2.1.1ActualTotalLoss實(shí)際全損Itmeansthatthecargohasbeentotallylostorhasbeendamagedtotheextentthatithaslostitsoriginalusage.Itincludes:貨物完全滅失或變質(zhì)而失去原有用途，即貨物的全部損失已經(jīng)發(fā)生或不可避免。具體包括：2.1TotalLoss全部損失

2.1.1Act2.1.2ConstructiveTotalLoss推定全損Itmeansthecargoisnottotallylost,buttheactualtotallossshallbeunavoidableortherestorationfeestogetherwithothermiscellaneousexpenseswillexceedtheanticipatedamountofprofitwhenthecargoisdeliveredtothedestination.Inotherwords,whenashiporacargoissobadlydamaged,thecostofrepairortheeffortofrescuewouldbegreaterthanthemarketvalueoftheshiporcargo.Theyaretreatedastotallylost.2.1.2ConstructiveTotalLoss推2.2PartialLoss部分損失

2.2.1GeTherearefourconditionsformingGA:

1)thedangerthatthreatsthecommonsafetyofcargoand/orvesselshallbemateriallyexistentandisnotforeseen,2)Themeasurestakenbythemastershallbeconsciousandreasonable,whichmeans,GAisman-madebutnotanaccidentalloss.3)Thesacrificeshallbespecializedandnotcausedbyperilsdirectlyandtheexpenseincurredshallbeadditionalexpensewhichisnotwithintheoperationbudget.4)Theactionsoftheship’smastershallbesuccessfullyinsavingthevoyage.Therearefourconditionsform2.2.2ParticularAverage單獨(dú)海損
