國內(nèi)外燃氣管網(wǎng)安全運行

第八章附則2023年1月6日第三十九條燃氣管理部門應(yīng)當(dāng)會同有關(guān)部門制定燃氣安全事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案，建立燃氣事故統(tǒng)計分析制度，定期通報事故處理結(jié)果。（事前控制、預(yù)防措施要做好）燃氣經(jīng)營者應(yīng)當(dāng)制定本單位燃氣安全事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案，配備應(yīng)急人員和必要的應(yīng)急裝備、器材，并定期組織演練。第四十條任何單位和個人發(fā)現(xiàn)燃氣安全事故或者燃氣安全事故隱患等情況，應(yīng)當(dāng)立即告知燃氣經(jīng)營者，或者向燃氣管理部門、公安機關(guān)消防機構(gòu)等有關(guān)部門和單位報告。第六章燃氣安全事故預(yù)防與處理Inspectionandmaintenanceofgasdistributionnetwork
