Criteria:Ahazardassessmenttodeterminepersonalprotective

documentedandcertified.Thisassessmentshouldbeavailablefor

review,andshouldbeusedbytheinspectionteamtoassistin

如果由個人防護用品評估預(yù)示存在危險化學(xué)、危險材料或物理狀態(tài)為即熱

或極冷物品的情況必須配穿防護圍裙、袖套、手套或其他特殊個人防護用

品。

PPEmustbefittestedtoensuretheemployeeisadequately

protectedbythePPE.個人呼吸防護用品必須提供給經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)或醫(yī)

療機構(gòu)體檢且工作在個人防護用品評估結(jié)果預(yù)示潛在有害氣體、蒸

汽、粉塵或存在這些物質(zhì)混合物的區(qū)域的工作人員。個人呼吸防護

用具必須經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)臏y試確保為員工提供合格的防護用具。

protectionfromspecificchemicalsandfumesmayberequired.在
