9、影響冷凝器散熱，環(huán)境溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)38 r。雨水淋漓、 潮濕的地方，會(huì)造成電氣短路、器件生銹。Direct exposure to sunshine may influence the cooling of condenser, with an ambient temperature not more than 38C. Rainfall and damp may cause short circuit and rust.4、嚴(yán)禁安裝在油煙、噴漆、 木屑、粉塵污染較重的場(chǎng)所。阻 塞腐蝕散熱器，是干燥機(jī)（氣冷 式）損壞的重要原因。W. It is not allowed to install wh

10、ere there is heavy pollution of oil fume, wood scraps and dust. A jammed and erosive cooler is the major factor of damages against the drier （air cooling）5、干燥機(jī)的四周應(yīng)留有不小于50cm散熱和保養(yǎng)空間。如安裝在 空壓機(jī)房要加裝換氣扇。V.A space not less than 50cm shall be reserved around the drier for cooling and maintenance. For example

11、, an exhaust fan shall be equipped in the air compressor room.6、多臺(tái)機(jī)器安裝在同一地 方時(shí)，不要有散熱網(wǎng)相 對(duì)的情形。W . Opposition of cooling network shall be avoided when multiple units are installed at the same place.7、水冷式特別提醒：W. Special alerts for water cooling model:a、配備足夠的冷卻水塔。 用自來(lái)水作散熱、水壓不穩(wěn)、 浪費(fèi)大，機(jī)器工作不穩(wěn)定。With enough coo

13、氣Nm3/min，應(yīng)和空壓機(jī)的排氣量Nm3/min匹 配。通常干燥機(jī)的處理氣量應(yīng)盡量大于空壓機(jī)的排氣量。I .Verify the processing gas Nm3/min of the equipment to be installed, which shall match the exhaust Nm3/min of the air compressor. 14、ossible.2、請(qǐng)配置BY-PASS （旁通）管路，傍路連接干燥機(jī)，應(yīng)用活接方式， 以便于維修保養(yǎng)。配置的重量，不要全落在干燥機(jī)上，應(yīng)用吊桿和支撐架。Please configure the BY-PASS pipeline, and the Bypass connects the drier in the manner of loose joint for the ease of maintenance and care. The configured weight shall not fully fall on the drier and be supported by hanging

15、 road and supports.3、進(jìn)出管路應(yīng)用新管連接，連接舊有管路時(shí)，請(qǐng)清洗管內(nèi)污垢。The inlet and outlet pipes shall be connected with new pipes and the dirt inside the pipe shall be washed when connecting old pipes.4、干燥機(jī)空氣入口前須 裝置精密過(guò)濾器，以過(guò)濾空壓 機(jī)和連接管產(chǎn)生的油雜質(zhì)和鐵 銹。Precision filter must be equipped in front of the driers air inlet, to filter

16、the oily foreign substances and rust generated from the air compressor and connecting pipes.5、按銘牌標(biāo)示配置適宜電源、接地線(xiàn)、漏電斷路器。電壓不穩(wěn)的地 區(qū)，要安裝穩(wěn)壓器。切勿與空壓機(jī)共用一個(gè)電源開(kāi)關(guān)。電源線(xiàn)的配置須 符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，切忌過(guò)小。A proper power supply, earth wire and leakage breaker shall be equipped in accordance with the instruction on the nameplate. In areas w

17、ith unsteady power voltage, a regulator shall be installed. Never use the same power switch with air compressor. 19、tion Guidance1、首次使用時(shí)，請(qǐng)先確認(rèn)電源電壓、頻率是否正確，漏電開(kāi)關(guān)，接地 線(xiàn)是否接妥！I .For first time of operation, please check if the power voltage and frequency are correct and if the leakage switch and earth wire are properly connected.2、合上電源，POWER (電源)指示燈亮；所設(shè)定的排水選擇鍵信號(hào)燈 (如：S1或S2)亮。Switch on the power supply and POWER (power sup

20、ply) LED will be on. The drainage selection button LED (e.g. S1 or S2) that have been set will be on.3、按或旋轉(zhuǎn)ON (啟動(dòng))鍵，RUN (運(yùn)行)燈亮，壓縮機(jī)、散熱馬達(dá) 開(kāi)始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，整機(jī)開(kāi)始工作。Push or turn ON (Start) button, RUN (run) LED will be on, the compressor and cooling motor start running and the whole machine starts operation.*當(dāng)關(guān)機(jī)后立即開(kāi)

