18、用語的正正式、專專業(yè)、規(guī)規(guī)范等特特點(diǎn)Areyou ready?161.May，shall，should，will，maynot，shallnotMay法律文件中翻譯為“可”，比Shall弱，不具有強(qiáng)制性，隱含選擇的意思shall在合同中并不是單純的將來時(shí)，一般用它來表示法律上可以強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行的義務(wù)（Obligation）。如未履行，即視為違約，并構(gòu)成某種賠償責(zé)任。所以，shall在譯文里，通常表示“應(yīng)該”或“必須”，當(dāng)然，也有不翻譯的時(shí)候。should在合同中通常只用來表示語氣較弱的假設(shè)，相當(dāng)于“if”, 多翻譯成“萬一”或“如果”，極少譯成“應(yīng)該”Will一般使用在沒有法律強(qiáng)制的情況下，也用做表
