SGS體系認證標志使用說明

INTRODUCTION引言SGScertifiedclientsareentitledtouseSGSCertificationMarkandrelevantAccreditationMarksaccordingtotheregulationsgoverningtheuseofSGSsystemcertificationmarkandrequirementsfromaccreditationbody. SGS認證客戶有資格使用SGS認證標志和相關認可標志，須符合《SGS認證標志使用規(guī)則》和認可機構的相關要求。Clearunderstandingofsuchrequirementsareessentialtoensureyourinformationcommunicatedwiththeclientiscorrect.對這些要求的清晰理解，能確保您與客戶的溝通信息是準確的。AccordingtoGSP,auditors

toensurecompliancetorequirements:審核員在審核中必須按照GSP的要求確認標志使用符合規(guī)定：

GSP.03SurveillancePlanningandPreparation監(jiān)督訪問Everysurveillancevisitshallincludecoverageofthefollowingmandatoryitemstobeaudited:Certificationclaimsanduseofcertificationmarks.每次監(jiān)督審核將包括的必審項目：證書聲明和認證標志的使用GSP.04NonconformanceandCorrectiveAction不符合項AMINORNONCONFORMITYisraisedintheeventthattheclientismisusingaCertificationMarkoranaccreditationmarkbutnotmakingmisrepresentationsregardingtheircertification.

輕微不符合項：在客戶錯用認證標志或認可機構標志，但不構成對其認證有失實陳述的情況下開出AMAJORNONCONFORMITYisraisedintheeventthattheclientismisusingaCertificationMarkoranaccreditationmarktomisrepresenttheircertification.嚴重不符合項：在客戶錯用認證標志或認可機構標志，已經對其認證有失實陳述的情況下開出標志的有效性

使用SGS國際認證服務體系認證標志及相關認可標志的權利，與客戶所擁有的當前有效的管理體系證書緊密相關。體系認證標志和認可標志的使用范圍被嚴格限制在證書所示的公司機構、產品或服務的范圍之內。如證書過期、被臨時吊銷或吊銷，應立即停止使用認證標志及認可標志。Theaccreditationlogocannotbeusedalone認可標志不能單獨使用Whenusingtheaccreditationlogo,theSGSS&SCcertificationmarkmustalwaysbeusedinconjunctionwithit.Theformatofeithermarkmaynotbealteredinshape,proportion,orcontent.Additionally,thesizeoftheaccreditationmarkshouldnotexceedthatoftheSGScertificationmark.Whilethecertificationandaccreditationmarksmaybereducedinsizeforsomeapplications,alldetailsmustremainclearlylegible.如需使用，必須與SGS國際認證服務的認證標志同時使用，而且不得更改其中任何一個標志的形狀、比例和內容。認可標志的大小也不得超出SGS認證標志。如果在某些情況下，認證標志和/或認可標志的尺寸不得不被縮小，必須至少保證標志的清晰可辨。NeithertheSGScertificationmarknortheaccreditationmarkmaybeusedinanywaythatmaybeinterpretedasdenotingproductconformity.SGS認證標志或認可標志在任何情況下使用，都不得產生“產品符合”的誤導。PertheSGSS&SCCodesofPractice,acertificateholdershalltakeallprecautionstocontroltheuseofitsCertificateandtheCertificationMarksandensurethatnoconfusionarisesbetweencertifiedandnon-certifiedsystemsand/orservices.AnymisuseofthecertificationMarkwillresultinimmediateactionbeingundertakentocorrectthesituation.Theuserisresponsiblefortakingappropriatecorrectiveactions,asdefinedbySGSS&SC.Contraventionoftheserulescouldresultinthewithdrawalofcertification.InanycaseSGSS&SChastherightofclaimingforcompensation.Theuseofthecertificationmarkdoesnotexoneratetheorganizationfromanyliabilityimposedbylawregardinganyaspectsofitsscopeofcertification.根據(jù)SGS國際認證服務的實施守則，證書持有者有義務控制其證書及認證標志的使用，并確保已認證和未經認證的體系和/或服務之間不產生混淆。任何對認證標志的誤用，都必須采取措施立即糾正。使用者有責任根據(jù)SGS國際認證服務部的規(guī)定采取糾正措施。違反上述規(guī)定，可能會導致收回您的證書，并且SGS國際認證服務部有權要求賠償損失。使用認證標志，并不能免除組織與認證范圍相關的法律要求的責任。SometypicalusesofthemarksandtherelevantrulesarelistedbelowOnproducts：YouwillnotusetheCertificationMarkonyourproductsortheirprimarypackaging.Butyoucoulddescribeitbytestas(takeISO9001forexample):”O(jiān)urcompanyhasachievedthecertificationofSGStocomplywithISO9001”or“OurcompanyhasalreadybeencertificatedbySGStocomplywithISO9001UsageCertificationMarksOnly(SGSMarkOnly)CombinedCertification&AccreditationMarks(SGSMarkwithUKASorHKASMark)Onstationery:(i.e.letter-head,complimentslips,businesscards,invoices)YES-butonlyinassociationwiththeorganization’snameorlogo.YES-butonlyinassociationwith theorganization’snameor logo.Onadvertisements:(i.e.displays,posters,TVadvertisements,promotionalvideos,brochures,WebSite)YES- butonlyinassociationwiththeorganization’snameorlogo.YES-butonlyinassociationwiththeorganization’snameorlogo.OnflagsYES-butonlyinassociationwiththeorganization’snameorlogo.NOOnvehiclesYES- butonlyinassociationwiththeorganization’snameorlogo.YES–butonlyinpublicitymaterialscontainingthemarkaspartofalargeradvertisement.OnproductsorprimarypackagingNONOOnsecondarypackagingorover-packaging,notreachingendusersYES- butmustbewithastatementthattheproductwasmanufacturedinaplantwhosemanagementsystemhasbeencertified.NOOntestreports,certificatesofcompliancesuchascalibrationcertificatesofcertificatesofanalysisNONOOnwindowstickersYES-butonlyinassociationwiththeorganization’snameorlogo.NOOnpromotionalgoods:(i.e.pocketdiaries,coffeemugs,coasters,doormats)YES-butonlyinassociationwiththeorganization’snameorlogo.NOOnoutdooradvertisements:(i.e.billboardsandsigns)YES-butonlyinassociationwiththeorganization’snameorlogo.YES-butonlyinpublicitymaterialscontainingthemarkaspartofalargeradvertisement.如何使用標志進行宣傳？產品上：在產品及產品包裝上雖然不允許直接使用認證標志及認可標志，但是您可以在產品或包裝上采用純文字描述來代替。（僅以ISO9001為例）“本公司榮獲SGSISO9001認證”。應用場合認證標志單獨使用（只有SGS標志）認證標志與認可標志同時使用（SGS標志與UKAS標志）文具如：信頭、便箋紙、名片、發(fā)票可以，但只可與公司名稱或公司標志同時使用可以，但只可與公司名稱或公司標志同時使用廣告如：展示、海報、電視廣告、宣傳片、宣傳冊、網站可以，但只可與公司名稱或公司標志同時使用可以，但只可與公司名稱或公司標志同時使用旗幟可以，但只可與公司名稱或公司標志同時使用不可以交通工具可以，但只可與公司名稱或公司標志同時使用可以，但包含標志的宣傳資料必須是一個更大的廣告中的一部分產品或產品直接包裝不可以不可以不到最終用戶手中的二次或二次以上包裝可以，但必須說明產品是在管理體系已被認證的工廠