21、機(jī)(或斷電后即刻復(fù)電)電腦將進(jìn)行高低壓兩側(cè)的 蒸發(fā)壓力校驗(yàn)，此時(shí)，原設(shè)定的排水選擇信號(hào)(S1或S2)閃爍，壓力平衡 后自動(dòng)進(jìn)入工況運(yùn)行RUN(運(yùn)行) 燈閃爍。壓力平衡自動(dòng)進(jìn)入工況 運(yùn)行(時(shí)長(zhǎng)約為1MIN)*When powering on immediately after powering off (or recovering immediately after deenergization), the PC will hold the vaporization pressure test on both sides of high and low pressure. 23、RESS(低壓冷媒蒸發(fā)壓力表)此時(shí)壓力開(kāi)始下降，進(jìn)入設(shè)定工況后，使用R-12 冷媒之機(jī)型，指針應(yīng)在1.2-3.0Kg/cm2。r-22冷媒之機(jī)型，指針應(yīng)在 3.0-6.0Kg/cm2。EVAPORATORPRESS (Low pressure cool medium vaporization pressure meter), at that time, the pressure begins to drop. 24、ool medium model and 3.0-6.0Kg/cm2 for R-22 cool medium model.5、75AS (WS)以上機(jī)型配置HIGH PRESS (高壓冷媒蒸發(fā)壓力表) 此時(shí)壓力開(kāi)始上升，正常范圍在12-20Kg/cm?？肇?fù)荷時(shí)稍有偏低，滿(mǎn)負(fù)荷 或散熱不良時(shí)，稍有偏高。The configuration of HIGH PRESS (High pressure cool medium vaporization pressure meter) for models above 75AS (WS). At that time, the pressure begin

25、s to increase, with a normal scope of 12-20Kg/cm. It will be lower for empty load and higher for full load or defective cooling.6、AIR OUT POWER (空氣出口壓力表)和 AIR IN POWER (空氣進(jìn) 口壓力表)分別顯示機(jī)組空氣出口、進(jìn)口的空氣壓力。AIR OUT POWER (Air outlet pressure meter) and AIR IN POWER (Air inlet pressure meterO respectively show

26、s the air pressure of air inlet and outlet of the machine assembly.7、DRAIN (排水選擇鍵)DRAIN指示燈表示排水時(shí)間，可根據(jù)用氣 量的大小、環(huán)境溫度自由設(shè)置(一般7.5AS-20ASCWS)選擇SI, 30AS(WS) -50AS (WS)選擇S2, 75AS (WS) -200AS (WS)選擇S3, 250AS (WS) 以上選擇S4)；更改設(shè)置只需輕按排水鍵即可。停機(jī)時(shí)按排水鍵或運(yùn)行中 長(zhǎng)按排水鍵3S,可試驗(yàn)電子排水器和排水旋風(fēng)溝道是否暢通。VH.DRAIN (Drainage selection button)

DRAIN LED shows the drainage time, which can be freely set in accordance with the air consumption and ambient temperature (generally, SI for 7.5AS-20AS (WS) , S2 for 30AS (WS) -50AS(WS) ,S3 for 75AS(WS) -200AS(WS) and S4 for above 250AS(WS). To modify the setting, just slightly push the drainage b

28、utton. To stop, push the drainage button or long press drainage button for 3S during operation. The electronic drainer or draining cyclone channel can be test for smoothness.8、MANUAL DRIVE ARAIN (手動(dòng)排水)空氣升到工況壓力后，多次 開(kāi)啟、關(guān)閉此閥可將管道中的各種殘余雜質(zhì)排出，每半月操作一次可延長(zhǎng) 自動(dòng)排水器的使用壽命。手動(dòng)排水器接口亦可用來(lái)清洗、吹凈散熱排、冷 凝器等處之灰塵。此接口變可根據(jù)需要另接浮

29、球式自動(dòng)排水器MANUAL DRIVE ARAIN (manual drainage). After the air pressure is increased to the working condition pressure, the residuals in the pipes can be drained by opening and closing this valve repeatedly. Monthly operation may extend the lifetime of the automatic drainer. The interface of the manual

