試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。I.考試性質(zhì)與功能普通高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試是政府設(shè)立的以國(guó)家普通高中課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)必修內(nèi)容為主的統(tǒng)一考試。高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試的功能是:檢測(cè)普通高中教學(xué)狀況,為評(píng)估學(xué)校教育、教學(xué)績(jī)效提供依據(jù);檢測(cè)普通高中學(xué)生修業(yè)狀況,為評(píng)價(jià)是否達(dá)到課程基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供依據(jù);為普通高等學(xué)校招生提供基本學(xué)業(yè)信息。高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參照性測(cè)驗(yàn),應(yīng)具有較高的信度、效度和適當(dāng)?shù)碾y度。n.測(cè)量目標(biāo)著重考查學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和語(yǔ)言技能,以及運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)和技能獲取信息、處理信息、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力。m.考試內(nèi)容一、知識(shí)與能力要求普通高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試要求考生掌握包括語(yǔ)音、詞匯、語(yǔ)法、功能意念和話題等英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提高聽、讀、寫三個(gè)方面的技能以及這三種技能的綜合運(yùn)用能力。.能運(yùn)用本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“詞匯表”中所列的2100個(gè)左右的單詞和400個(gè)左右的相關(guān)詞組,并能根據(jù)所學(xué)構(gòu)詞法知識(shí)猜測(cè)新詞詞義。.能掌握本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中所列的語(yǔ)法項(xiàng)目(標(biāo)*項(xiàng)目只要求了解),并能在聽、讀、寫的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐中正確運(yùn)用。.能就本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中所列的“功能意念項(xiàng)目表”和“話題項(xiàng)目表”中的項(xiàng)目,運(yùn)用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言知識(shí),進(jìn)行得體的語(yǔ)言交際.能讀懂難度相當(dāng)于七級(jí)水平的不同體裁的語(yǔ)言材料,獲取和處理主要信息,理解文章主旨和作者意圖;能依據(jù)文章線索進(jìn)行推理判斷;并能根據(jù)上下文猜測(cè)生詞的詞義。.能寫出常見體裁的應(yīng)用文, 如書信、通知和日記等; 能根據(jù)文字及圖表所提供的信息對(duì)人物或時(shí)間進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單描述。詞數(shù) 100左右。二、考試內(nèi)容與要求(一)詞匯掌握本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“詞匯表”中所列的單詞和詞組;掌握部分常見詞的同義詞、近義詞和反義詞的辨析及使用;掌握部分常見詞、短語(yǔ)和習(xí)慣用語(yǔ)的辨析使用。(二)語(yǔ)法考生能從語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用的角度出發(fā),把語(yǔ)言的結(jié)構(gòu)、意義和用法有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái),在語(yǔ)境中了解和掌握語(yǔ)法的表意功能。 其中,標(biāo)*號(hào)的項(xiàng)目只要求了解, 考試成績(jī)劃分為通過(guò)、 未通過(guò)兩個(gè)等級(jí)。 通過(guò)等級(jí)的定性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為:基本能在具體語(yǔ)境中分析、解決詞匯和語(yǔ)法知識(shí)等問(wèn)題;基本掌握閱讀技巧, 能運(yùn)用所學(xué)的詞匯和語(yǔ)法知識(shí)閱讀有關(guān)日常生活、興趣愛好、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和科學(xué)文化等方面話題的文章,理解正確率達(dá)到 60%以上;根據(jù)提示,能寫出如書信、通知和日記等常見體裁的應(yīng)用文;能根據(jù)文字及圖表所提供的信息對(duì)人物或事件進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單描述,