30、drainer can be used for washing or blowing dust on the cooling row or condensers, which can additionally connect with the ball float automatic drainer in accordance with the demands.9、關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)，輕按OFF (停止)鍵即可。然后斷開(kāi)電源和氣源。IX. To stop the machine, just slightly push OFF (Stop) button. Then disconnect the power

31、 supply and air supply.四、保護(hù)功能：IV. Protect i on:1、HIGH PROTECTION(高壓保護(hù)):當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度過(guò)高、散熱排被堵、 冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)不良時(shí)，高壓保護(hù)指示燈亮并自動(dòng)切斷電源，整機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 RESET右鍵為高壓復(fù)位鍵，排除上述故障后，按下高壓復(fù)位鍵，方可重新 啟動(dòng)機(jī)器。I . HIGH PROTECTION (High pressure protection): when the ambient temperature is too high, the cooling row is jammed and the cooling blower is

32、defective, the HIGH PROTECTION LED will be on, the power will be disconnected automatically and the whole machine will stop running. The right button of RESET is the High Pressure Reset Button. After the above failures are removed, the machine can be restarted only by pushing the High Pressure Reset

33、 Button.2、LOW PROTECTION (低壓保護(hù))；當(dāng)冷媒泄漏、機(jī)器冰堵、系統(tǒng)膨 脹閥(毛細(xì)管)和過(guò)濾器臟堵時(shí)，低壓保護(hù)指示燈亮并自動(dòng)切斷電源，整 機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。RESET左鍵為復(fù)位鍵，排除上述故障后，按下低壓復(fù)位鍵， 方可重新啟動(dòng)機(jī)器。II .LOW PROTECTION (Low pressure protection): when cool medium leaks, the machine jammed and the system expansion valve(capillary pipe) and filter are jammed by dirt, the LOW P

34、ROTECTION LED is on, the power will be disconnected automatically and the whole machine will stop running. The left button of RESET is the Reset Button. After the above failures are removed, the machine can be restarted only by pushing the Low Pressure Reset Button.3、OVERLOAD PROTECTION (過(guò)載保護(hù))；當(dāng)供電電壓

35、低于或高于 額定電壓10%,機(jī)器處于超負(fù)荷狀態(tài)、壓縮機(jī)散熱馬達(dá)短路時(shí)，過(guò)載保護(hù) 指示燈并自動(dòng)切斷電源，整機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，排除上述故障后，按下熱繼電器 復(fù)位手柄，方可重新啟動(dòng)機(jī)器。III. OVERLOAD PROTECTION (Overload protection): when the voltage of the power supply is 10% lower or higher than the voltage ratings, the machine is under the overload state and the cooling motor of compressor is

36、under short circuit, the OVERLOAD PROTECTION LED will be on, the power will be disconnected and the whole machine stops running. After the above failures are removed, the machine can be restarted only by pushing the Heat Relay Reset Handle.五、日檢與保養(yǎng)：V. Daily Inspection and Maintenance1、每日開(kāi)機(jī)前，要確認(rèn)供電電源是否

37、正確。.Check if the power supply is OK prior to daily startup.2、使用環(huán)境溫度不應(yīng)高于38Co.The temperature of operating temperature shall not be more than 38C.3、將BY-PASS的傍路閥關(guān)閉，干燥機(jī)出入口閥打開(kāi)。III.Turn off the bypass valve of the BY-PASS and turn on the inlet and outlet valves of the drier.4、水冷式的冷卻水塔、抽水馬達(dá)、水源是否正常。IV .If t

38、he water cooling tower, pump motor and water are OK.5、每周需用壓縮空氣吹槍和干毛刷清潔冷凝器鰭片一至二次。V. The condensers extended surface shall be cleaned once or twice aweek with compressed air blowing gun and dry brushes.6、每月需用中性洗滌劑，清洗浮球式自動(dòng)排水器和水冷式散熱器一次。 采用電動(dòng)排水器的機(jī)器，需將電磁閥拆下，用壓縮空氣反復(fù)吹凈蒸發(fā)室、 旋分管內(nèi)的油垢和雜質(zhì)及電磁閥通道。VI.The ball float
